WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

VVanessaAbsolutely perfect! The guesthouse gave us a free upgrade because we had two doggies which was a marvelous start. I love a guesthouse who is so hospitable and puts the needs of their visitors above cost. The location is perfectly close to Helan mountain which made for a wonderful morning ride to the mountain. The free wine taste each night was most welcomed and delicious. The free tour of their wine cellar was also a lovely touch. Food was the best of the three Dalezhiye that we visited this trip. Five Star Michelin feeling in the restaurant with gorgeous views is the Helan mountain and greenery. Also close to many top vineyards in the area. Absolutely quiet and perfect for those wishing to leave the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Yinchuan.

TTraveller70nyWellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks. A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

XXuanyuanyufengThis is a great hotel. It's clean, well-equipped, and everything feels new. The service is excellent, and the location is fantastic, right across from Yinchuan High-Speed Railway Station. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yinchuan.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

AAnne DavidsonWe recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to: · The Front Desk team for their always-efficient and cheerful assistance. · The Housekeeping and Cleaning staff for keeping everything impeccably clean. · The Breakfast Team for starting each day with great food and a smile. Thank you for a consistently excellent stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

GGuest UserOur first night was in a capsule room, which was quite spacious and comfortable for adults, and the kids really enjoyed it. For the second and third nights, we moved to a different room. Half of the curtains didn't block out light, the toilet constantly ran 24/7, and the shower would suddenly turn completely cold every three minutes or so. It was really terrible; it might just be a hardware issue with that particular room.

GGuest UserThe hotel is magnificently decorated. The customer service lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. We had a lot of luggage and came to help immediately. The room is spacious and clean, and there are welcome fruits. Parking is convenient downstairs of the hotel. The water pressure is sufficient and the shower is comfortable. Recommended. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Yinchuan again. Stayed for six nights and had a good experience. It would be better if welcome fruits could be provided every day. Long-term guests should always be treated more favorably.
