"Before departing for Manila, I booked through Trip.com and sent an email to the hotel in advance, requesting a high floor away from the elevator. Upon check-in, I was assigned to the 27th floor – kudos to that!
The room was spacious with a king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. Ironing facilities, a hairdryer, and a mini-fridge were all provided. The bathroom was very large and featured a huge bathtub. The water pressure was excellent, and the hot water heated up quickly. Although the air conditioning wasn't central, it cooled the room very effectively.
The only minor drawback was that after showering, water would spread all over the bathroom floor, even extending into the main room. It seems the drainage system isn't very efficient, and I hope this can be improved.
As for the surroundings, 7-Eleven and a shopping mall are both just a 3-minute walk away. SM Shopping Mall and the Metropolitan area are a 30-minute walk, and Ayala MRT Station is also within a 30-minute walk."
