You can always trust a hotel with more than 1,000 reviews and a score of 4.9, not to mention 5,000 reviews! If this hotel has rooms and the budget matches, it would be a pity for anyone who comes to Yangzhou not to stay in this hotel. Although I am lazy and rarely write reviews, after staying in this hotel, I really feel the need to write a small essay to comment on it. On the one hand, I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel for the services provided during my stay, especially the little brothers Xiaoyu and Yaoyang in the front office (this is really remembered, not the copywriting issued by the hotel), and on the other hand, I really want to stand up for the hotels that are still doing services in 2025, and hope that there will be more such hotels in various regions and cities.
Let's talk about hygiene first: it is the basis for a high-star hotel. There is nothing to say about this, and there is really no point.
Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, right by the canal. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Slender West Lake or Dongguan Street in 10 minutes. The overall interior decoration of the hotel is also very nice. There is a coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor, a rest bar that can be seen everywhere, and an arcade in the lobby. The switch is very practical. It can be seen that it has been carefully designed. The overall environment is in line with the hotel's positioning (but compared with the standard five-star, it is slightly insufficient, but it is harmless).
Service: Ceiling! Even to some extent, it is ahead of the standardized process services of a number of five-star or foreign international joint ventures. Although each hotel is becoming more and more competitive in service, most of them are formal and perfunctory. Either they give you something you don't need, or they follow the same process to make you feel burdened. The service provided by this hotel is more like the service of Xuchang Pang Donglai-not actively disturbing or over-serving guests to provide pressure and kidnap guests, but they can always detect or even predict guests' needs in advance, and they will definitely be able to handle problems immediately. There are too many specific details to go into detail, but the shadow of Pang Donglai can indeed be seen in this hotel. Wait for you to slowly explore it later. From the butler service after booking, to the polite greeting after checking in, to helping walk the dog, to taking guests into the room and introducing the room status, every detail is done very well and can make people feel the warmth of the service. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has also converted a guard room into a pet room called ”Tail Bar”, which can provide free and sufficient foster care services. It can really be said to be very detailed!
If I have to complain, then I can only nitpick and say that the seats in the restaurant are a bit high and it is not very comfortable to sit and eat! But the breakfast dishes are also ok.
