MMelvyn NgGood and clean hotel! Bed was so soft and good! They serve quite a decent breakfast as well with a live Indomie station 👌 Only issue I have is the shower and bedroom is separated by glass and a translucent curtain! Rather awkward situation… otherwise this hotel is new and great! Will come back again!

PPaul JerickWe had an amazing stay at Montigo Resort Nongsa! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The location is perfect for a relaxing escape from the city, with stunning sea views and peaceful surroundings. We especially loved the private pool and the resort’s amenities — everything was top-notch.
Highly recommended for a getaway with friends or family. Would definitely come back again!

Staff were friendly and helpful to our enquiries.
Room was spacious and clean, lighting was sufficient as well.
Bedside power points also had standard USB connections for charging devices.
Included breakfast, and the dining hall had natural lighting, as preferred by us.
The spread of choices were enough, and they also had live stations for the usual eggs, as well as stir fry of your choice.
Location is not far from Harbour Bay, but not near the major malls, which is not a major drawback, as we are okay with taking private hires to and from the hotel.

SSumirahService was great, everyone was super friendly. They have archery, great pools and a soccer field. Room was really clean and nice, just the toilet can be better. We were a family of 6+1, dined at their Rocksalt restaurant. Again, people were amazing but I’d rate their food 1 out of 5. Breakfast was decent though. Will definitely visit again. Sunset pic at their rocksalt pool.

AAnonymous Userhotel was at a good location, bedsheets and walls were slightly stained. only provided 1 pillow for each bed and chargeable for extra (non refundable). at the price point i think it was decent, aircon works fine, just a little noise coming from the pipes. room service food was quite good. however, check out took quite long.

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!

TTeeCThe hotel is centrally located between 2 malls of about 400m walking range. It's near to eateries , example A2 food court is just beside it. The service was excellent, kudos to one if the house keeping crew we met in the corridor. We requested , feedback on several issues with our room, firstly faulty kettle, rain shower head as well as unsecured lock at the door. All were promptly dealt with and rectified before we were back at night. The breakfast has a decent variety and menu changes on the 2 full days were had them. The only 2 small complaints is perhaps the absence of a mini bar fridge in such a huge room and also tv was a tad too small as it was very far away from the beds .

RRochelleStayed the the resort for 4 days, the staff were super friendly and helpful. On the last day they granted us an extra one hour to check out. The massages offered were phenomenal, would definitely come back again for those. However, the hotel might be slightly run down in some places. The amenities looked good but the swimming pool water pumps were not on causing the temperature to be very centralised in some areas and a lot of debris to build up. Moreover, the hotel location was not very suited for my family as we had initially wanted to go to the different beaches. We ended up taking a 40 minute taxi to different places everyday, once even going to the other Harris hotel in Barelang. Overall, the staff was amazing but the other aspects were average. Would recommend this hotel for people who are just looking for an escape from busy life and planning to stay in the hotel.
