AArjenshaThe hotel is part of a real estate development that has plans to build villa's along the ridges of the surroundings hills, so it is built to a high quality standard. The villa has a gorgeous view of uninterrupted rolling bamboo forested hills. The surroundings are very quiet, with no other properties within kilometers. The room has floor heating and air conditioning and was very cozy during cold winter weather. Service request were quickly followed up by the team, and small attentions were offered that made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel restaurant offered tasty and reasonably prices meals. Thank you to Mr. Luo and colleagues for taking care of us! The immediate area does not offer many attractions, but we would recommend hiking the 走妈岗 Zou Ma Gang trail about 20km away in the 香榧森林公园。 We also enjoyed a day trip to Wuxie Waterfall park to the west of Zhuji town.

Staffs were very helpful with the checkin, they even have a team of butler ( Zero & Lily ) who we can call when we needed something and they even prepared afternoon tea and goodnight tea and set up our bed for bedtime for us. Really thankful to have them. The food over at the resturant was good as well, had tried their breakfast and dinner, staff there were also amazing serving us to our needs and recommending what’s good for us. Overall, the stay was really so good at this price and ngl I’m really amazed.

Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

WWuhouyangguang0166We stayed at the Wyndham this time for a concert, which was very convenient, but we were pleasantly surprised by so much more! Not only are the hotel facilities comprehensive and the environment lovely, but opening the window reveals a beautiful lake view, truly offering peace and joy. What impressed us even more was the service – wow! When we returned to the hotel after the concert, the thoughtful service was incredibly meticulous. They had specially prepared free late-night snacks for us: tea eggs, red bean soup, and various cookies. I really want to give them a big shout-out, but unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures; I was too busy enjoying the moment! ☺️

I added them on WeChat beforehand to inquire about my arrival time and room arrangement, but unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel at the booked time, I was told I would have to wait another ten minutes or so. By then it was already 3:15 pm, and not wanting to wait, I gave up the free upgrade (I had a company annual meeting that day, and the lobby was too noisy) and was given a room on the 7th floor. The breakfast was a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, but there was no local specialty, braised duck, and the taste was average. It's a 5-6 minute walk to Jinghu Wetland Park, where it's not crowded and you can stroll around freely.

XxinmeizAn absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying.

ZZhangyuqzMy friends and I planned a trip to Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and this time we booked the Shangyu Marriott Hotel through Ctrip. Six of us arrived in Shangyu from Shaoxing. Since we arrived quite early, the front desk staff kindly advised us to pre-book our rooms and store our luggage. We then spent the morning exploring nearby attractions like Zhonghua Xiaode Park, Cao'e Scenic Area, and Shangyu Museum. We had lunch at Xun Bao Ji and enjoyed a full day of eating, drinking, and sightseeing without feeling tired. We returned to the hotel around 2 PM, and the staff promptly and thoughtfully handled our check-in according to our needs. The hotel's environment and decor are elegant and refined. As a 5-star hotel, the facilities and amenities were comfortable and tranquil, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a variety of Chinese and Western options, including noodles and wontons, all available as desired. This stay included access to the Executive Lounge, and we were so satisfied that we extended our stay for another two nights. Of our 10+ day trip, the last 5 days and 4 nights at the Shangyu Marriott Hotel received unanimous praise from everyone. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Didi (ride-sharing service) was convenient and affordable. There were plenty of dining options, and the Executive Lounge offered a diverse selection of food and beverages (coffee, tea, fruits, pastries, etc.). This brand-name chain hotel is highly recommended.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Shaoxing was an absolute delight, far exceeding my expectations. It's truly an excellent choice for business travelers.
The room was incredibly spacious and airy, with a beautiful wooden aesthetic complemented by cherry blossom decor, creating an elegant atmosphere. The layout was well-thought-out, clearly separating the work and relaxation areas, ensuring no disturbances. The bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long business trip, and all the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The service was professional and efficient; from check-in to inquiries, responses were prompt, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a wide variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, with freshly cooked dishes and local specialties that truly energized me for the day. The hotel's location is convenient, with excellent surrounding amenities and stable high-speed internet, making it very business-traveler-friendly.
Overall, it offers great value for money, with attention to detail that showcases quality. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next business trip to Shaoxing.

GGuest UserI've always stayed at the Hilton every time I went back to Zhuji. I'm thinking about checking in at Yunmanju this time. I just checked out, and here's a few things to share:
1. The hotel's overall environment is nice. The gardens and landscaping are quite impressive, showing meticulous care and a high level of aesthetic taste. While the rooms are simply decorated, they're not dull. The materials and amenities are good. The toiletries aren't brand-name; they're quite ordinary. The hair dryer is a Dyson imitation, the toilet is a Kohler smart, and the basin and faucet are likely other generic brands. It happened to rain during my stay, which made the air feel nice and the spring greenery lush. It was a great place to relax.
2. The environment and amenities are quite nice, but the service is a letdown: This hotel's management and service feel like they're putting on a brave face. It looks like they have everything, but they often offer things you don't need, and they don't provide what you need. 1) I checked in at 7 PM, and it took 30 minutes to get through to the front desk. I wanted a latex pillow, but they didn't have one. 2) Breakfast was a pre-packaged portion per person, with no options. It consisted of half a head of corn, a boiled egg, a piece of cake, a few slices of watermelon, a bowl of white fungus, and a bowl of noodles. The white fungus soup was delicious. Since I don't eat cake or fruit, I asked for another bowl of white fungus soup, but they said they didn't have any. My meal time was before 8 AM, so I only made two bowls. 3) When I asked why my room didn't have a bathrobe, they said they only provided bathrobes in higher-priced rooms (I booked a Duyun Room on Ctrip, and they upgraded me to a Duyun Balcony Room). This was completely shocking; this was the first time I'd heard of a hotel providing bathrobes depending on the room rate. 4) The room also supposedly included the first complimentary mini-bar (a grapefruit juice, a Yuanqi water, or something like that, and two 250ml bottles of Baishuishan mineral water), a small bucket of potato chips, two bags of Three Squirrels Daily Nuts, tea bags, drip coffee, and more. (There was no capsule coffee machine.) There was also a large, approximately 1L bottle of Baishuishan mineral water. After I finished drinking the mineral water, I asked for more, but the hotel said they charge for it. It's just regular mineral water. Is that necessary?
3. Also, there's a sign in the hotel lobby: It basically says the hotel area is for consumption, so if you don't want to spend money, don't come here. Ugh... are all artists so petty?
Last night, I had planned to stay with friends for a few days during the Qingming Festival holiday. Now I'm thinking Hilton or Parkview Green. At least their service is top-notch, and they won't get mad at you over a few bottles of mineral water. Many hotels even offer mineral water upon check-out. Hot tea upon arrival, water upon departure. Are you really that aloof?

The restaurant ordered 5 dishes for dinner, which were exquisitely made and tasted very good. The chef was attentive
Activities: You can barbecue, horseback riding, archery, and the children's playground is on the third floor of the reception room
Surroundings: We drove to Shangwang Village, where there is a good restaurant in the past, and the attractions in Shangwang Village are still under development and construction.
We drove to Dongxi Village to play in the water and pick wild raspberries. There are also seasonal fruit picking nearby
