Great
HHSIAO CHIH CHUNThis is the best hotel in the Old Town! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a taste of Filipino flavors. It was lovely to gracefully experience the rich history of the Old Town. The rooftop views are great, and our room, overlooking the golf course, was comfortable and simple. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we had a wonderful start to our trip. After checking out, we decided to explore the Old Town, and the front desk kindly let us store our luggage and provided a map of the area – so thoughtful!
GGuest Userour annual holy week staycation. except this time we stayed for 2 consecutive nights! couldn't ask for more. the consistent good service and world class amenities!
Rrabbit008Expected for a 3 star hotel. A little dusty and bathtub not completely clean, the room is quite dark even with all lights on. Fridge can keep drinks cold. The shampoo and shower gel bottles were tiny and had to be topped up every day.
Breakfast was good, we had it twice and they had different items on the menu, with eggs, sausage, bread, rice and meats. Location is also good, walk 15-20 mins to nearest mall and 30mins drive to airport. They have shuttles to the two malls but not frequent. Staff were nice and helpful with checkin and luggage.
KkakigansauLocated on Ongpin Street, very near to all the popular Chinatown f&b oultlets and opposite to the Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Saint Lorenzo Ruiz (Binondo Church) so you wake up to the sounds of Church Bells.
The Hotel is quite dated but clean, would have been a great hotel during those days. Staff are friendly and approachable.
Just a heads up; they require a deposit per night. If you have a credit card you can pre-auth. Since I stayed for 1 night, I put 2000 piso cash for deposit. A family who checked in before me had 2 rooms for 5nights, had to put deposit of 2x5x2000piso=20,000piso (325usd).
AAnonymous UserMy stay at Century Park Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment you arrive.
The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a relaxing retreat after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail—from the amenities to the housekeeping—made the stay feel effortless and luxurious.
What truly sets Century Park Hotel apart is its service. Every member of the staff was professional, warm, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of, with requests handled promptly and courteously.
The dining options were another highlight. The food was consistently delicious, well-presented, and offered a great variety to suit different tastes. Whether for breakfast or a leisurely meal, the experience was excellent.
The hotel’s facilities are well-maintained and add great value to the stay, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Combined with its convenient location, Century Park Hotel makes getting around easy while still providing a peaceful place to unwind.
Overall, Century Park Hotel delivers comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable hotel experience, and I would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very Good
GGuest UserStayed at Rizal Park Hotel and it honestly felt like stepping into another era—very Somewhere in Time kind of vibe. The building itself has a lot of character, which makes sense since it used to be the old Army Navy Club (built in 1911), and you can feel that old-world charm throughout the property.
Location is a major advantage—right beside Rizal Park, near the US Embassy, and overlooking Manila Bay. Great for staycations, especially if you want that sunset view. Convenience stores are about a 5-minute walk away, and food delivery is easily accessible.
We booked a junior suite and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was notably fresh-smelling, which stood out. Bed was comfortable, aircon was cold, and Wi-Fi was fast. The pool area was a highlight—relaxing with a great view of the bay, especially at sunset. The hotel also has a gym and sauna; we were able to use the sauna, which was a nice addition to the overall experience.
Most of the staff were friendly, often greeting us with smiles and good mornings/evenings, which made the stay more pleasant. Special mention to Ma'am Jenna from the amenities building—very friendly and accommodating. There were a few instances where some staff didn't greet, but overall service was still warm and welcoming.
That said, the building does show its age in some areas. There were occasional noises at night (likely ongoing maintenance or renovations), and some facilities feel dated—TV could definitely be upgraded to a smart TV. We also noticed some ceilings and walls with visible cracks and signs of mold, which could use better upkeep. Breakfast buffet was okay—decent, but not a standout.
Overall, still good bang for buck. Best suited for staycations or travelers who appreciate historic hotels with character rather than modern luxury. Would definitely come back.
FFamof6Our stay is exceptional, staff are greatly accomodating, we are a family of 6, so I booked for 2 rooms at acqua small knowing that they have connecting room, requested if they can just convert our 2 rooms into 1 big room that can accomodate us, the reception said it's not possible, but with my surprise, they upgraded our first room to big family aqua instead and still have the other small family aqua, thankee to the reception and not only that they allow us to early check in as early as 10am wherein check in time is 12nn. Children really enjoyed the aqua park and jet pool.. Accdg to them, it's their best day ever....
GGuest UserLocation was super good. They have already smart tv so we were able to watch Youtube on down time but there's no Netflix account signed in, you have to have your own. The buffet on the first morning was chicken tocino and something that looked like a embutido but on the 2nd morning it was a nice glazed chicken and fish fillet in tausi sauce. Egg station is just the basic. They have some bread selection and salad/dessert. It was a good stay when going around the area and avoiding driving in traffic. 😊
BByahenibossrodFirst impression: the room is small for a studio type, but the space isn’t maximized with decent interior design. It looks like a very ordinary room with no sense of order, and it doesn’t give you a relaxing vibe or ambiance.
They have a breaker for a washing machine, but there’s no washing machine there. That breaker also powers the outlet for the refrigerator.
They’ll ask for a ₱3,000 deposit upon check-in and will refund it at check-out if everything is in working condition.
The key card they issued didn’t work, so it was useless. You can’t get through the entrance without asking the guards to open the gate for you.
I hope they improve the interior. There are a lot of cheap items they can buy from online shops.

AAnonymous UserI was so disappointed. The shower host from the bathroom was defective but in fairness it was repaired on the 2nd day midnight. And also no rubber bathroom mat (since the bathroom floor tiles is slippery) . They only produce the mat after my sister a pwd has warned them for any accident that she may incurred the front desk will be responsible. While the water heater is not 24 hours based on their post. Water heater resume on my 3rd day stay. The four treadmills at the gym are also not working it is all under maintenance.
In regards i think this hotel needs already a fully renovation.
