This hotel is excellent, truly deserving its place on this year's Black Pearl Guide. It's perfectly located right outside the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and very convenient for reaching the high-speed train station or the city center. The surrounding area features Longmen Ancient Street, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself has a fantastic design, making it very photogenic. What's even better is the attractive price – the value for money is outstanding; I doubt you'll find a better deal on the entire Black Pearl list.

This hotel was the best choice for our May Day trip to Luoyang! It's right in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to go anywhere. The attentive service was incredibly satisfying! This is truly the 'Pang Dong Lai' (a well-known, high-quality department store) of high-end hotels – the experience was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend all hotels across the country learn from and emulate this one! First off, they offer free pick-up and drop-off from the station! Even if the driver was temporarily unavailable, the hotel would help arrange a taxi and cover the cost. These little details really won me over! The room was super spacious, bright, and didn't feel cramped. The bedding was thoughtfully chosen, and you could even select your own pillow to suit different sleeping preferences – I relaxed instantly as soon as I lay down! Although the facilities are a little old, it didn't affect the experience at all. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Any minor flaws were completely negligible. The breakfast was truly eye-opening, a proper Luoyang food feast! Authentic beef soup was available to our heart's content, and all local specialty snacks were covered. They even had fresh salmon of good quality. It was a perfect blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, offering incredible value for money – you could spend hours just enjoying breakfast! During our stay, we could also order complimentary snacks, pastries, and drinks. They provided warm hospitality and food throughout the day, so we could eat to our heart's content without even leaving the hotel! The staff were gentle and patient, always responsive, and we felt completely pampered throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang! I sincerely recommend it!

I stayed here for two days over the weekend with my parents and children in Luoyang. Everything was pretty good, except for the terrible pick-up driver. The pros are outstanding. It's a garden-style hotel with beautiful scenery, right next to the Longmen Grottoes. We booked a terrace room, and it was lovely to relax with a breeze and some tea. The Chinese restaurant's food was delicious; I highly recommend their Yellow River carp. Outside the restaurant is a lake with a flock of adorable white geese. After feeding them once, the kids noticed that the geese recognized them and would swim over from across the lake, honking for food. The children were thrilled and played with them for a long time. The lobby staff were all very enthusiastic, and the coffee at the lobby bar was fragrant. They even extended our check-out to 2 PM. Now, for a serious complaint about the pick-up driver: his attitude was extremely poor and impatient, which was infuriating. We had agreed on a pick-up location beforehand. After exiting the station, he said it was too congested for him to turn in and instructed us to walk along the road to find the car. We were carrying luggage with elderly parents and children and walked almost to the end of the road without finding him. When I asked him to send his location, he claimed he didn't have WeChat. Eventually, the driver angrily drove over to find us and then complained that we hadn't waved him down. I was speechless – it was pitch black, and we were unfamiliar with the area; how was I supposed to know which car to wave at? I was also quite angry and told him directly not to bother, that we would just take a taxi. Right after I hung up, he drove over. I'm not sure if it was because I lost my temper, but after we got into the car, the driver's attitude did soften considerably. However, it didn't make up for the previous issues. While providing airport/station transfers is a nice service, it's frustrating to start your trip feeling so annoyed. The drop-off service, though, was completely normal.

這次專程來欒川爬老君山，對比了好幾家酒店最終敲定伊水灣，入住完衹想説，這趟選得太明智了，整體體驗甚至遠超我之前住過的不少五星級酒店，細節裏的貼心直接拉滿好感度。 最先打動我的就是地理位置，離老君山特別近，開車出發特別省事，不用早起趕路折騰，對於爬山需要保存體力的遊客來説，這點真的太加分了。從踏入大堂開始，就能感受到酒店滿滿的用心，前台工作人員態度都很熱情，還會給入住的客人準備專屬小禮物，小小的驚喜特別暖心。大堂角落還擺放了自助便民收納區，裏面都是出行剛需的小物件，劉海貼、萬能別針、防蚊貼、遮光眼罩全都有，按需自取，都是爬山路上能用得上的東西，考慮得格外周到。 電梯口也安排了補給站，免費的飲用水、飲料和小零食隨時可以拿，我們第二天上山的時候順手裝了幾瓶水，省去了在景區高價買水的麻煩。更讓人驚喜的是酒店餐廳，專門為住店客人準備了夜宵，爬完一整天山渾身痠痛，回到酒店剛好可以補充能量，恢復體力，這個設定真的戳中爬山人的痛點。 整趟行程裏，必須重點誇一下客房服務員李鴿子。她在打掃房間的時候得知我們第二天要攀登老君山，主動貼心調整了原本標配的下午茶，換成了新鮮水果，還特意送來熱水泡腳桶，提醒我們睡前泡泡腳，緩解走路帶來的肌肉痠痛。我們隨身帶了一顆瓜，她看到之後又默默送來水果刀和果盤，還有洗衣液。方方面面都照顧得無微不至。房間內部打掃得一塵不染，床鋪、衞浴、角落縫隙都收拾得很到位，我們有需求呼叫客房服務，響應速度也特別快，全程沒有拖沓等待。 唯一美中不足的小問題，就是房間裏的冰箱沒辦法正常製冷，不過酒店很快給出了補救方案，可以把需要低温存放的東西交給工作人員統一保鮮，處理方式很穩妥，完全沒有影響我們的出行。 不管是硬件環境還是軟性服務，伊水灣都做得很出彩，打算再來老君山的話，我肯定還會回購這家，也真心推薦給準備來欒川遊玩的朋友。

