SSudangdangThe hotel's location is great, with a hair salon right across the street. There's plenty of parking, and the overall decor is very modern. The room is spacious, and the bathtub even came with a loofah and bath salts. The bed was also very comfortable. However, casting to the TV was a bit inconvenient, and the hot water in the room would suddenly get very hot then very cold, which affected the experience. The gym facilities are comprehensive, but the swimming pool is a bit small.

KKevins88The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, with not many restaurants or shops nearby, mostly residential areas. However, there's a small night market about a ten-minute walk away. Getting to Qingxiu Mountain and Sanjie Liangxiang takes at least 20-30 minutes. The hotel facilities are very good, and parking is convenient. The staff are all young and have good attitudes, but it feels like their training isn't quite thorough, and they're not always meticulous in handling issues. On the first night of my stay, I was startled awake by a minor incident in the middle of the night. After I reported it the next day, the duty manager immediately called to apologize, showing a high level of service awareness. My Ctrip booking stated that cocktails were included, but the hotel didn't proactively offer vouchers or information. On the second night, I mentioned it to the front desk staff, who then told me where the bar was and even offered an extra drink because there were two of us. My Ctrip order stated one drink per night, and since I booked two nights, shouldn't I have received two drinks? The supervisor nearby noticed my displeasure and immediately apologized, saying they would give us a total of four drinks. She even personally escorted us to the bar, showing excellent service attitude, but their familiarity with procedures and execution was lacking. Also, a tip for guests driving: be careful when returning to the hotel at night. The driveway isn't very well lit, and many local residents often walk or children ride bikes in the middle of it, which is quite dangerous. I suggest the hotel ask the property management to improve the lighting in the area. The hotel's food could also be improved, apart from the fruit. However, considering the price, I would still rate this hotel above 90 out of 100 overall.

XXingzoudeboboSDHygiene: There were a few minor issues. The mini-fridge and window frames had dust and stains. The bathtub wasn't a big problem since I brought my own disposable liner. Service: The front desk staff and restaurant service were good. However, everything in the room's mini-bar was chargeable, and there wasn't even complimentary water on the executive floor. Swimming Pool: It had a hot tub, but the water was a bit cool. Gym: Quite spacious and not crowded. Room View: Full floor-to-ceiling windows. One side overlooked the river, and the other faced the Wanda office building. The view was quite expansive. Location & Transportation: Directly below is Qingxiu Wanda Plaza, and it's about a fifteen-minute walk to the metro station. Breakfast: A good variety of options. Waffles, pancakes, fruit tarts, and soft buns were all great. The fried pancakes and custom 'Lao You' noodle soup with selected meats were also good. There were also cold cut cheeses, oil tea, tofu pudding, etc., and refills were prompt. Room Facilities: Upon entering, there's a walk-in closet (with an iron, shoe cabinet, and safe). Then, there's an L-shaped corridor leading to the mini-bar (Liubao tea, Tieguanyin and black tea, instant rice, Oreos, welcome fruit). Welcome fruit was provided. The bathroom area had a bathtub, Kohler fixtures, Italian ACCA KAPPA White Moss toiletries, a rain shower, and a bath mat. The bed was a 'Wanda Vista Bed' with 'Miao Meng' series bedding. There was a shoe-changing stool at the foot of the bed, and a chaise lounge facing the inner river view. There was also a 48-inch TV. The only downside was that the room's air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted by guests.

HHXIULI21I want to specifically commend this hotel! They arranged a high-speed train pick-up and drop-off service, which saved us a lot of waiting time. I came to Nanning for Hua Chenyu's concert, and they even provided a dedicated shuttle bus service to and from the venue. When the concert ended, I saw so many other fans looking at us enviously – that was truly amazing! Each seat on the bus had a power strip for charging, and bottled water was provided. Every detail was simply perfect! I noticed there weren't many front desk or concierge staff on duty, but every request was addressed immediately, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly quick to deliver items. Thanks to every employee for their hard work; this trip was wonderful! Room 1203

Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests.

AandyjeeUnlike those towering high-rise hotels, this truly feels like a proper resort. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the surroundings are absolutely fantastic, and it's conveniently located near Wuxiangshan Park. We spent too little time here as we were out exploring, but I honestly felt like I could have happily spent my entire trip just enjoying the hotel's amenities. Upon checking in, they arranged a lovely family afternoon tea for us, featuring delicious and adorable desserts. If I ever get the chance to visit Nanning again, I will absolutely choose to stay here.

NNanbendezhouyuQingxiu Mountain one-time adult ticket (single entry ticket) - 12:00-17:00 entry: I didn't get to use this ticket because I'd been there before. This is my second or third time staying at the Renaissance in Nanning, after many trips. I used to stay at the Shangri-La. The same front desk staff member who checked me in this time also helped me before. I had just driven for a long time and was completely exhausted. If it hadn't been for that front desk staff member checking me in, I might have been unhappy, haha. I didn't change rooms for the next two days either. Overall, it was a decent stay. I think it's a worthwhile place to stay in Nanning, all things considered. It's even better than the Shangri-La, except for the location and a few special services. I don't have any photos; I don't like taking them. I only have one picture of getting takeout. There's barbecue downstairs.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, and check-in was convenient since I didn't have to get up early. It's directly opposite the airport with a skybridge connecting to it, which is super handy. I stayed here before and found it convenient with a good environment. This time, I booked it for my relatives and they also found it very convenient and great value for money. A fantastic 8 night stay. A lovely hotel. I will definitely return and I highly recommend you choose this hotel. The facilities, staff, food, everything is excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The staffs attention to detail is high quality. Room was excellent. Breakfast 10 stars out of 10. Superb Chinese and Western delicious foods. Coffee freshly ground beans and your choice of hot milk, soy milk etc etc. Health bread is available. The chefs poached my eggs every morning. Thank you. Swimming pool amazing. Fitness room nicely set up and well equipped. I like the location and ease of access. The airport bus starts and ends in the hotel entrance car park. Amazing!

The only downside was that we weren't informed about the marathon road closures on our second day when we checked in. This affected our plans to catch our flight, and although the hotel sent someone to talk to the traffic police, we still almost missed our journey.
