The hotel is very close to the Sayram Lake Visitor Center and the entrance/exit for vehicles, which is a big plus. The breakfast was very plentiful (even including fish and shrimp)! They kept adding more food even after breakfast ended, which was very thoughtful. The room was very spacious and clean, but there was no air conditioning, and the disposable slippers were hidden too well, behind the sliding door to the bathroom. For two nights, I thought the hotel didn't provide slippers, only discovering they were there before I left.

Because the Duku Highway was closed, we changed our itinerary and booked a hotel at the last minute. It turned out to be the best hotel in our price range during our ten-plus days of travel. Problems were resolved quickly, the environment was clean and tidy, and they were very child-friendly! We even got a 10% discount at the Lotus Restaurant next door. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Sayram Lake next time.

This hotel was a highlight of our Xinjiang trip! Every area of the room was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Layla provided exceptional service, even proactively offering tips for exploring the scenic area. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon tea and late-night congee/supper options – truly thoughtful service. A few days after checking out, I realized I might have left some clothes in the lobby. I contacted Layla, and she quickly located them for us and promptly arranged for SF Express to ship them. So grateful! 🥹

The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

1. **Prime Location within the Scenic Area** Being situated within the scenic area, the 48-hour valid ticket allows for multiple entries and exits. It's just a few minutes' drive from the East Gate ticket office, and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the scenic area. This eliminates the need to travel back and forth to Qinghui River Town (a 1-hour journey one way), making it incredibly convenient to enter the lake early to catch the sunrise or tour the lake in the evening to watch the sunset. The hotel boasts a spacious free parking lot equipped with EV charging stations, which is very friendly for electric car owners, especially models like the Li L8. 2. **Hardware is Superior Among Chain Hotels Along the Lake** Recently opened, the entire hotel is smart-enabled with sensor lighting, electric curtains, and Bluetooth speakers. It's also equipped with humidifiers, independent thermostatic bathrooms, and Sealy mattresses, all designed to cope with the significant day-night temperature fluctuations at Sayram Lake. The soundproofing throughout the hotel is excellent, blocking out the noise from the strong winds by the lake. There's a self-service laundry room and a gym, meeting the needs of long-distance travelers for washing clothes. 3. **Breakfast Caters to Both Northern and Southern Tastes** The breakfast buffet runs until 11 AM, so there's no need to rush in the morning. Besides standard Chinese and Western options, it also features local Xinjiang yogurt, naan bread, and milk tea. For rooms without breakfast included, it can be purchased separately at the front desk. 4. **Standardized Management, Strong Stability** As a chain brand, pricing is transparent with clear rates during peak season. Compared to scattered guesthouses around the lake, the probability of a bad experience is much lower. The front desk staff are familiar with key photo spots around the lake and can provide advice on scenic routes.

The hotel is right opposite the east gate visitor center of Sayram Lake, with a whole street of restaurants. The only downside is that parking spots in front are quite limited; if you come back late, you might have to park a bit further away. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Around 1 AM, I could still hear kids running and shouting in the room next door. Breakfast in the morning was incredibly busy. With so many tourists and not enough seating, the staff were clearly overwhelmed during peak hours. Food wasn't replenished fast enough, and tables weren't cleared promptly.

