"I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was definitely the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Dini and Willy. They were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was comfortable.
I was also very pleased with the room — it was spacious, clean, and I was lucky to be given a beautiful sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The main issue I encountered was with the water heater. The temperature was inconsistent — after setting it to a comfortable level, the water would suddenly turn very hot, then revert back, and this cycle kept repeating every few seconds. It made showering quite uncomfortable and is something that should be addressed.
Another point to note is the sound insulation. Noise from the KTV and the rooftop bar can be quite loud, especially at night, which may not be suitable for light sleepers.
Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable room, but addressing the water heater issue and improving sound insulation would make the stay much better."
