TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.

From check-in to check-out, people can feel the meticulous care, and take the initiative to help solve various needs, making the whole journey feel warm. CConan MagruderWe needed a hotel because we arrived too late for the bus. Guangxi can be surprisingly cold in winter and this place was warm. The bed was tremendous and comfortable, the design of the room modern and clean. There was an included bath tub. The minibar was pretty pricey but breakfast looked good and there are convenient Chinese food (Guangxi pho) and Western (pizza and coffee) nearby. All in all we were quite pleased and would stay again.

AANDREWLUIIf you're visiting Nanning, this Wuxiang Mountain Villa Hotel is truly the best choice. The experience was absolutely fantastic, beyond words. This time, I happened to be returning to Liuzhou during the off-peak season, so I decided to spend two nights here before heading back to Shenzhen.
The villa is located right next to Wuxiang Lake Park, serving as a natural 'oxygen bar'. Its extensive gardens are home to a wide variety of plants, and within the grounds, you can find swans and peacocks. Guests can even enjoy feeding the adorable animals and koi fish. I would genuinely call this Nanning's ultimate holiday paradise!!! Both the overall environment and the service were absolutely outstanding.
The rooms are spacious, designed with a traditional Chinese style and facilities that possess a classic charm. The balcony is very comfortable and expansive, and in the mornings, you're serenaded by the delightful sounds of insects and birds! Coexisting with nature here is simply so idyllic and relaxing.
Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the staff were very polite. The restaurant manager even personally inquired about our dining experience. When we pointed out a minor area for improvement, it was completely rectified the very next morning at breakfast – truly impressive and thoughtful service!
Overall, the service was excellent. There's a convenient concierge buggy service for transfers to and from the guest rooms, and you never have to wait long at all, making everything incredibly convenient!

AAeris LimVery good service from the hotel! Was there for a concert. It’s within walking distance to the stadium. Room is clean and no cigarette smell. The temperature gets colder at night. Hotel staff prepared ginger tea for the guests who returned after the concert. I even got complimentary breakfast for 2! Food choices are really generous! Only downside is that the room is pretty warm. Called for technician to check but was told that the customers had feedback it’s cold so they had to adjust the temperature centrally and there isn’t much they could do for my room. Opening the window didn’t help . Other than that all is great! Highlight recommended !

GGuest UserArriving at the hotel quite late, I'm incredibly grateful for the attentive hospitality provided by Yoyo and the other front desk lady. First, upon noticing I was traveling with a child, they immediately thought of a child-friendly gift, and then enthusiastically upgraded my room. Overall, this stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel room is well-designed, simple, and elegant. It was very quiet at night, perhaps due to the excellent soundproofing, making our stay incredibly comfortable.

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

GGuest UserThere are paid upgrade options available at the front desk for a room with an amazing view of the Yongjiang river. The upgrade price is excellent! If you need any assistant, don't hesitate to contact manager Mrs. Xia (Employee ID 962), she provides outstanding service.
If you would like to experience local life in Naning and try authentic local food with local people, take a walk along Qixing Rd (七星路) behind the hotel. You'll find a variety of businesses there, like school, hospital, restaurant, fast food. I recommend Xianchi Bazhen Fenmian (仙池八珍粉面) for Laoyou Noodle (老友粉).

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to the airport, making it perfect for catching an early morning flight. It's just a short walk (about a hundred meters away), and you can even enjoy the sunrise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. However, the twin room, which cost over 380, felt a bit small. It did feel a bit expensive when not using loyalty points.

GGuest UserMy first trip to China led me to the WANDA Realm Hotel, chosen amidst uncertainty. The hotel is amazing, Its prime location adjacent to a mall made shopping a breeze. The spacious, clean room and delightful Western breakfast added to the experience. Although I didn't capture any photos, I'd eagerly return for business or leisure. Overall, the experience, location, room quality, and staff were exceptional. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
