"A very good Japanese-style B&B ~ The room is large and very clean. The toilet, bathroom, and hand washing area are separated and can be used by several people at the same time. There is also a washing machine outside, and there are also laundries and convenience stores nearby. The only drawback is the location. It is relatively remote, so you have to take a bus from Kita Ikebukuro to Ikebukuro Station."

"Nice location near Shibuya station. Linen doesn't seem clean and we spotted some hair during check in. Amenities were sufficient but there isn't any coffee/tea or a safe box in the room. Also insufficient space for hanging any clothes. Room is really tiny, there is barely any space to walk with 2 luggages. Would recommend for the location and nice new deco."

"The closest exit should be the new south gate from shibuya station. It takes less than 5mins to get to the hotel. Small room. May be hard to pack the luggage. Would recommend other hotels if possible. Location is good though. Other than that, nothing is impressive. Second time stay with the hotel, not much improvement since 1.5years ago. It’s getting old."

"The historic and artistic Tokyo Station Hotel is one of my favorite hotels and has a great location with direct access from the airport and other cities. The staff is friendly and outstanding. I encountered some problems with my booking and the reception staff was very helpful and solved it quickly and efficiently, I was completely impressed by their professionalism and customer service. Breakfast was superb and the restaurant staff greet the guests with a smile and always be courteous. I stayed for 12 days and feel like home."

"Although the room is relatively small, the hotel lobby is cool in design, and the elevator is completely in the style of a nightclub. However, the hotel's service is worth recommending. The room cleaning even refuses to accept tips, which is very cute ☺️ We went to have breakfast. The Indian and Filipino guys spoke fluent English and had a very good service attitude. Most importantly, the food was delicious. This is highly recommended. The overall feeling is pretty good."

"Very convenient with airport limousine bus, free Disney shuttle (good neighbour hotel) and minutes’ walk from Kinshicho train station and Nippon rent-a-car. Lots of food options available at most times, and not too crowded. Great view of Tokyo Skytree from our room window. Suitable for people who want to travel around but wary of crowds, but not for those who want to live in the heart of action and/or chaos."

"The layout of the room is strange, long and narrow. The floor is dirty, probably because of the high occupancy rate. The hair dryer is also broken. I called the front desk and they sent a new one very quickly. The service is good. The girl at the front desk sent shampoo, conditioner and fragrance. There are snacks and small notebooks and pens in the room every day. You can take them away. I was amazed by the popping candy chocolate. I plan to buy some when I go to Japan tomorrow."

"Location was convenient, able to reach most places within 30 minutes. There is filtered water provided at each floor. The room was spacious and there are bathtubs. Service was great, there was free flow alcohol on new year’s eve. Love the place"

"Really lovely hotel. Really conveniently located between two metro stations. If you go out on the 3rd floor you can walk to Shimbashi station on the skywalks. On the B2 floor there is a family mart. Staff were really lovely and accommodating. The lobby view is stunning and I really enjoyed sitting there with my coffee in the morning or with a class of wine at night. The hotel room was cosy, the bathroom toiletries offered were amazing. Even had a little skincare kit! Was nice to have some tea and coffee in the room too. I didn’t have a window facing the Tokyo tower but I still enjoyed my view of the train stations. You can hear the trains go by but it isn’t very loud and wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Highly recommend this hotel!"