I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

This hotel seems to be hyped up by bloggers, attracting a lot of visitors. Here's our experience after a two-night stay: **Pros:** The train pick-up service was really thoughtful, and overall, the service was quite good – they were generally responsive to our requests. **Suggestions:** 1. **The 'order every four hours' gimmick:** This is one order per room every four hours. You have to order *all* the listed free items at once; if you order separately, it doesn't count towards the four-hour rule. Each personalized order can have a maximum of 21 items, with no more than 3 of any single item. However, if you want to order the same thing twice, for example, I ordered three slices of watermelon twice because I liked it, but only one portion arrived. Even if you order 21 items, the system doesn't show an order summary, so you can't verify it. I definitely didn't receive 21 items. Personally, I think this 'gimmick' is just a way to make guests feel like they're getting something extra when they're not, and you don't truly get what you order. My suggestion is to scrap this service altogether. Just provide welcome fruits and meals for each room. There's no point in raising guest expectations only to then set up various small hurdles. 2. **The 90-degree bows from staff at the elevator:** This is honestly unnecessary. I think a polite bow when seeing guests off would be perfectly sufficient.

The environment in the hotel room is very good, clean and tidy. The surrounding area is full of greenery, the staff is very intimate, the room type is full of free help to upgrade the suite, and snacks and fruits are also sent. Parking is convenient, turn right after entering the parking lot and follow the instructions sign to the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Longmen Grottoes, 2 kilometers and 8 minutes to the attractions, the living experience is very good, superb, the suite is very clean and comfortable, it feels like returning home.

Let's start with the positives: This is an older, established hotel. While the facilities show their age, many small details highlight their service philosophy. For example, the 'Whim Card' lists numerous small items they can provide, which is very comprehensive. The TV remote control was disinfected and packaged. The mini-fridge contained local, classic sodas. This shows that their overall service is on point. The room was spacious enough and I didn't notice any major issues with cleanliness. Breakfast was abundant and very good. Now for the negatives: The facilities definitely need an upgrade. The computer still runs on Windows 7, and the software versions are even older. It should just be removed, there's really no need for it to be there. I suggest repairing the bathroom and faucets. The switch for diverting water between the bathtub and the showerhead isn't properly sealed; when you run the bath, the showerhead drips everywhere. The same issue exists with the shower itself. Also, the air conditioning refilled water at night. The gushing sound around 11 PM startled me; I thought there was a leak. It could easily be refilled during the day instead.

Several friends highly recommended we stay here if we were visiting Longmen Grottoes. I'm glad I listened to their advice, because their taste is excellent! The hotel is located on East Mountain, facing the Longmen Grottoes on West Mountain across the river. You can even see some of the grottoes from the rooftop terrace of Building 5. The hotel is right next to Xiangshan Temple and surrounds Bai Garden, offering beautiful scenery at every turn. The service is also excellent. You can book an electric shuttle at the front desk to take you to the East Gate of the Grottoes, then walk or take another shuttle to the Northwest Gate ticket office. After exploring the Grottoes and Bai Garden, it's just a short walk back to the hotel. The room type we booked even included a free send-off service to the station, which was very convenient. While the decor might be a little dated, the facilities are complete. It's clean and hygienic, with welcome fruit and complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, all rich and delicious, though the coffee was really not good, haha. We had lunch in the banquet hall, using a BOGO deal from Ctrip for two people, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous and tasty! Upon check-in, we received a voucher for the tea room on the upper floor's terrace. Enjoying tea and a book there was incredibly pleasant! The lady working at the tea room provided amazing service. Overall, I highly recommend it!
