Yangzhou Hotels with balcony

First time staying at this hotel and I was incredibly impressed with the service; it was a fantastic experience and excellent value for money. The hotel even provided complimentary fruit and a souvenir gift. The breakfast spread was also very rich and varied. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. It's really convenient too, being so close to Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street, and the Grand Canal Museum.

Hotel is on Pishi Street, iconic cobbled stones street that is for shopping and photo taking. Hotel staff called the day before checking in, and pulled us into a wechat group that tells us the landmark to take car to, what to do if we drive, and some recommendations for food if we need. They also ask if we have a ETA so that they know and are ready for us. When we reached, their staff brought me to my room, helped me carry my box luggage up to the 2nd floor of the side alley. He helped me set up the aircon (it was originally set to heater mode) and also set up wifi. There is water provided in the fridge at lobby. Apparently the lobby will be locked after 10.30pm and have to access from small side glass door by keycard. Cute and furry cats in the lobby. They provided fruits on the 1st day of stay. Place is convenient and very clean. They provided facial products and even eye masks. Very well put together place and totally justify the price you pay. We just have to wechat them and they will immediately respond. Upon check out, the girl at the counter helped me bring down my heavy luggage again. I had some issues with the lock of the door the 2nd day and they immediately rectified it, and also switched me to a next door room. Thank you to the young chap and young girl at lobby for all the helpful help. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will recommend u to friends if they ask for recs.

I'm not familiar with the sofa, but I'm sure it's also a designer piece. The owner clearly has excellent taste and is willing to invest in quality. While the staff aren't yet experts with the pour-over kettle and cold brew equipment, guests who recognize them are welcome to use them themselves – the front desk is very generous in lending them out, which is a great solution for those who find pointed pour-over kettles inconvenient for travel. Every staff member greeted me with a smile, and I was able to check in early. Their attitude was exceptionally courteous. **Room Services** **Hardware:** Unlimited VOSS mineral water. Both the king and twin rooms are equipped with capsule coffee machines, two latte cups, two whiskey glasses, and two mouthwash cups. **Daily Amenities:** They refresh four small towels, three bath towels, four bottles of water, and restock the fridge with drinks and tea every day. It's so generous that it almost makes you feel a little embarrassed... **Environment:** The king room is a bit small inside but has a terrace, while the twin room is larger with a bamboo forest view outside the window. The interiors are impeccable. Overall, it's so comfortable that you just want to stay in the hotel and not go out. You can really feel the operator's cultural depth, modern vision, meticulous thought, and commitment to quality.

I had a wonderful time traveling to Yangzhou, and I was very satisfied with my three-night stay at the Atour Hotel Yangzhou Slender West Lake Wenchang Middle Road Branch. The hotel is conveniently located near famous attractions such as Slender West Lake, Daming Temple, Ge Garden, He Garden, and the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel was clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail. My experience was better than many other five-star hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was even a complimentary late-night snack. The room was always stocked with bottled water and drinks. The mini-fridge and the clothesline in the bathroom were a big plus. The hotel staff were warm and polite, especially Nian Xinwen at the front desk. I was very satisfied and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The family room we booked was quite good, spacious and clean! The only downside was a slight smell of smoke coming from the exhaust fan. All the facilities at this Orange Hotel are very new, and the public lounge area is large, with complimentary coffee and orange-infused water, which is a thoughtful touch!

The room is large, highly intelligent, with a smart toilet, private hot spring, and charging stations in both the underground and ground parking lots, which is very friendly to new energy vehicles. The breakfast is quite exquisite, and it would be better if there were more varieties.

On my way to college, I was lucky enough to rest in such a poetic and warm place. From the quaint décor to the cozy lighting, it’s all delightful. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and soft, and it is equipped with a dehumidifier. It can also be easily stayed by people from the north, which allowed me to get a full rest during the tiring journey. The service at the inn is impeccable. Everyone was warm and friendly. Having just said goodbye to my family, I felt the warmth of home again. In addition, the surrounding environment of the inn is also very beautiful, with both quiet alleys and convenient commercial streets. A top-rated stay! My trip to Yangzhou ended perfectly, and from the moment I checked in, I experienced incredibly thoughtful service. The lobby manager, butler, and staff made me feel right at home, offering a wonderful blend of hospitality and freedom. Located right by Slender West Lake, the hotel had everything for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. The most pleasant surprise was the metasilicic acid hot spring – its skin-rejuvenating effects were amazing and left me feeling nourished and radiant. A must-try!

The door lock of the original room was a bit problematic, and the boss directly changed us to a more spacious one. Since it is an ancient building renovation, the facilities will be relatively old. The location is super good, just turn a corner to Dongguan Street Food Street, parking in Dongguan Street ground parking lot is very convenient! The service is also super good, the price of 200+ is free hot springs, drink coupons, and Hanfu photo experience. Not only is pet-friendly and free cleaning fee, but also free medical examination for pets is provided. But because of the conflict of time schedule, we finally experienced hot springs. Since the hot spring is experienced in another homestay (more than 600 meters away), the boss also borrowed the battery car from us, which was too touching. All in all, it is a great value experience.

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
