"This place is definitely the best option for you! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. They’ll assist you in planning your trip and even help with booking tickets. Not only do they serve breakfast, but Laoban also prepares lunch and dinner for guests—and after each meal, you’re offered tea or coffee. he does this because he genuinely wants to see his guests happy and to have good memories. The atmosphere is very friendly, making it easy to meet new people from all over the world. They even take guests to nice bars at night! The price is very affordable, and the rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. If you ever have a problem, Laoban will be there to help, anytime. I’ll definitely be coming back again!"

"Strategically located inside Lijiang ancient town. Home stay villa well maintained and the environment full with authentic ancient home style. Within walking distance nearby include restaurant, fruits stall, convenience store and chinese well know Chagee. Breakfast great and the noodles soup tasty. Most important the owner villa will assigned someone contact you a head before your trip and during your stay. Little Seven@Xiaoqi, she is friendly and helpful. She help arrange pick up and drop off from train station to Villa homestay and vice versa. Also, she will provide recommendations and help arrange transport and ticket ahead. Love this Villa stay and will definitely return in future. Highly recommend to consider stay with this Villa. As good as 5 star hotel in terms of services.Check out some of the photo here"

"This is a cozy and well-located homestay near two ancient towns — Lijiang Ancient City and Shuhe Ancient City. They offer convenient one-way transport to both, as well as pick-up service from the airport and train station, which is a great bonus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful lake views. The homestay is also equipped with a lift, making it especially convenient for guests with mobility needs. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay!"

The staff and owner are so kind and do everything to make sure all of your needs are met! This is the icing on the cake because the view of Yulong Snow Mountain is incredible! Relax, sunbathe and enjoy some coffee or tea on the terrace! Indulge in immersive experiences in and around the Homestay! There’s so much to do! Take a quick walk to Black Dragon Pool (Heilongtan Park) and learn about the culture within the city! Enjoy a cup or two of ******* Butter Tea and take time to talk to the staff…they are genuine and lovely people! I highly recommend this Homestay experience! Just know, there is no elevator BUT it’s totally worth it!! One more thing! The bed is incredible! "It’s a small cosy bed and breakfast with the cutest and most attentive hosts. I was upgraded to a bigger room with a window and two floors. Heated blanket is provided but I didn’t have to use it as the room was already toasty warm just with the heater. The toilet has a bidet, just the perfect addition. The host is extremely attentive and helpful, always asking if I need any tea or snacks whenever they see me. I also got help from the hotel in securing my day tour at jade dragon snow mountain. The host also packed some food for my mountain day trip, and when I came back, offered some ginger tea and snacks. I was so touched as I was completely exhausted and extremely hungry! Everyone at the hotel was so nice and attentive it made for a very comfortable stay. Oh yes, and don’t have to worry if you don’t know much Chinese as they are able to speak English as well! The location is very convenient, right next to Mu’s mansion. So even if i just wonder around or if my phone map doesn’t work, i just followed directions to mu’s mansion and found the hotel very easily. Overall I was very happy with my stay here. Thank you!!"

"I stayed here for two nights. It’s a small guesthouse located in the old town area. Large vehicles cannot access the alley, so if you have luggage, I recommend using a trolley. There’s a baggage service at the entrance for about 20 yuan. Most of the staff here speak only Chinese and don’t understand English, so if you’re a foreigner, I recommend downloading a translation app in advance. However, they are very kind, providing warm service and always willing to help with everything, from booking tours and recommending restaurants to suggesting places to visit. Even on the way back, they helped call a car for us. The entrance to the guesthouse may seem small, but it extends deep inside with multiple rooms, ready to accommodate travelers. It’s located in the old town area, where you can walk around and explore almost 24/7. Highly recommend to stay here if you come Lijiang. ♡♡♡"

