KKennedy ROur stay at Mehood Lestie (LIZ) Hotel exceeded every expectation. As we passed through Nanning on our travels, we were hoping for a calm place to rest; LIZ Hotel delivered exactly that. The atmosphere is remarkably peaceful, offering a sense of quiet retreat from the city. The spacious, spotless rooms provided the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
Their generous breakfast selection was a refreshing way to start each morning, and the late‑night noodle service was a comforting treat to end the day. The panoramic views overlooking the city were stunning, giving us a true sense of Nanning’s character and beauty.
What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional support from Xiao Tian. Despite my limited language skills, Xiao Tian made everything effortless, from navigating the hotel to understanding the amenities. They helped us extend our stay, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even guided us toward some wonderful local sights. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for.
If you’re looking for a quiet, restorative place to stay, get some work done, or simply relax after exploring the city, LIZ Hotel is an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, with soft bedding and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service was warm and efficient. They also have a well-equipped gym and a buffet restaurant with a rich and delicious breakfast. The environment is elegant, parking is convenient, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserReception staff- they are not good at English but they tried to help us. We used google translate for communication. I appreciated them for their support and kindness.
Size- great. I booked the big room and all was good
Cleanliness- good both the bedroom and toilet room but people or customers can smoke everywhere
Amenities- no fridge. Others were nice.
Location- it is in the CBD so it is convenient to go anywhere easily and I liked it. Lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel and it is near the Nanning exhibition center. However, the name of the hotel is not the same as the name on Trip.com. I had to check it with the staff again.
Comment for Trip.com - please change the name of the hotel as attached pictures

We were so disappointed by the photos of that hotel that we immediately canceled our second night and rebooked here. This hotel is very new, beautiful, and reasonably priced. We're extremely satisfied! Next time we're in Nanning, we'll definitely stay here.

HHo FongMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

GGuest UserCheck-in was incredibly fast, thanks to Jennie at the front desk. We even received a complimentary room upgrade! This Exhibition Smart Select Hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Langxi Night Market, which offers a fantastic selection of local delicacies. Getting around is also super convenient. The room's decor was simple yet calming, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserXiaodu's smart home control system is very convenient, the night light on the corridor to the bathroom is very considerate, and the pick-up service is very heartwarming. The room is very spacious, with dry and wet separation, which is very popular with people with obsessive-compulsive disorder. There is also a smart robot delivery service (although I didn't experience it because I was out all day).

WWanderfulTravelHad a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese.
Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

GGuest UserThe day I checked into the hotel for my business trip, an unexpected illness struck without warning. Before the exhaustion from my journey had even subsided, a sudden, severe stomachache accompanied by dizziness overwhelmed me. Gritting my teeth, I forced myself to complete the check-in process, my fingertips cold and my face so pale it was almost bloodless. By the time I received the room key, I barely had the strength to say thank you, with only one thought in my mind: get to the room and lie down as quickly as possible.
Dragging my heavy feet, I entered the elevator. As the doors slowly began to close, the concierge suddenly rushed up, one hand holding the elevator button open and the other carrying a warm cup of water. “When you were checking in just now, I noticed you didn’t look well. Are you feeling unwell? Please have some warm water to ease your discomfort before heading up,” she said. Her voice was gentle and soft, filled with genuine concern. She carefully checked the water temperature when handing it to me, making sure it wasn't too hot or too cold. As the warm water slid down my throat, warmth spread throughout my body, and my previously tense nerves relaxed a bit due to this unexpected care.
Finally, back in my room, I had barely managed to sit by the bed when my stomachache and dizziness worsened significantly. Cold sweat streamed down my face, dampening my temples, and I was losing the strength to even lift my arm. I struggled to reach for the phone by the bed, using all my remaining strength to dial the front desk, my voice weak and full of helplessness. To my surprise, less than two minutes after hanging up, there was a soft knock on the door. The concierge stood there with the hotel's first-aid kit, her brow slightly furrowed and her eyes full of worry, without a moment's delay.
She quietly entered the room and knelt by my bed, gently taking out a thermometer to check my temperature. While waiting for the result, she softly asked about my symptoms: “Is it constant pain or intermittent? Do you feel nauseous or like you want to vomit?” Learning that I was in so much pain I was breaking out in a cold sweat, she decisively said, “You can’t stay like this; you need to go to the hospital immediately. We can’t delay.” As soon as she finished speaking, she promptly got up, fetched my coat, carefully organized my ID and phone into its pockets, and immediately contacted the hotel's standby vehicle. The whole process was clear and efficient, leaving me with nothing to worry about.
On the way to the hospital, the concierge sat beside me, gently patting my back to reassure me: “Don’t be scared, it’s probably nothing serious. You’ll feel better after a check-up at the hospital.” She had also proactively contacted the hospital’s emergency department on her phone and briefly explained my symptoms. By the time we arrived, medical staff were already waiting, saving us the long wait for registration. For the subsequent examinations, payments, and medication collection, the concierge was constantly running around, beads of sweat forming on her forehead, yet she remained incredibly patient, periodically asking if I felt any better. She showed no signs of complaint about this “extra work.” Only when the doctor confirmed it was just acute gastroenteritis and that I’d be fine after an IV drip did she finally relax, her tightly furrowed brow smoothing out, replaced by a relieved smile.
During the IV drip, seeing my still pale face, Xiao Lin (the concierge) worried that I might feel unwell receiving an IV on an empty stomach. She gently urged me to rest well and quietly left the ward. Soon after, she returned with a bowl of warm millet porridge, saying softly, “I bought this from a nearby restaurant; it’s soft and well-cooked. Have some to line your stomach; you’ll feel much better.” The porridge was just the right temperature, soft and smooth, warming not just my stomach but also my heart as it slid down. Watching her busy, selfless actions, I held the warm bowl of porridge, filled with an indescribable gratitude, my eyes welling up slightly.
After the IV drip, I returned to the hotel and, following the concierge’s careful instructions, had a good night’s rest. My body had mostly recovered by the next day. When checking out before my departure, the concierge specially handed me an exquisite souvenir, smiling as she said, “This is luo han guo tea, a specialty of Nanning. It’s good for clearing heat and soothing your throat. I hope you have a smooth journey with this small token of our appreciation.” I later opened it and brewed a cup; the tea was sweet and mellow, with an excellent taste. One sip and warmth spread from my throat, and the feeling of gratitude lingered long after.
What was initially just an ordinary business trip check-in turned into a truly heartwarming and responsible experience due to this sudden illness, exceeding my expectations. The concierge’s keen observation of my discomfort and prompt assistance, coupled with her taking leave from her manager to accompany me throughout my hospital visit – from contacting emergency services and handling all the procedures to thoughtfully preparing warm porridge – every detail was full of care. The luo han guo tea given to me upon departure was like packing Nanning’s warmth for me, its sweet taste holding deep sentiment. This family-like care received in a strange city not only alleviated my physical discomfort but also warmed my journey. Such a caring, responsible, and thoughtful hotel deserves all the praise and recommendation. The next time I’m on a business trip to Nanning, this will undoubtedly be my first choice. I will forever cherish this unexpected warmth and感动!

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.
