One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

It is newly renovated, and the room type was upgraded upon check-in. It is clean and sanitary. There is a waiter at the door of the building to greet you and take you to the elevator. The service is warm and thoughtful. Very good experience. The house is beautiful and spacious, the value is online, and the service is good. The outdoor hot spring is cold in winter, and the merchant sent a free indoor private soup. The Phoenix Island Wetland Park sent is also very good, especially Bird Island. The only drawback is that the whole wall floor-to-ceiling windows are not temperature-proof. In winter, the hot air is all concentrated on the second floor of the duplex, and there is a temperature difference of nearly ten degrees. The heat above and the cold below died, and the waiter sent an electric heating and finally it was better. Breakfast is also OK, free afternoon tea buffet, fruit and peanut seeds, the hall is quiet and comfortable to sit. I want to go again in summer.

Small and exquisite yard, not many rooms, but the room is large, the hardware is very good, very high-end, but there may be not many staff, some details are weakly maintained, such as some models have not been wiped for a long time, the doors and windows of the yard on the second floor are a bit damaged, such a good yard, a pity. Guests in the hotel can visit Xiaopangu for free. In the days of the Spring Festival, when Heyuan Garden was full, Xiaopangu really had a good experience, but it was a pity that the maintenance did not fully keep up. I hope more people will pay attention to it, and there are more funds to maintain this garden, haha

Location is the big plus.  Within the compound there's hot spring baths, historical sites, multiple restaurants (some needing 2 weeks advance reservation).  The only downside, which can't usually be avoided in China's locally managed hotels, is that the habits of people using rest rooms / importance of toilet paper refill is different from what some foreigners are used to. Still, overall I'll give it 4.6 stars given the variety and historical significance of some of the sites within the compound.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from our room was beautiful and the bathtub was excellent. The buffet was very nice as well. Isabelle at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is very good, it is a newly opened hotel, but the room has no smell. The scent of the aromatherapy in the room is woody and smells very comfortable. It was very pleasant to sit by the window in the afternoon and enjoy tea while basking in the sun. The room is equipped with an instant hot water dispenser. You can drink hot water by plugging in the mineral water, which is convenient and hygienic. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room and a coffee machine in the lobby. Coffee lovers are absolutely delighted! In addition, the jasmine oolong in the lobby is really delicious. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

It was almost midnight when we checked in. The man in a white shirt at the front desk was very nice and polite. He saw that we were traveling with our children and gave us a tourist map to remind us to book attractions in advance. After we checked in, the cleaning lady was also very nice. She gave us fruits and laundry detergent every day. There were also disposable bathtub covers in the bathroom. Thank you very much. The room was cleaned and tidy every day. When we left very early, we met the man at the front desk again. He saw that we had too much luggage and helped us move the luggage. Thank you very much. The overall stay experience was very good. The water in the hotel is also a highlight. The water temperature and water pressure are very good.
