AArnold FaamOne of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

The kids loved it so much that they decided to stay for a few more days. Unfortunately they are all full. The service is also very good. The staff were very kind and helpful and went above board to make our stay magical. We enjoyed feeding the fish and picking veggies from the little farm as part of our experience.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel based on my own hotel experience. The hotel is very good, with plenty of seats in the lobby and a very thoughtful layout. I especially like the bookshelves used as partition screens in the lobby. The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of Zhongji's own business center, which is very convenient to enter and exit. It takes 5 to 15 minutes to walk to Yiyuan, the south gate of Slender West Lake, Vientiane (a large commercial center), and 7-11. There is also a restaurant 20 meters away from the hotel entrance that is open until 5 am. The room is of a suitable size. The entrance is the porch, and the main body of the room is a right-angle turn. The privacy protection is very good (the right side of Figure 1 is the corridor connecting the porch to the room). The breakfast variety is rich enough, and the quality of the dishes is also good. Adults eat comfortably and children eat at ease. Originally, we were going to pay for breakfast for the children separately (58 yuan for adult breakfast, 29 yuan for children under 12 years old at half price). When we registered the bill with the room number at the entrance of the restaurant, a children's breakfast was given on the spot. Manager Cai of the restaurant is very enthusiastic, cheerful, and friendly. What needs to be reminded is that the room's hygienic corners (for example, screen windows and wardrobe hanging rods) should be dusted regularly.

The housekeeper called me one day in advance to confirm my check-in requirements and arrival time at the hotel, and tried his best to communicate and solve some of my requests. The room is large, the facilities are new and clean, the toilet is highly intelligent and fully functional. In addition to the usual cleaning function, there is actually a defecation button. The most important thing is that the location is excellent. The Guest House is actually a corner of Yangzhou's Slender West Lake. The hotel is well greened, and there is a fast passage that can directly reach the Slender West Lake. The hotel has a battery car to pick up. In addition, Yangzhou's famous Quyuan Tea House is inside the Guest House, and the battery car pick-up is very convenient. In short, I am very very satisfied. I will definitely choose this place next time, and I will also strongly recommend it to my relatives and friends.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