在決定出門旅行的那段日子裏，我其實思考了很久，到底要選擇什麼樣的住宿地點。對於出門在外這件事，每個人心裏都有不一樣的想法，有的人看重交通，有的人看重價格，有的人看重環境，而我，在經過反反覆覆的斟酌之後，最終敲定了這家酒店。在正式入住之前，我也在網上翻看了不少相關的內容，各種各樣的評價，有的説不錯，有的説一般，還有的寫得很短，衹是簡單一句話帶過。看來看去，我心裏也有很多不一樣的感受，有時候看着別人的文字，會忍不住想象自己入住之後的樣子，會腦補很多畫面，想象推開房門的瞬間，想象房間裏面的樣子，想象在酒店裡麪度過的那些時光。 人在出行之前，總是會有很多期待，這種期待説不清道不明，不是那種非常具體的期待，而是一種朦朧的感覺。就好像，你準備去一個陌生的地方，你不知道會遇見什麼，不知道會發生什麼樣的小事，不知道這一趟旅程當中，住宿的體驗會給整個旅途帶來什麼樣的影響。很多時候，住宿這件事，在整個旅行裏面，佔著很重要的位置，但是它又不是全部。旅行有很多組成部分，路上的風景，吃到的食物，遇見的人，還有休息的地方，所有這些東西組合在一起，才構成完整的一段出行經歷。所以，在挑選酒店的時候，我才會花那麼多時間去琢磨，去對比，去思考。 我記得，當初看到這家酒店的時候，第一印象，怎麼説呢，就是感覺它整體看上去，是那種比較符合我當下需求的類型。當然，僅僅衹是第一眼的感受，很多東西，光靠圖片和文字是沒辦法完全看明白的。圖片可以修飾，文字可以美化，很多真實的感受，衹有你親自來到這裏，親自住進去，親身去體驗之後，你才能夠真切地體會到。這一點，我在出發之前就已經明白。所以我也沒有抱着百分之百完美的幻想，我衹是抱着一種平常心，想着去看一看，去感受一下。 在去往酒店的路上，我一路上都在思考很多事情。窗外的景色不斷向後退去，車子平穩地向前行駛，我的思緒也飄得很遠。我想到，每次外出，選擇住宿，其實就像是在選擇一個臨時的小家。雖然衹是短暫停留，不會長久居住，但是這個臨時的落腳點，會陪伴你度過旅途當中的夜晚，會在你疲憊的時候給你一個可以休息的地方。人累了的時候，最需要的就是一處可以安心待着的空間。不管外面的世界多麼喧鬧，衹要回到這個空間裏面，就可以放鬆下來，卸下一路上的疲憊。 終於，車子抵達了酒店所在的區域。剛到這裏，我就開始打量周邊的環境。這個區域，怎麼形容呢，就是一個很普通的片區，有街道，有建築，來來往往的行人，車輛有序地在路上通行。城市裡麪的很多地方，大體上都是這樣的樣子，不同的街道，會有屬於自己獨有的氛圍。有的地方熱鬧喧囂，有的地方安靜舒緩。這家酒店所在的位置，屬於那種不吵也不冷清的狀態。你説它特別繁華吧，倒也算不上；你説它偏僻冷清吧，也不是。就是剛剛好的那種感覺。 走進酒店大門的那一刻，我停下腳步，慢慢看了看大堂。大堂這個地方，是酒店給客人的第一門面。很多人來到酒店，最先接觸到的就是大堂。大堂的氛圍，會直接影響客人對這家酒店的第一感受。我站在大堂裏面，慢慢環顧四周。大堂的空間大小，屬於適中的程度，不算特別開闊宏大，也不會顯得侷促狹小。空間這個東西，其實很奇妙，太大的空間，有時候會讓人覺得空曠，缺少一點温度；太小的空間，又會讓人覺得壓抑，待着不舒服。而這裏的大堂，尺度剛剛好。 大堂裏面的燈光，也是有講究的。燈光不是那種刺眼的強光，而是柔和的光線。柔和的燈光，會讓人覺得心裏很平靜。如果燈光太亮，會讓人覺得有壓迫感；燈光太暗，又會讓人覺得昏暗，看不清東西。這家酒店大堂的燈光，在亮度方面，把握得還算可以。燈光打在牆面、地面還有傢俱上面，營造出一種淡淡的氛圍。這種氛圍，沒有什麼特別驚艷的地方，但也不會讓人覺得難受。 然後我就走到前台的位置，準備辦理入住手續。前台是酒店服務的一個重要窗口，前台工作人員的狀態，會很大程度影響入住體驗。我走到前台，和工作人員進行了簡單的溝通。辦理入住這個流程，其實每一家酒店都大同小異，無非就是出示證件，確認訊息，然後拿到房卡。這個過程，沒有什麼特別複雜的地方。在整個辦理的過程當中，我也在留心觀察。工作人員説話的語速，語氣，還有做事的節奏，都是可以感受得到的。 在等待辦理手續的這段時間裏，我也在觀察大堂裏其他的細節。大堂裏面擺放着一些傢俱，有沙發，有桌子。這些傢俱，看起來就是日常使用的款式，沒有什麼特別奢華的設計。很多酒店的大堂傢俱，會設計得很有特色，有的簡約，有的復古，有的現代。這家酒店的傢俱風格，屬於比較大眾化的風格，不張揚，也不廉價。就是簡簡單單，適合放在大堂供客人臨時休息使用。如果有客人早到，房間還沒有收拾好，就可以坐在大堂的沙發上面稍作等候。 大堂的地面，也值得説一説。地面的材質，走上去的腳感，肉眼看上去的樣子，都是能感知到的。地面乾淨與否，是很直觀的感受。我站在那裡，低頭看了看地面，整體看上去，是比較整潔的。當然，在人流量比較大的大堂，想要時時刻刻保持一塵不染，本身就是一件不容易的事情。畢竟來來往往很多客人，鞋底會帶着外面的灰塵，走動的時候，就會把灰塵帶到室內。所以，對於大堂的衞生，我們也不能用過於苛刻的標準去要求。 辦理完入住，拿到房卡之後，我就準備前往客房。從大堂去往客房的路上，要經過走廊。酒店的走廊，也是一個很容易被忽略，但又很重要的地方。很多人在入住的時候，衹會關注房間內部，卻很少留意走廊。但是走廊是通往客房的必經之路，你每天進出房間，都會經過這裏。走廊的寬度，牆面，燈光，還有整體的安靜程度，都會在潛移默化當中影響入住感受。 走在走廊裏麪，我慢慢往前走。走廊的寬度，屬於常規的寬度。兩個人並排行走，是完全沒問題的。走廊兩側的牆面，顏色是比較柔和的色調，不會很鮮艷，不會讓人看久了覺得視覺疲勞。走廊的燈光，同樣是偏柔和的類型，沿着走廊均勻分佈。燈光不會忽明忽暗，整體保持穩定。走廊裏麪，安安靜靜的，沒有很大的噪音。在酒店裡麪，安靜是一件很重要的事情。如果走廊一直很吵鬧，那麼住在房間裏面，也很難安心休息。 走着走着，就到了我房間門口。拿出房卡，刷開門鎖，房門緩緩打開。推開房門的一瞬間，我走進房間。進入房間之後，第一感受，就是這個房間，是一個獨立的空間，屬於我短暫停留的地方。房

I specifically chose this place for my trip. Since you can't stay inside the scenic area, I opted for this campsite right next to it. It's just a 5-minute drive, which saved a lot of hassle. The camp environment is tranquil, and the air is exceptionally fresh. The room facilities are well-equipped, the bathroom is clean and hygienic, and the bedding is comfortable for a good night's sleep. From sunrise to stargazing, every moment of the scenery is captivating, and the service is meticulous and attentive. It's a great place to stay when visiting Sayram Lake.

This is a fantastic new hotel, just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, and the facilities were comprehensive. Parking was convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided earplugs for light sleepers. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich – many hotels around Sayram Lake don't even offer breakfast, and this one was still reasonably priced!
