It happened that this trip met the annual ”6·19” Guanyin Shanxiang Club, which has continued from the Ming Dynasty to the present day, and it really deserves its name. 🫶 The crowd was rough, but the scene was in order. Mom and Dad got up at three o'clock to burn incense and pray. We went there early in the morning. Very good place.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us hot tea, gave us a local travel guide, and presented us with welcome fruits and snacks. The room was very spacious, split into two sections, which was perfect for traveling with kids. All the appliances were smart and voice-controlled, which was very convenient. The desk even had a gaming chair, which was super comfortable. The bathroom was also smart. The toiletries were excellent, and the towels and bath towels were soft and clean. Even the slippers were thick and not those flimsy paper ones. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. The service attitude was fantastic. They quickly brought us extra blankets and cups when we requested them. Next time we visit Yangzhou, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Some rooms have smart toilets, but the level of automation is slightly awkward; it closes automatically and makes a beeping sound, which is a bit startling. It's kind of semi-automatic. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service quality: Warm and attentive, responsive, and able to provide personalized service. Special mention goes to Hanfu (traditional Han clothing), which can be worn for photos 😊. Dining experience: Breakfast mainly consists of set meals from Yechun Teahouse featuring Yangzhou specialties (such as Wudingbao and Tanggansi), which have a very good reputation. The cultural atmosphere is rich, with even a Go board game (😂 Neo-Chinese design, elegant room names). It was a bit of a shame that there was no coffee. I booked the hotel because I saw in the reviews that they served coffee in the lobby every day, but they only had Pu'er tea and green tea, which is really inconvenient for coffee lovers 😥. Because of the lack of coffee, I checked out a day early and moved to the Yangzhou State Guest House instead 😂

I'd also like to thank Mr. Tang, Mr. Zhang, and the kitchen lady for their thoughtfulness. I bought Gaoyou prawns and boiled them for takeout. The lady even added scallions and ginger.
