This time, when I visited Yangzhou, I didn't hesitate to choose the old-established state guesthouse – Yangzhou Yingbin Hotel. It turned out to be absolutely the right decision! Not only is the environment as beautiful as a garden, but the service also made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. I particularly want to praise the details during check-in. A young man at the front desk assisted me; his attitude was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. He smiled throughout, patiently informed me of all the details like breakfast times, pool location, and shuttle service within the grounds. Because of my personal preference, I specifically requested a non-smoking room and not the last room down the corridor. Without a word, he immediately checked the system and quickly helped me switch to a room that perfectly met my requirements. I'm truly grateful for his flexible handling! After completing the formalities, he even proactively stepped out from behind the counter to guide me to the elevator, pointing out the direction. This kind of proactive service awareness made me feel so warm inside. Check-out was equally delightful, where I met two staff members, Mei Jie and Shi Jia. They processed everything quickly, with friendly smiles, and even presented me with Yangzhou-特色 souvenirs, allowing me to take a piece of Yangzhou's warmth home. A small gift, but immense warmth. From the moment I entered until I left, every aspect of this stay at Yingbin Hotel showcased their professionalism and warmth. The facilities have a rich history, but the service is even more touching. Next time I come to Yangzhou, this will still be my top choice! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The service was excellent, much better than many other hotels. The breakfast selection was pretty good and varied. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old, which is understandable given its age. When I first arrived, the AC wasn't cooling, but the maintenance staff fixed it, and it improved. One of the blankets was torn and shedding a lot of fluff... you should probably check those! The location is very convenient, close to attractions. While I appreciate your service, it's been so hot these past few days that you really should let the gate guards stand in the lobby – that's what I call people-oriented! Overall, it was quite good!

The hotel service was polite and thoughtful, check-in was efficient, and the room was clean and tidy. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary, and turndown service included a free drink with a strong local Yangzhou flavor. However, there were two minor drawbacks: First, the pillows weren't very comfortable; they lacked support, leading to a stiff neck after a while, and even swapping them out didn't help much. Second, the TV signal in the room was unstable, occasionally buffering and affecting the viewing experience a bit. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The Ying賓館 is still a highly recommended hotel when visiting Yangzhou, with its beautiful garden environment and excellent location. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Yangzhou.

A great choice! The staff were enthusiastic and responded super fast. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere, almost entirely on foot. The bed in the room was just right, not too soft, not too hard, making for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was also good; you order your main dish, and there's a buffet for other items. The 'Lion's Head' meatballs were as good as those from famous restaurants. It will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Yangzhou.

International hotel chain quality, close to the shopping mall, convenient surrounding. The high-speed rail station is ten minutes, and the transportation is very convenient. Pet-friendly hotel, exquisite hotel supplies, neat and clean rooms, comfortable bedding, rich breakfast, worth recommending. Friendly reception, good service from Sherry, will choose here every time, will come next time!

The biggest pleasant surprise of my trip to Yangzhou was this one-night stay. It's a peaceful oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle, with every brick and tile in the courtyard showing thoughtful design. Strolling around felt like an immersive experience in a Jiangnan garden. The guest rooms steer clear of generic decor, with meticulous attention to detail, making the living experience far exceed expectations. Xiao Zhao (Zhao, the staff member) was genuinely attentive and thoughtful, proactively helping with many small things we hadn't even considered. This kind of heartfelt service is much more touching than mere pleasantries. This isn't just a place to crash for a night while sightseeing; it's somewhere you can slow down and truly enjoy your journey. I've saved it for future reference and will definitely return on my next visit to Yangzhou.

Experience a private hot spring, rich in metasilicic acid and lithium, exclusively at this hotel. It seems to be the only one around Yangzhou Slender West Lake that offers private hot springs. The hot spring was incredibly relaxing. The first round of the minibar included Coke, Sprite, and Fanta. The hotel's location is excellent, with the East Gate of Slender West Lake within walking distance. There are also many restaurants nearby, so you can easily find options for both breakfast and dinner.

地段得天獨厚，步行百米一路之隔可達瘦西湖，這裏與寶帶河園林相連，石橋亭台一步一江南古色古香，換上店內各式旗袍、撐一把油紙傘，隨手拍出温婉古風大片。還附加旅拍體驗活動，閑時可靜坐聽體驗古箏婉轉流淌廣陵雅韻；大堂可以點皮爺聯名手工拉花咖啡就很出片，暖焰壁爐旁捧書小坐，一口醇香消解旅途浮躁。房間多種可選，羽絨床品柔軟親膚，全屋整潔乾淨，是高星酒店的配置，在這地段如此性價比高的體驗真是難得！ 晨起窗邊享用淮揚早茶，四季綠植入窗；工作人員温和周到，需求總能及時迴應。傍晚漫步庭院，景區內池水黑天鵝悠然戲水，一院秋光温柔治癒。

We were a family of three, and I specifically chose a room with a 1.5-meter bed plus a slightly smaller one, which made for a very spacious sleep. The pillows were a bit high; it would have been even better if there were options for pillows of different heights. Overall, the hotel's recreational environment is great for kids, with animal feeding and an outdoor swimming pool. In the evening, we went to the hot springs, which had many pools and a nice ambiance, although the fish spa, which the kids loved most, cost extra. If you want to visit Slender West Lake, it's very convenient from here. We also drove a short distance to a highly recommended restaurant online called Da Mao. If you're traveling with children and just want to enjoy the hotel and its surroundings, it's a relaxing choice.

Very good location! On the edge of Guanyin Mountain and Daming Temple. It happened that this trip met the annual ”6·19” Guanyin Shanxiang Club, which has continued from the Ming Dynasty to the present day, and it really deserves its name. 🫶 The crowd was rough, but the scene was in order. Mom and Dad got up at three o'clock to burn incense and pray. We went there early in the morning. Very good place.
