This Chinese New Year, I decided to spend my holiday at the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning, expecting just a standard trip. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by a heartwarming experience that felt like family. On the first day of the ***** New Year, I excitedly headed to Qingxiu Mountain, a Nanning landmark, for a stroll. The mountain was a festive hive of activity, packed with tourists. After enjoying the scenery, I realized the difficulty of traveling during the Spring Festival – getting a taxi near the scenic area was nearly impossible. There were very few empty cabs passing by, and ride-hailing apps showed long queues with no success after a prolonged wait. As dusk approached, I started to feel anxious. In desperation, I decided to call the hotel's front desk, explaining my predicament of being stranded at the scenic spot with no way back. To my surprise, a hotel staff member named Xiaotian, upon hearing my situation, didn't hesitate for a second. She immediately assured me she would find a solution. Not long after, Xiaotian arrived at the entrance of Qingxiu Mountain on the hotel's electric scooter, ready to pick me up. On the way back, she carefully rode, constantly checking on me and reminding me to hold tight and stay warm. Seeing her determined figure braving the cold wind, my anxiety instantly transformed into immense gratitude. Back at the hotel, she busied herself helping me with my luggage and checking the room temperature. Her thoughtful care made me feel incredibly welcome and at home during this Spring Festival away from my hometown. This experience truly highlighted the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning's customer-centric service philosophy. Xiaotian demonstrated the warmth of their service through her actions. This unexpected help not only solved my immediate problem but also made this Year of the Horse Spring Festival exceptionally memorable and precious.

This is a hotel I must stay in every time I come to Nanning. The location is great, close to Nanning East Station, with shuttle service very convenient. There is a commercial area downstairs with food and drink, so you don't have to go too far to find food. The breakfast is rich in variety, with milk coffee and so on. There is also a laundry room and gym. The laundry room has separate washing and drying, which is easy to operate. The view is also very good, with a wide and bright view, comfortable and spacious. The handsome guys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic every time they serve, I like it very much!

This hotel is excellent. We stayed two nights in Nanning, and the first night we were near Chaoyang Square. We were so disappointed by the photos of that hotel that we immediately canceled our second night and rebooked here. This hotel is very new, beautiful, and reasonably priced. I've stayed here a few times before, and this time I booked an executive suite for three days and two nights, then extended my stay for another night. Everything about it was fantastic – the environment, facilities, views, location, and service. The room was very clean. The front desk was quick to respond, very polite, and generally met all my requests. The cleaning staff were also lovely and handled everything efficiently, cleaning the room thoroughly. The only minor drawback is the hotel's policy for hourly rates; they charge half a day until 6 PM, but the system automatically charges a full day after that. This is a bit unreasonable, and I hope they can improve it, as every guest has different needs. Overall, it's still very good.

Check-in was incredibly fast, thanks to Jennie at the front desk. We even received a complimentary room upgrade! This Exhibition Smart Select Hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Langxi Night Market, which offers a fantastic selection of local delicacies. Getting around is also super convenient. The room's decor was simple yet calming, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

The service was the absolute highlight of our stay. The staff (XW) were incredibly friendly and polite, and our room was cleaned promptly with great attention to detail. The room itself was cozy and spotless, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage. The entire experience was smooth and genuinely heartwarming. We felt so comfortable during our stay!

The hotel's hardware and software are pretty good! But the service attitude is poor! First, we booked two deluxe king-size rooms, but when we arrived at the hotel, only one room was available. The front desk said that it would take about 20 minutes to get a room, and we waited for more than an hour. If the room has not been cleaned, it should not be put up for sale online, or the guests should be informed in advance. It looks like a marketing scam Second, I only took two room cards to the front desk, but because the handover was not clear, they insisted that I took three room cards. After I checked with my family several times, we didn't get the three room cards. The front desk took out a room card that was not given to us from the computer. The attitude of the front desk was very arrogant and they didn't treat me politely at all! This stay experience is extremely bad! The above is my real situation, I hope it can help you!

We decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

The room was wonderfully bright and immaculately clean, with every detail taken care of. The bath and hand towels were thick and spotless, and the vanity was tidy with no water stains. The mattress offered excellent support, preventing any back pain. There were no mosquitoes or insects anywhere, indicating thorough pest control. The public areas were also neat and orderly. Choosing this place for your travels and stay is a definite win; you won't be disappointed.
