"The room wasn't big, and the service was just bizarre. On the first morning, my child was sleeping, and I specifically chose 'Do Not Disturb' before heading out. Yet, when I returned to the room, I found that the housekeeping staff had already been in. Although they did clean, my child was fast asleep the whole time, which was really startling! I called the service center, and they only said they would give feedback to housekeeping, but nothing ever came of it – no one followed up until we checked out. On the third day, it got even stranger. The front desk called me directly to inform me that housekeeping noticed a small hand towel was missing and asked what happened… I was speechless. I always use my own disposable towels and bath towels; I never even touched their hand towel. Did they even check if they had put one in there in the first place? What if I said some of my items were missing? Would that be your responsibility? Then, the 'best part' came. That evening, we returned to find a laundry bag hanging on our doorknob, containing two bottles of yogurt. We took it down and placed it by the door, and it didn't disappear until the next morning. It was quite unsettling. Coming and going several times that evening, we saw this peculiar white bag only in front of our door in the long hallway… I've always respected Marriott Bonvoy, and I hope that when I stay at Marriott Courtyard or Renaissance in the future, I can still give you a perfect 💯 review, thank you."

"It felt like great value for money. Although the facilities were a bit old, they were clean, and the staff were friendly. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was so busy that it was fully booked for two consecutive nights, probably because it's peak tourist season. The steamed buns for breakfast were delicious. It's a 25-minute taxi ride from Yangzhou Station for 30 yuan, and there's a bus stop just 200 meters away. There's a Xichun Tea House on the third floor, where I had dinner for two consecutive nights – it was inexpensive and delicious."

"It's common to encounter good service, but what's rare here is that every staff member was incredibly friendly and approachable. Having the hot spring tub right in the room was fantastic; I didn't have to worry about the kids catching a cold after their dip. The facilities are also excellent, and both the elderly and children were very happy. Breakfast was really nice too. Highly recommend!"
