"I had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Eska Hotel Batam! The food was absolutely delicious be it the breakfast or the weekly Saturday BBQ and the hotel had such a vibrant atmosphere with events that made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Felix! Who went above and beyond throughout our stay. From recommending great dinner spots to even assisting us with purchasing gifts, his thoughtful service really made us feel well taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine—thank you, Felix! What stood out most was the warm hospitality from every staff member we encountered. No matter where you go in the hotel, you’re always greeted with a bright smile that makes you feel at home. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Grand Eska Hotel Batam for anyone visiting Batam—you’ll be well fed, well cared for, and leave with a big smile."
