GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou.
The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it.
The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer.
When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.

The staff were very kind and helpful and went above board to make our stay magical. We enjoyed feeding the fish and picking veggies from the little farm as part of our experience.

LLuyijiI brought my children to Yangzhou for a holiday. I had heard of Yangzhou Guest House a long time ago. This time I chose Building 11 (Hongqiaofang Hotel). The entire Grand Canal Resort has a superior accommodation environment and many dining and entertainment options. Several famous restaurants like Quyuan, Dongyuan, and Xiangyuan are in or near the resort, which is very convenient! It is not far from Wenchang Pavilion, Siwang Pavilion, Caiyi Street, Dongguan Street (Geyuan), and Pishi Street (Heyuan), and shared electric vehicles can solve it! The lobby is magnificent, and the back garden is even more beautiful, suitable for taking pictures (the hotel package includes travel photography)! The service is warm, the room is large and comfortable, there are many bottles of drinking water, the mini bar and coffee capsules are free to refill every day, and the small snacks are delicious, and they are also refilled every day! The hotel includes hot springs (separate indoor naked pools for men and women, and the Slender West Lake Hot Spring Hotel in the resort is an outdoor pool for wearing swimsuits), the gym and swimming pool are in the resort, and you can call a shuttle bus at any time if it is not convenient to walk, and there is also a quick access for guests staying in the Slender West Lake. Here I want to talk about the service, from picking up the luggage when getting off the bus (there is an electric heater when waiting for the bus, which I have never seen in other places), to the room service (the child's nose bleeds on the bed, and the service staff changed the sheets and quilts in time, I was embarrassed and grateful!), I am very satisfied! In short, I highly recommend it to Yangzhou, and I will stay there again next time!

CcaminoThe location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to Dongguan Street. It is within walking distance to Geyuan. There are many snacks in the surrounding restaurants. It is also very convenient to go to Pishi Street and Slender West Lake. We booked a suite. The room was large and clean. It was very comfortable. The attitude of the staff in the store was Super nice, very kind service, very attentive and meticulous. I even gave a paper cut as a souvenir when I checked out. It was a very happy stay experience. I will choose this place next time I come to Yangzhou and recommend it to my friends who want to visit.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel based on my own hotel experience. The hotel is very good, with plenty of seats in the lobby and a very thoughtful layout. I especially like the bookshelves used as partition screens in the lobby. The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of Zhongji's own business center, which is very convenient to enter and exit. It takes 5 to 15 minutes to walk to Yiyuan, the south gate of Slender West Lake, Vientiane (a large commercial center), and 7-11. There is also a restaurant 20 meters away from the hotel entrance that is open until 5 am. The room is of a suitable size. The entrance is the porch, and the main body of the room is a right-angle turn. The privacy protection is very good (the right side of Figure 1 is the corridor connecting the porch to the room). The breakfast variety is rich enough, and the quality of the dishes is also good. Adults eat comfortably and children eat at ease. Originally, we were going to pay for breakfast for the children separately (58 yuan for adult breakfast, 29 yuan for children under 12 years old at half price). When we registered the bill with the room number at the entrance of the restaurant, a children's breakfast was given on the spot. Manager Cai of the restaurant is very enthusiastic, cheerful, and friendly. What needs to be reminded is that the room's hygienic corners (for example, screen windows and wardrobe hanging rods) should be dusted regularly.

First of all, when checking in, the three young ladies at the front desk, in fact, one can stand up, the three young ladies all rose to accompany the whole process, every time they entered the door, they took the initiative to say hello, and the farewell when they left did feel at home. Miss Sister's service on WeChat responded at any time throughout the whole process, recommending nearby food and play, and replying to messages at any time at one o'clock in the morning. After check-in, there were four kinds of fruit snacks and drinks. When I checked out, Miss Sister called me and gave me a souvenir, which made my trip alone feel warm. The room was also upgraded intimately. During the period, I also cared about whether the water was enough or not. Do you want to bring two bottles? As a manager of the same service industry, I really feel professional and attentive. I hope to get better and better, pass warmth with warmth, and stimulate goodwill with goodwill. GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldnât use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendlyâŠIâll return.

Exquisite, the design gathers the key elements of Jiangnan gardens, arch bridge pavilion rockery and water system. All small buildings are connected by corridors. The small building is two floors high, and those moths have blue tiles and white walls. Outside the window is a bamboo forest, listening to the rain in summer.
Wearing pajamas and strolling around the hotel, pretending to be an ancient rich merchant visiting the garden.
More traditional old hotel, the facilities in the house have irons. There is also a human-shaped wooden frame, probably hanging clothes. There is no disposable plastic bag in the bathtub.
