"Wish the parking was more secure and actually had reserved parking just for hotel guests. But the room was clean, service was fast and accommodating, will book again if we need a hotel nearby and we don't have a car or we're getting dropped off and picked up. Absolutely loved the automatic mahjong table, it was a great idea in the room."

"It was really ok. They even let us checked in early since the room is ready. Unfortunately the cleanliness is really bad. As you can see in the picture. The toilet needs deep cleaning or needs to be resilicon. I am working also in housekeeping. Im making this review for the sake of the establishment, i want to let them know that they can do better. Thank you for the reception for doing a job well done, they replied in whatsapp when i sent this photo and said the staff will check on it. We stayed 3 nights but it was never checked. It’s not the fault of reception, this time it’s housekeeping (if reception forwarded the info to hk). I was planning to extend for another 3 nights but because of this i moved to other hotel (which is not ”kawalan” for them 😅). Currently i am booked to other hotel (i just checked out few hours ago). I did not took picture with the other parts..just more brushing can do sana.
I almost brushed the molds but i remember im on vacation and needs to enjoy. 😅"
