Perfect
KKaKa0330The owner is so kind! She upgraded our room to one with a window view. The cleaning staff were also very polite. The entire B&B is incredibly photogenic; you can take stunning pictures just about anywhere. It's clear the owner has a unique and stylish taste. The natural, minimalist design with wood and stone elements is very comfortable, and I absolutely loved taking a nap in the room. When we checked out, they gave us a small gift, and there's bottled water available next to the elevator for guests to take. The stir-fried dishes at breakfast were super delicious, though it's a shame I missed them on the last day because I had to catch an early high-speed train. I hope to book this place again next time I visit Luoyang.

GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations, must give full praise, the hotel is in the ancient city scenic area of Luoqi, parking is very convenient, the hotel is very new, the lighting is very good, the room is atmospheric, the mattress is very comfortable to sleep, quiet in the middle of noisy, sleep until dawn, the staff is good, The smile is very infectious. I have to mention that the equipment and supplies in the room can feel that it is really considered by the guests. The exquisite and small water dispenser replaces the traditional kettle. It is clean and hygienic. The water is Bama water. It is really a good hotel to drink good water. The trash can is very interesting, smart, with a wave of hands, and automatically opens. In addition, the disposable slippers have a good texture and are very heavy. I asked the hotel for a few pairs to wear them home. The outdoor scenery on the third floor of this hotel is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. In the evening, I went to Yingtianmen with my friends, Lijingmen, Xiaojie, Luoyan Ancient City, and returned to the hotel to rest. The route is very convenient. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will stay here.

Excellent
3300052****The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!
MM477089****The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient for reaching the business district. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was just the right softness, so even after pulling an all-nighter for a project, I didn't feel tired. The front desk service was very thoughtful; they proactively helped upgrade my room and offered free printing. The only minor drawback was the slightly limited breakfast selection, but the taste was good. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next business trip.

TTouxinxiaomaomaoOut of the three hotels I've stayed at in Henan, this one is by far the best! The room was clean and spacious, and the smart amenities were top-notch. Everything felt brand new! The front desk staff even helped us with our luggage to the hotel. The service was really attentive! There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and it's only a 6-7 minute walk to the Longmen Grottoes ticket office. We had a fantastic time on this trip!

LLasingThis hotel is super close to Mudan Bridge Metro Station, right outside the door, making it really convenient to get around. Of course, taxis in Luoyang are cheap; it only took 5 minutes by taxi to get to Luoyang Museum from the hotel.
The hotel itself is very new, and the service was excellent. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. When we checked out and were waiting for our ride in the lobby, they even brought us warm bottled water, which was a lovely touch. Although it's next to a main road, it wasn't noisy at all at night.
The beef noodle soup right outside the hotel is also delicious. If you walk through the underpass, there's a small local market in the residential area behind it, offering a glimpse into the everyday life of the locals.
GGuest UserDespite my younger brother's strong recommendation, I usually lean towards Huazhu Group hotels (I've been a loyal customer since Hanting, then Ji, Orange, and Crystal Orange first opened). Every guest has different expectations, and no hotel can cater to all. This was my first time staying at Atour, and while it certainly has its pros and cons (which many others have already pointed out), I'd like to share my personal experience.
1. Upon check-in, four of us were checking in, but only two welcome drinks were offered, which was a bit disappointing.
2. Being used to Ji and Orange hotels, I habitually asked if breakfast was complimentary. The answer was no; it was over 300 RMB for four people daily, discounted to a little over 200 RMB. As we were staying for three days, tended to wake up late, and ate lightly, we decided against it. The staff member processing our request gave us a rather disdainful look (though I might be overthinking it). In fairness, we didn't even partake in the complimentary evening porridge, so we're not ones to take something just because it's free. (chuckle)
3. I actually came with the intention of experiencing the hotel's bedding and perhaps buying some pillows to take home, but the soundproofing was so poor that I didn't get a single good night's sleep.
4. We woke up late and bought mung bean porridge and fried dough sticks from outside. With no small dining table available, we had to eat on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable.
5. The hotel didn't inform us about any of its amenities or services. For instance, they had a chain coffee brand available, yet we spent a considerable amount of time searching for one outside. We also had no idea about the fruit-infused tea that was tucked away behind the lobby.
6. The TV and movie features were quite substandard. While I could overlook the fact that international access didn't work, even casting from domestic phones was impossible.
7. Water stains on the bathroom vanity couldn't be wiped away with the hotel towels; we had to resort to using tissue paper. The sink itself could also use an upgrade or replacement.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay. Upon check-in, we were given a fresh piece of fruit, and the front desk lady even poured me a sweet glass of rock sugar pear. The ladies in the hallway were also very nice, smiling at me as they passed by. The room was very clean. I wasn't used to soft pillows, so after I told the front desk, they immediately gave me a buckwheat pillow, which I slept on perfectly! I woke up in the morning and tried the hotel buffet, which was absolutely delicious, especially the beef soup. The hotel is easily accessible by car, and the parking lot is spacious. A perfect stay!

GGuest UserThe room was quite small; once the two beds were in, there was barely any space left. The entire courtyard was tiny, just two small sections, not much to explore. It's located in a traffic-controlled area, so taxis or private cars can't get there directly. You have to go to a designated spot and take the hotel's shuttle bus.
However, it's super convenient for Longmen Grottoes – only 300 meters from the entrance, so you can just walk there.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, close to all the attractions, and within walking distance to Xigong Xiaojie (Xigong Alley), which is perfect for late-night snacks. The environment is clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite spacious. The service is also great, especially the restaurant manager, who was incredibly warm and kind. I accidentally left my phone in the restaurant during breakfast, and they went out of their way to mail it back to me – I was really touched. I especially loved the Hu La Tang (spicy and sour soup) for breakfast. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.
