這次帶一大家子11口人入住賽里木湖旁的桔子水晶，還沒正式開業就已經被寵上天了。看我們小孩多，主動幫我們全部升級家庭大床房😭
我們到得晚，本來衹想問一下外賣，沒想到前台小姐姐主動説：“這麼晚了點外賣需要很長時間，不嫌棄我們安排幫您煮點麪吧！”， 結果端上來的麪里居然好多牛肉（驚喜之外的驚喜），每人一大碗直接送到房間，還額外送了果盤和點心盒！我們主動説算錢不然真太不好意思了[捂臉]小哥哥一直拒絕説不用客氣，特別要感謝這小哥哥（好像叫恩克？）又高又帥[愉快]，全程幫我們搬行李、按電梯、送餐，耐心得不得了。
第二天居然還贈送了賽里木湖專業拍攝！退房時還有驚喜伴手禮，這服務簡直是連環彩蛋，這驚喜和舒心遠超五星🎁
房間超大超新，設施高檔也就算了，床品才是真的絕！被子枕頭舒服到我一躺下就不想動，全家人都睡得太香了。
作為一家從廣東去到這寒冬的北方的南方小土豆，直接被這份暖心暖化了，是真的把客人當家人疼啊！強烈推薦給所有來賽里木湖的朋友，這家桔子水晶必須沖！👏👏👏

We stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was cozy and comfortable. The underfloor heating in the room was incredibly effective; even when it was freezing outside, the indoor temperature remained as warm as spring. It really helped us shake off travel fatigue, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night – pure bliss.
The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The food was abundant and delicious, with authentic home-style flavors that were both fresh and comforting, setting us up for an energetic day. From the facilities to the attentive service, every detail made us feel incredibly comfortable. The clean environment and thoughtful service completely exceeded our expectations.
Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, this is the ideal place to stay when visiting Sayram Lake. It offers comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and convenient access, all at an excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Sayram Lake. GGuest UserThe room I stayed in was exceptionally spacious and bright, offering a wonderful sense of openness. It was truly the biggest and most comfortable room I encountered during my multi-day stay around Sayram Lake. But the most heartwarming aspect of this trip was undoubtedly the thoughtful service from our housekeeper, Beibei. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, his attentiveness was constant. During check-in, he meticulously explained the room facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area. Any requests I had during my stay were met with immediate responses. At check-out, he thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings. Even after leaving the hotel, that comforting warmth lingered. When I was struggling to find a taxi at the Sayram Lake scenic area on my way back, I contacted him in a pinch. To my surprise, he immediately dropped what he was doing and drove over to pick me up, even reminding me to be careful on the roads in the scenic area. Over many years of travel, I've explored numerous mountains and lakes and experienced all kinds of services, but service staff like Beibei, who possess both professionalism and genuine warmth, are truly rare. His sincerity and enthusiasm added an extra layer of warmth to the already beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake.

ZZhouyechenThe hotel is very clean and tidy, the front desk lady is very warm, the service attitude is very good, we said that the dried fruit and dates at the front desk are delicious, and we prepared a small bag for us when we checked out the next day. It was really happy. The southern potato really felt very cold when I came to Xinjiang. But I felt warm everywhere in Xinjiang, especially the details of the front desk lady. I saw that I brought a few white plastic bags with a bunch of clothes. I took the hotel’s exclusive bag for me to pack clothes. When I came, the suitcase was good. Going back is really big and small. Really warmed by the hotel, friends who like light luxury, clean and simple style, it is highly recommended to stay

GGuest UserI had originally booked another hotel, but when I got off the highway and entered the city, I saw this one. It had a grand exterior and plenty of parking spaces. Decisively change hotels. It did not disappoint, it even exceeded expectations! The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very comfortable. The toilet is a little small and feels a little crowded when the door is closed. There were two hairs on the headboard and pillow, but I cleaned them myself, so it's not a big deal. The breakfast was also very satisfying. The wonton was very popular and was a must-order for every table. The minority guy at the front desk had a great service attitude, and the security lady was also very nice, polite and kind. The overall stay felt relaxing and pleasant! If I come to Bole again, I will stay here again!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

DDave_DetroitFor a hotel that costs over 1,000 yuan a night, there's no gym. I went to the restaurant that evening and tried to order a bowl of noodle soup, but it wasn't available. Noodles were always available for breakfast, but not for dinner.
The bathroom had a foul sewer odor, and it turned out the back of the toilet seat wasn't sealed where it met the floor. Clearly, the engineering department wasn't supervising properly.
Another point: The hotel rooms don't have Type C connectors, considering it's scheduled for completion in 2025, while other hotels have them. Clearly, this is ill-considered.

The bedding is clean and comfortable. Attention to detail is superb: there's complimentary tea in the lobby, along with common medications. The rooms come with a large-capacity humidifier. The service is warm and friendly, and every staff member is professional and dedicated. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good selection of Western, Chinese, and fruit options. The in-house restaurant is also impressive; you can order stir-fries or hotpot without worrying about a bad choice. The 5th floor even has a large bar and offers complimentary afternoon tea daily, with fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows. Without hesitation, I extended my stay by another day. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!
