The only drawback is that for some reason, there is no solid wall between the bathroom and the room. You can see people going to the toilet and taking a shower while lying on the bed. Although it is frosted glass and you can't see clearly, it still feels weird.

MM506392****The hygiene is the ultimate, and the clean and tidy environment is moved as soon as you enter the room. The sheets and quilts are white and odorless, and they feel soft and refreshing, and there is no hair found in the seams of the bed. The bathroom is full of details, the toilet is as white as new, no smell, the glass door of the shower room has no scale, the countertop and the tile gap are spotless, and the bare feet are completely assured on the ground.
The temperature of the service is also heartwarming. The check-in efficiency at the front desk was extremely high, and the surrounding dining and attractions were actively introduced. Welcome drinks were also presented, which instantly dispersed the fatigue of the journey. I casually mentioned that I needed extra pillows, and the staff sent them to the room in less than ten minutes. The facilities in the room are also very complete, the smart equipment is very convenient to use, the Wi-Fi speed is fast, the shower water pressure and water temperature are very stable.

LLiyaanThe most surprising thing about my trip to Xinjiang was this hotel by Sayram Lake! Upon arrival, I was captivated by its unique design, featuring cabins, space capsules, and planet rooms. I originally booked a cabin, but they upgraded me to a space capsule for free. I loved it! During check-in, the front desk assistant, An, was patient, helpful, efficient, and handsome. He even gave me a Labubu blind box, which I give him a five-star rating! The other front desk staff were also good-looking. Hahaha, this is a hotel that's all about appearances.
Entering the room, the warm, light-luxury ambiance was a revelation. The oversized picture window framed the snow-capped mountains like a stunning painting, allowing you to take in the view from your bed. The bed was so soft, and I slept so soundly. The room was meticulously detailed, the amenities were new and complete, and the common areas were beautifully designed, creating a captivating atmosphere in every photo. Oh, and they even provided a fruit plate in the evening!
The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and was both nutritious and delicious. I loved the spicy and numbing cold bean curd, but I forgot to take a picture of the breakfast. I brought my two-year-old with me, and the staff were incredibly caring and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone with children! It's reliable!
The hotel is very convenient to the Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. I woke up naturally in the morning and was only ten minutes away. This was a perfect stay. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sailimu Lake!

DDave_DetroitFor a hotel that costs over 1,000 yuan a night, there's no gym. I went to the restaurant that evening and tried to order a bowl of noodle soup, but it wasn't available. Noodles were always available for breakfast, but not for dinner.
The bathroom had a foul sewer odor, and it turned out the back of the toilet seat wasn't sealed where it met the floor. Clearly, the engineering department wasn't supervising properly.
Another point: The hotel rooms don't have Type C connectors, considering it's scheduled for completion in 2025, while other hotels have them. Clearly, this is ill-considered.

MM51764****The hotel is located about two kilometers from the East Gate Visitor Center of Sayram Lake, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hotel consists of villas and VIP buildings; the VIP building has just opened. We stayed in a villa building, which has about a dozen villas. We were on the top floor, the third floor, with six rooms per floor. There's no elevator, but there are bellhops to help with luggage. The hotel rooms have underfloor heating, which was very warm, especially since the temperature at Sayram Lake in early June is only around 10 degrees Celsius. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was acceptable, slightly below four-star standards, maybe three-star. Overall, for the area near Sayram Lake, the accommodation is quite good. The price would be equivalent to a five-star luxury hotel in a first-tier city. However, prices are generally high around Sayram Lake, with even ordinary rooms costing over 1000 yuan. I would choose this hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake.
