One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

The hotel is worth the money. As a member of Jinling, try to stay in Jinling hotels every time. Thanks to Xiaolin at the front desk and all the front desk and room cleaning staff whose names are unknown to the group members. They are always responsive.
The breakfast buffet is also good, with many local specialties. Although I sometimes missed it, I will stay here again when I come to Yangzhou in the future.

It was a good date, but I just found a big spider crawling on my arm while I was lying on the bed. Wow, it’s the first time I’ve seen a spider after staying in so many hotels. It’s disgusting how the hotel handles it. We packed the bag downstairs. Wait, they said they would change our room for five minutes, but 10 minutes later they were still upstairs, saying they didn’t have a room. Why didn’t they tell us earlier? They said they would change our garbage bags, but after waiting all night, they didn’t change the garbage bags. I came here, and I was speechless because Ctrip clearly showed that there were rooms, including double rooms and suites. What happened? I found such a big spider crawling on my body. Is it not even eligible for a free room upgrade? Also, the sound insulation effect is very poor

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

SSajadWe were there 2 nights for business trip, the hotel front desk were amazing really they are great,also all staff they were very polite and kindness, the room clneas ,amenities, all things were good.we arrived late about 10 PM and they prepared to us a delicious noodles, also our ticket was 4 o'clock and we were tired the hotel let us be there till 3 pm instead of 12.
We recommend this hotel to every one they are wonderful

GGuest UserI like it very much, and I rarely write reviews, so I decided to write a review to provide a channel for everyone to understand. I saw on Ctrip before that the prices of Yangzhou Wuyi Hotel are flying high. Even far away places cost about 1,000. This price may seem expensive at first, but it is still okay after comparing all aspects. I used to stay in chain hotels and didn’t believe in folk inns, but after seeing it online, I couldn’t forget it. I thought it was a super interesting inn, so I decided to book it.
Location: Pi Shi Street, 200 meters from Guangling Youyan, 200 meters from Pi Shi Street, about 1 kilometer from Dongguan Street, and about 300 meters from Heyuan. Overall, the attractions are all around, so you can come back to rest after a while and go out again. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Wenchang Pavilion. Looking down from the hotel, there are classical houses, which are very beautiful.
Environment: The room is quite big, with a simple wooden table and bed, Dyson air purifier, Dyson hair dryer, tea, snacks, and a small music box. There are many customized and unique little things. I am the type who eats, drinks, and lies down when I arrive at a place. I feel comfortable lying here for two days.
Others: There are not many rooms in the hotel, so it is also very quiet, and breakfast is provided. There is a large hall where you can drink coffee, tea, play the piano, and watch projections. The store also made a guide to the surrounding delicious places. When you leave, you can also prepare small specialties and a custom canvas bag. There is also a loft with sofas, flowers, and telescopes. You can enjoy the scenery in the loft and feel the style of the old city of Yangzhou. Although the surrounding navigation is all red, you can feel the slow life of Yangzhou here. ps: It is next to the fire station, which makes you feel safe, hahaha.

GGuest UserThe Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us.
Special thanks to Emma and her team who have looked after us very well, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble.
Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!

JJiaotangbutianEnvironment: The Chinese-style courtyard design is solemn and high-end, with a black and gray tone as the whole. There are many courtyards inside the homestay. The tall courtyard wall, waterscape and pine trees complement each other in Chinese-style landscaping, and the corridors full of lanterns are very artistic.
Facilities: The homestay also implements traditional culture in details, such as ancient poems on the door card, such as the names of rooms and supporting facilities.
The room type I stayed in this time was Jinshi Jidi, which is a two-story courtyard with two rooms upstairs and downstairs. It is suitable for a family of many people to travel or travel with friends. There is an outdoor sofa and coffee table in the courtyard. You can see the water when you look down and the sky when you look up.
The room is clearly divided, and the functional division formed by the partition has good privacy. The four-separation bathroom is fully functional and spacious. There are sofas and single seats in the living room area, which can be used for family travel and chatting and gathering. There is even a soft area for rest, reading or making a pot of tea.
Service: The staff are relatively friendly, and they help to carry the suitcase. Breakfast and other issues will be informed and arranged in advance. At the same time, the hotel has restaurants and cultural and creative shops, where you can browse the intangible cultural heritage handicrafts. There are also Hanfu rentals for you to choose to take photos.

JJojo4The service was outstandingly good, the staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us yogurt and other replenishments each day of our stay. Room was very big and clean, and in the bathroom there is a Dyson hair dryer that dries hair at the speed of light. The view outside the hotel is also amazing.
Very convenient location, 10ish minutes away taxi ride from 瘦西湖 and 大明寺. There is also a nice cafe with a selection of Chinese bakery right next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant and some other stuff that we didn’t get to see(including a hot spring, which we were given free tickets to).
Would definitely choose this hote when we visit Yangzhou again, 10/10 experience.

GGuest UserCheck in at the hotel front desk, go upstairs and scan your face to open the door, and the curtains will open automatically when you enter the door. Xiaodu Xiaodu wakeup can only turn on and off the lights, etc. At night, when I order takeout, a small robot will deliver it to the door and tell me to pick it up. For me, I really like this kind of unmanned accommodation experience throughout the whole process. The hygiene is relatively good. The sheets and pillowcases are not mottled. At first glance, they are all white and stain-free. There is no peculiar smell on the body, and the children are not allergic. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is average. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. Overall, the front desk gave the children a lacquer fan when I checked in on May 1st, but since we came to Yangzhou, the children still made two by themselves.

MMaiothe lady at the reception informed me that I was getting an upgrade to a larger room. how very kind of the staff.
about the hotel: the upgraded room was nice and big, got a nice window, nice a/c, comfy sofa. If I have to point at something I do not particuarly like is the bathroom: I'm not fond of the toilet and bathroom facilities made of that sort of hardened plastic, feels/looks weird to me.
Position is also nice, there are a bunch of hotels in the area and there's a shopping mall close by, I had dinner close to the hotel and it was delicious (seafood restaurant), it's also on a reasonable walking distance from one of the entrances of the slender west lake (I went to the night opening, entrance ticket is not cheap (120 rmb) but I think the park at night wasn't bad at all). Beside that you can hop on the bas stop which is just nearby to get to the station to one side or the old town to the other, transportation is quite convenient (also because the city itself is not that big).
anyway, I enjoyed my stay, the room size is definitely very generous and I would totally stay again and recommend it.

It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

TtissongerpThe hotel should be the original hot spring room renovation, the external environment is very good, but the room service is difficult to say, the room is hot, the taste is very big, the health in the room is not satisfactory, the room attendant is aunt, said to want two bottles of water, do not give the need to charge, Trip.com I gave water to coordinate, which is really rare in Jiangsu. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, the parking was very difficult, and when there were many cars, I stopped two roads. After breakfast, I was afraid of being blocked and drove away from the store.

HHuahuaguolaiFive-star reviews, Mo Ke Hao Ting must be praised, highly recommended! This homestay is near Dongguan Street, in the alley next to it. Geyuan is right next to Dongguan Street, which can be said to be quiet in the bustling city. The facilities in the room are good, the boss is warm and sincere, and also told us several Huaiyang restaurants that locals often eat. I will stay at his house next time.
