First of all, the location is superb, right on Pishi Street, with plenty of great food and shopping options right outside. Geyuan Garden and Heyuan Garden are within walking distance, making it convenient to go anywhere. Parking is convenient and free for those driving. The owners, a chubby young man and his wife, are very kind and even offered to add an extra bed for my child, making it very comfortable. The three cats that manage the shop are quiet and friendly, which my child absolutely adores. There's also a myna bird on the third-floor terrace that says ”hello.” The coffee in the lobby is delicious and fragrant, perfect for children to do their homework and play at the same time. The rooms are clean and tidy, and toiletries and even toner are provided. They also have Muji Dyson white tea and cinnamon tea, which is quite tasteful. The staff doesn't ask for good reviews and even gave us a little surprise before we left, showing great care. I hope they maintain this level of attention; I've already recommended it to my friends.

From check-in to check-out, the hotel's service was truly excellent. They helped us with our luggage, and since we drove, they even offered to charge our car and wash it, which was really thoughtful. We brought our baby, and they gave her little toys twice – my baby absolutely loved the ladies at the front desk. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir! I had a wonderful time traveling to Yangzhou, and I was very satisfied with my three-night stay at the Atour Hotel Yangzhou Slender West Lake Wenchang Middle Road Branch. The hotel is conveniently located near famous attractions such as Slender West Lake, Daming Temple, Ge Garden, He Garden, and the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel was clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail. My experience was better than many other five-star hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was even a complimentary late-night snack. The room was always stocked with bottled water and drinks. The mini-fridge and the clothesline in the bathroom were a big plus. The hotel staff were warm and polite, especially Nian Xinwen at the front desk. I was very satisfied and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The family room we booked was quite good, spacious and clean! The only downside was a slight smell of smoke coming from the exhaust fan. All the facilities at this Orange Hotel are very new, and the public lounge area is large, with complimentary coffee and orange-infused water, which is a thoughtful touch!

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
