"Our stay at Montigo Resorts was nothing short of magical. From the moment my fiancé and I arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and romance. We booked a stunning two-bedroom villa featuring its own private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay."

"So much fun, I'll definitely come back! The room was very spacious with a comfortable sea view. Breakfast was excellent, and there was a BBQ by the pool on the weekend. I read all the reviews on Ctrip, but none mentioned the prices here. Turns out the BBQ was only about 130 RMB, which is an amazing deal! The water activities are even cheaper: kayaking for about 70 RMB and paddleboarding for 220 RMB for 15 minutes!"

"We’d a blast at the relatively new Westin Nirup Island Resort & Spa this weekend. Went there to celebrate wedding anniversary with my wife and the ferry ride from the new SG cruise centre was smooth (make sure you arrive early to avoid long queue or get hold of e-boarding pass in advance). The hotel reception desk and housekeeping team at Westin Nirup was probably overwhelmed by the waves of hotel guests. That resulted in a frustrating delay in getting our room ready (we were the only guests left in the hotel lobby).  The hotel ops team led by Rara Tiffany and Philips quickly noticed the situation and offered an upgrade to a sea villa (Philips also went beyond his duty to give us a tour of the island via a buggy). I’ve to say the location of this hotel resort is perfect for a short getaway from Singapore (better value than staying in a downtown hotel or Sentosa). The quality and variety of food in the island can be improved to ensure the whole guest experience is kept at the highest level (special thanks to Ryan for bringing me a cup of coffee at the buffet dinner night and Arlee for offering to send us back to our villa). To me, this hotel resort is 5-star because of its hardworking and friendly staff!"

"Aston Review: I highly recommend everyone visiting Batam to stay at Aston! This is my second time in Batam, and my second stay at this hotel! ❤️ This time (August 29-31) was super busy; the hotel was almost fully booked, and some items at the breakfast buffet weren't replenished quickly enough. I hope the hotel can arrange more staff on weekends to ensure faster replenishment and replacement of food at the breakfast buffet, and more efficient cleaning! ✅ The air conditioning is very cold (when you check in and open the room door, the AC is already on and waiting for you!) ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and very spacious. ✅ There's a swimming pool, a huge gym (you can even train for HYROX!), a sauna, and massage services. ✅ Breakfast offers a very wide and rich selection! Many local Indonesian specialties, almost everything you can think of! ✅ International adapters are available for direct charging. ✅ Many TV channels, including CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Celestial Movies, as well as Korean and Japanese channels. ✅ The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable! ✅ There's a refrigerator, a bathtub 🛁, and a safe. ✅ Very thoughtful! Simple anniversary decorations + a cake (we saw it right when we checked in and opened the door ❤️). ✅ Hotel staff help open doors and carry luggage. ✅ The hotel is right next door (to the right), just a 5-minute walk to Pisang Keju Terowongan – very affordable and freshly baked! Overall, I'm still very satisfied with my second stay! The next time I visit Batam, I will definitely consider staying at Aston again! ❤️"

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kiki Beach Resort! The location is stunning, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You can really tell the workers take pride in making guests feel at home. The food was another massive highlight—absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a treat! If I could make one tiny suggestion for an otherwise perfect setup: since the toilets have a beautiful open-concept design, it would be amazing if the resort could consider placing a bottle of bug repellent in there for guests to use. Thank you to the amazing team at Kiki Beach for an unforgettable getaway. We will definitely be back!"

"Had a pleasant stay at Beverly Hotel Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also convenient for getting around Batam. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay, and I’d be happy to come back again."

"Overall a great stay with fantastic views and amazing service! The room size was perfectly fine, and the single bed was plenty spacious for one person. The highlight was definitely the view—you can see the ferry terminal right from the window—and the clever mirror design in the room was a wonderful touch that really elevated the space. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, proactively helping with my luggage and opening car doors every time. However The pillow quality was average—it was quite high and firm rather than soft and plush, and leaning against it for a while made my back feel sweaty. The biggest bug for me, though, was the elevator system; there are no clear indicator lights or sound chimes when the elevator arrives, so I ended up missing it quite a few times. Despite these quirks, the view and service made it a very enjoyable stay. I’d also prefer bottled drinking water over the large filtered water dispenser provided, as washing glasses each time was a bit of a hassle."

"We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!"

"I recently stayed at Planet Holiday Hotel Batam for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. One of the highlights of my stay was being pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the trip even more comfortable and memorable. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and one of its biggest advantages. It’s conveniently surrounded by shopping malls, plenty of food options, convenience stores, and Batam’s vibrant nightlife, making it easy to explore the area without travelling far. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
