Spa Hotels in Batam

Apart from the facilities being a little old, everything else was quite good. I would like to make a small suggestion. My child has visited twice, but was reluctant to enter the indoor playground on both occasions because it felt a little scary. The environment in the playground is somewhat dark. Perhaps the playground could be redesigned to be cleaner, brighter, more cheerful and welcoming. I believe this would make children feel more comfortable and encourage them to enjoy the play area more.

The location was accessible, upon reaching the island, we could feel the warm hospitality of the Hotel Crew, buggy-ing us to the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel - welcome reception / hospitality was good and check in was fast! love the cold towel, welcome drink as well. Check in was good, explanation of the staff at concierge counter was clear and they were all very friendly and helpful. Room environment was good, clean and spacious even though we had 3 persons in the room, they added on a big size sofa bed. Service was quick, precise and detailed. Just that the room lack some space to hang towels after using. Facilities was good and nice! Food was great, but just a little expensive especially on the alcohol part. Overall, very satisfied with the place, people, hotel service, food and everything! Definitely more than a 5-star rating hotel !! Will come back again many times. Thank you to Fernando, Nono, Intan and Kiki Adi and the rest of the crew in Westin Nirup Island.

Had a pleasant stay at Panbil Residence Batam. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment and were impressed with how spacious, clean, and comfortable it was. The apartment comes with a kitchen and a cosy living room, making it feel like a home away from home. It was also convenient for families or groups who prefer extra space and the comfort of an apartment setup. Overall, a great place to stay in Batam. Highly recommended for those looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable accommodation

It is a refurbished grand hotel with friendly helpful staff and warm welcoming atmosphere.. For a shower means you have to step into the bath tub which is not conducive for those with joints issues. The mattress and pillows are really great for weary muscles. The breakfast buffet spread esp.the fruit juices local dishes,, hot station n fried noodles are the must haves. Hats off to Chef Pak GorengGoreng! He deserves a raise!🫡

Quiet quaint and family friendly. I went with my mum on a daughter mother trip and the hospitality was amazing. There is a small pool in our villa that we could soak in, ATV rides (extra charges) were fully guided by staff and it was convenient that we dont have to go out and book these adventures fun activities. Everything was communicated via whatsapp, even booking of private buggy from one point of the resort to another. Although there is a small negative part, the toilet smells of dead water and stunk up the whole room, otherwise everything is great for a quick weekend getaway. Transfer doesn’t include going to Batam Centre ferry terminal as wel

The hospitality was great, and all the staff were very helpful and always served us with a smile. The room was clean, and the pool was excellent for families. Our kids absolutely loved it! The view was amazing as well. The only downsides were some service-related issues, such as delays in the buggy service, the limited food options due to the location, and the late opening time of the bar. It only opens at 12 PM, which was a little inconvenient for families like us who spend time at the pool from the morning, especially when the kids get hungry. As for breakfast, the selection and taste were just okay, nothing special, but still acceptable and edible.

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
