HHafirahThis is my first time staying in a serviced apartment in Batam. We took the junior suite to accomodate 3 adults and a child. There were 2 bedrooms without the ensuite bathroom so there was only 1 common bathroom to share. Rooms also had a decent wardrobe for placing clothes and items. There was a kitchen too if you'd like to cook or whip up a meal. The master bedroom and the living room had TV too. There were also complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the fridge. Gotta love an apartment that has amenities like a hotel would provide. Room service, dining in room were all available for the stay too!
We had breakfast for 2 mornings too and i loved it because there was really a widespread of food, indonesian cuisine and international. The restaurant is shared with Wyndham hotel, service is good and it has great vibes!
We went swimming too on one of the nights and i enjoyed it because there were music playing by the lounge/cafe/restaurant at that level. It was slightly dark at night but it was also kinda romantic. There were steam and sauna rooms available for use in the changing rooms too!
There is also a supermarket and a small cafe located just 5 mins walk away from the building but closes by 10pm. It is convenient if you'd like to get snacks or even buy ingredients for cooking. Location wise is quite a distance from popular places like Nagoya/BCS/Batam Centre. But i'd recommend this place for families with kids!

Every staff member displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness, creating a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The efficiency and attention to detail demonstrated by the team exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, this hotel is an excellent choice for visitors to Batam who value top-quality service.

AAnonymous UserI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

AAnonymous UserWe really enjoyed our stay here. The area is very quiet and away from the busy city center. We loved the fresh seafood and had a great time doing jet ski with the Barelang Bridge as the backdrop. the room was very spacious and clean. Highly recommended!

RR.SashikumarWe stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and booked 2 rooms it was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here.
That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available.
To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

AAnonymous UserLoved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.

During check in I have booked the King size bed but the receptionist inform us that they only have Single size bed available, that is the first thing that annoys us. Secondly I just realize that I have left my passport at the front desk once I am inside my room, I called the receptionist and ask if they have seen any passport but they said NO so I rushly went down to the front desk and ask again and now they said my passport is there. What nonsense is this. The room is also very dusty floor was dirty had to call the receptionist again to ask them to clean the room again for us, The small fridge was also a issue, it was supposed to be cold but the fridge is warm but they quickly changed the fridge to a working one. Probably the last time staying here, please improve on your customer service.

RRachel Liew823Location is ok, not too far from malls. 2 lifts and 1 is down, and the working one has faulty door sensor. Hotel room is rather spacious but not very well maintained. Shower temperature goes hot and cold, user sitting on the toilet bowl risk being hit by the door from the outside as it has no door stopper. Hotel remote is barely visible. Room door does not shut tight and needs extra pull or push. Room also has rather poor sound proofing.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
