Location is very good since it is near Robinson's Manila and there are a lot of nearby food establishments. Amenities is complete. We are definitely going back. I love the view from our room. I find it serene and relaxing. The blackout curtain is a very good addition. Thank you we had an amazing stay!"

"the frontliners lacked social skills. they do not know how to talk and approach their customers. they were too busy checking the papers, they were too busy looking at their fones, they forgot to talk to us while we were waiting for 1 hour. the man who should orient us regarding incidental deposit have difficulty discussing it with us, he do not know how to talk properly and explain things to us thus, i was the one confirming the details on the paper to him to make it clearer. the room have bugs and they told us they cleaned it. there were busted lights. the cabinet was intended for TALL people since it was placed higher from the floor. the internet was not functioning during  our 1st night they just told us they it had technical difficulty."

"Hotel was ok average Check in was a gong show showed up at 1 to stand in line for 20 minutes got to front to give our info to check in but because it wasn’t 2 pm told to come back and had to stand in line again for 20 minutes not very efficient"

"Rooms are spacious, clean, and homey. The view from the 5th floor is also nice. The hotel itself is large, you can get lost. It has a very titanic-y lobby but crowded with people due to a lot of events being held at the hotel. Service is also good, not the lobby restaurant tho. We were seated for 20mins but no one approached us to take our orders since everyone was busy. So we missed the afternoon tea. Breakfast is also fine, not as much compared to other 5-star hotels but good enough. Amenities, not so much - instant coffee (could have atleast a drip coffee if espresso machine is expensive), no stock in the fridge. Was not able to use the pool since it was also crowded. Overall stay was good. Hotel is recommended."

"Very nice room. Food was expensive. Breakfast was good but we did not like our dinner, especailly for the price. Sushi and sashimi plate was good and caeser salad. We didnt beenture out bit the location was concenient for what we needed to do."

"Our room was on the 36th floor, so this is the view! It was small, but there was a terrace where you could have a drink while looking at the ocean (although it was hot). The hotel is located in the Malate area, and the elevated railway station is just a short walk away, so it's convenient for sightseeing. The building itself seems old, but it seems to be well-cleaned."

"This location of the hotel is perfect since it is walking distance to Robinson mall and near many foreign restaurants. The apartment is clean and organized but the shower area is very tight. Also there was a maintenance issue with the pool so I was only able to use the pool once in my four day stay."