"This guesthouse is located next to the Goseong Nammun Intercontinental Hotel, so transportation is very convenient. The facilities are very beautiful and well-maintained, and the manager and staff are all friendly. WeChat (Weixin) was used to communicate, so even if I couldn't speak Chinese, there was no inconvenience. They helped me book the Tiger Leaping Gorge bus with Alipay's mini-app, and they called a great masseuse to help me get a massage in my room. The masseuse was very friendly and worked hard, filling up her time. The Lijiang restaurant Unseolli is right next door, and it's a good location, but it's really quiet. I highly recommend it to those who want to relax quietly in the accommodation. The bus stop to Tiger Leaping Gorge, Chongyi Market, and the night market are also very close. This is the best value for money accommodation, and since there are no Korean reviews, I'm leaving a review."

"Wonderful hotel. It’s situated in a well-organised resort area with proper resort service e.g. buggy carts bringing you to your room. The room was very clean and we were very happy with the private hot spring in the court yard. The control of hot spring filling and drainage rely on an electric panel on the wall, quite easy to control but it’s written in Chinese only. The room comes with tea pallets and snacks free of charge. Set dinner meal was also included in the room, there was 3 dishes and bowls of soup. The two of us struggle to finish so much food. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff were very kind to book tours for us and were very attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Lijiang."

"My friend and I enjoyed our stay in the 'Deluxe Panoramic 720° View Double Bed Room With Bath Tub' at The Streets Where The Wind Lives (风居住的街道). The hotel housekeeper Mr Yu was incredibly kind, caring and helpful during our stay at the hotel - he went out of his way multiple times to ensure that our stay was comfortable and safe. Both the hotel owner and the housekeeper were always readily contactable via WeChat and made our stay in Lijiang really pleasant. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Lijiang Ancient Town! Number of nights of stay: 3 nights Hotel location: 500 metres (approximately 10-minute walk) away from the north gate of Lijiang Ancient Town. Will need to walk about 2 to 3 flights of cobblestone steps to get to the hotel from the vehicle drop-off point; we transported our luggage from the vehicle drop-off point to the hotel on our own but you can also contact the housekeeper for assistance. About 30-minute DiDi ride from the hotel to Baisha Old Town Room: The 'Deluxe Panoramic 720° View Double Bed Room' was located on the third floor; there was no lift but the housekeeper kindly helped us to transport our luggage to our room. There were one king-sized bed, two bedside tables (with type I wall power sockets), one long table in front of the bed, one rocking chair, and floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view of Lijiang Ancient Town. There was a sky roof in the room too but it was covered with tarp on the rooftop during our stay. The bed and pillows (one soft and one firmer memory foam pillow for each guest) were comfortable and the room was clean. The only downside was that the wardrobe was small with limited space to hang our clothes Bathroom: Spacious bathroom with shower area and bath tub. Toiletries (e.g. hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap), disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, and towels were provided. Rubber bathroom slippers and disposable bedroom slippers were provided too Hotel amenities: Additional CNY 20/pax for breakfast at the lobby (8.30am-10am; noodles with tomato-based soup and minced meat; will need to arrange this with the housekeeper the night prior), communal washing machine (free of charge, inclusive of laundry liquid detergent; there is a small overhead rack to hang and dry the clothes after washing) Luggage storage: Complimentary and safe luggage storage in the hotel (e.g. if you are planning to hike and stay at Tiger Leaping Gorge for a night) Lijiang airport/station transfer: Free transfer arranged by the hotel for stays of at least three nights. Will need to arrange this with the hotel owner 1 day prior"

"The hotel is just amazing. It was nicely renovated from a historical residence that gives you a great feel of special ambiance. I can’t tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. The place itself is a hidden gem in the middle of Lijiang ancient city. Location is so convenient. The loft for three of us is very comfortable, clean and cozy. You cannot expect better service in Lijiang. The owner will help you navigate Lijiang including the night Eternal Love show and the trip to Yu Long snow mountain. He was very helpful, friendly and extremely responsive to all of our requests and tried to accommodate them all. We will definitely come back to this lovely place if we visit Lijiang again."
