One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

Nice reception, she upgraded our room to suite. very kind of her. Room is clean and nice. Breakfast is fantastic. About 10 minutes walk to slender west lake.

The private hot spring is the highlight, very comfortable. The hotel is relatively new and the service is friendly. It is not far from the East Gate and North Gate of Slender West Lake. If you don't want to walk, you can take a taxi to the South Gate or West Gate. The food is standard, and birthday noodles are given. For a private hot spring hotel in the free shipping area, the price-performance ratio is very high.

What I want to complain is: when I returned to the hotel, I found that the room lights were dim, the curtains were drawn, the quilt was folded in one corner, and the non-slip floor mat in the shower room was already laid. I know that this is the hotel's turndown service, but in other hotels, they knock on the door to ask if you need the turndown service, and some guests do not need it. Especially when the guest is not in the room. It is recommended to put a reminder sign at the head of the bed. If the guest goes out, put the reminder sign on the bed if you need this service. Also, the air conditioning in the hotel lobby is turned off, and the lobby and corridor are very cold. It is recommended not to turn off the air conditioning in the lobby when it is cold.
