GGuest UserThe hotel is new and nicely decorated. The location is superb and it is right next to a police station. What I found inconvenient was that the host was hardly at the counter. We had to 20 minutes to check in and there was no one when checking out and leave our bags for storage. The room we originally booked was unavailable and we had to wait over an hour till it was ready (it was after check in time). The host was friendly enough and tried to fix issues but she seemed distracted from other jobs

GGuest UserI was in Xing'an for a 3-day business trip and randomly picked this hotel, and it turned out to be excellent. The front desk lady was super quick with the check-in process. She even helped me hang my clothes out to dry after I put them in the washing machine – the service was fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were very proactive and thorough. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were no strange odors. They provided complimentary water and disposable face towels, which I really appreciated. Today, when I checked out, I realized I'd left my bracelet in the room, but the hotel staff were very responsible and helped me find it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xing'an.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, the boss and his wife are super nice. In the evening, friends sit together and chat with the boss's wife, and the boss sings and plays music. Who knows this feeling? It's so lively. There are also two cute puppies.

GGuest UserVery friendly hosts, very convenient location directly next to the railway shuttle bus, great price and everything. The hostel offers group activities too and has community spaces. The rooms aren't perfect as there is no warm water in the ensuite bathrooms (you have to go upstairs to other rooms). There are lockers though (you have to bring your own lock) so it is definetly a great place to stay for a few nights

GGuest UserI asked via trip.com how to get from xingping to the hostel they gave me a name which I couldn't find on amap so I asked the host from xingping to call them and ask to send me the name in chinese. They said they didn't know im coming from xingping and therefore they gave me this info. Then they said I need to get off at the bus station instead, its 3km from the hostel. When I arrived after 2pm no one was there and it was closed.i had to ask a lady across hotel to call them and tell im there. They gave her the pin so I could enter. I waited till they came not for long time. The girl gave me some infos what to see in yangshuo. When I got back around 8pm no one was there again so I had to communicate via trip.com which worked.
It was noisy until 12 from street then until 2 or 3 am the people who stayed in hostel acted like they were there alone. The receptionist offered to take me to bus station for 10yuan which was super helpful and convenient.
But nothing to complain f this price.

It is right on West Street when we go out, which is very convenient. After checking out, we left something in the room, and the boss enthusiastically sent it to us. Highly recommended [呲呲]

Because the room was not clean enough, i got an upgrade in a private bunked bed room, with a private bathroom.
All was clean.

The WiFi was good.
The staff is very nice and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

GGuest UserIn a great location - it’s a short walk too the city centre and several scenic areas. If you’re looking for something cheap and liveable, then that’s what it is. If you’re not a fan of squat toilets (or showers above squat toilets!!) then it’s not for you.
