Batam Hotels with Airport Shuttle

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

I book 3 room for this trip and informed the hotel that I will be celebrating bday for my husband. It was very nice for the hotel to prepare cake for my husband unfortunately my brother in law did the check in before my arrival. And the room the hotel prepared the cake was taken by my father and mother in law. A bit disappointed for this. Overall the staff is friendly. There was twice the staff came in the room to do some check and repair but they wore shoe in the toilet and caused footprint at my hotel and corridors. The location of the hotel is far from the major attractions after check in we jx spend time at the hotel areas. There were some activities to do. Majority of it need to pay extra. The free one were not very well maintained. Eg pool table, missing ball.

Had a great stay. If you want to have all in one taste of Indonesian breakfast, here is the place. They have many options available. My family and I had a wonderful time swimming in the pool. The hotel is just opposite of a shopping mall and next to the ferry terminal. Will come back to stay again.

We had a fantastic 4-day, 3-night family getaway at this resort! Our kids (6 & 8) loved the facilities, including the kids' club (complimentary, though optional activities come with a fee) and pools (both our villa's and the beach bar tiigo's). The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff going above and beyond. While the location was out in the middle of seemingly nowhere, and cleanliness was good but not perfect, the exceptional service and facilities made up for it. The prices for food and activities are high and very much resort priced (around Singapore pub prices for drinks and food), but you have to option to order food delivery via Grabfood (collect from main lobby) so you can pick and choose. Seafood dinner at Pantai restaurant was good. Enjoyed the spa wellness programmes too, but again, very pricey. All said though, we wish we had more days there to try out all the family and outdoor activities, and we'd definitely recommend and return!

Second stay here. Check in took just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly. Stayed on 7th floor this time but could still hear the ktv on 4th floor. Location was great, walking distance to mosque. Pool was deep, up to 1.9 metres and huge. Also a jacuzzi pool. Foot reflexology was fully booked though. Will be back again.

I recently stayed at Oakwood Hotel Batam and had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The bed was comfortable, but the room itself was quite small, with an open closet arrangement that might not be to everyone’s liking. Breakfast was a highlight—there was a good variety of options, and the quality was impressive. Another plus is that no deposit was required during check-in. However, the air conditioning was a major downside. It was not cold enough, and even after requesting a technician (who took 30 minutes to arrive), the issue was not resolved. Our first night was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, it rained on the second day, which helped cool down the room naturally. I stayed in Room 803, which had convenient access to the pool and buffet breakfast. However, if you prefer a cold room and love using a duvet, I’d recommend avoiding this room. Another unpleasant experience was during check-out—I noticed a foul smell, similar to a sump pit, near the elevator and on the first floor. It was quite off-putting as I was leaving the hotel. Overall, Oakwood Hotel Batam has some great aspects, but the air conditioning issue and the unpleasant smell during check-out left a negative impression. If these issues are addressed, it could be a much better stay.

Check in is fuss free. Cash deposit of 500k rupiah is needed but waived for us cause we were only staying for a night. Room is clean and equipped with cutlery, plates and even stovetop. Great if you want to stay and eat in. Clean drinking water is also available in a bottle dispenser. Fridge is stocked with drinks you can help yourself too (refreshing and welcome change!). Sheets, towels and toilet are also clean. Hair and body soap is provided too. Located on a hill so expect great views in the day when it is light out. Windy at night too should you choose to take an evening walk. Bed is firm (which is also a welcome change). Easy to get around via gojek so staying there is quite fuss free. According to the concierge, pool is available from 730am and gym from 630am. Just note that Panbil Serviced Apartment shares amenities with Wyndham hotel (located side by side) so the pool and gym facilities are next door. You have to walk over from Panbil to Wyndham (level 2). Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. Again, restaurant is shared between Wyndham and Panbil Serviced Apartments so you have to walk over to Wyndham (level 1). The crowd gets intense at 9am so if the restaurant is full you have to wait 10-15min to be seated. Granted, we came during ***** new year break but it might be less crowded at other times of the year. Food is mid at best. They aren’t bad but they aren’t good. There is some novelty to juicing your own fruit juices and helping yourself to shared bottled juices and milk in a fridge. The egg station seems to be the most popular - witnessed people queueing for it for almost 25min and counting. Not sure if it’s that good or just inefficiently run. My suggestion? Skip the breakfast buffet and order in or head out. Cheaper and probably tastier too. If you order food in you need to pick it up downstairs at level 1. The driver might get confused and end up waiting at Wyndham entrance instead so take note.

I had a great stay and good night sleep , good location with many eateries, massage centre and spa , money changer, walking distance to Nagoya hill mall and the breakfast is widely spread although the western selection is limited, they provide basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrush , shampoo and soap , water bottle and hairdryer, also has deposit box even small fridge, good value for money if you are on budget, I will definitely comeback and book again in the next visit and will recommend this hotel .

the service by the staffs is good. the staffs are friendly. my experiences is marred by someone smoking in the hotel floor and room. I have smell that someone smoke at the level such that the smoking smell is very strong in the corridor even though there are sign to says no smoking and you have to acknowledge that you will be fined for smoking in the hotel. Can even smell the someone smoking while in the room and believe the smell comes in via the vent in the bathroom. Due to the long weekend, hence the hotel is fully booked and the staffs struggle to replenish the food for breakfast. but i dont deny the fact that the location is amazing.
