GGuest UserFive-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!

GGuest UserAs a Marriott Bonvoy member, I generally trust the brand. A big shout-out to Jerry, the Front Desk Supervisor! He messaged me a day in advance, and knowing we were a family traveling, he upgraded our room and even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. He was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever an issue came up. 👍 The only hiccup was the restaurant reception, which was a bit disorganized. We had to negotiate both for dinner and breakfast to get our child seated. On the bright side, the breakfast itself was delicious! Other notes: The hotel facilities are very new, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were attentive. However, sharing one door for both the bathroom and shower room was a bit inconvenient.

GGuest UserThis trip to Sayram Lake, the hotel I stayed at was much better than I expected, I truly loved their hotel style. We arrived at the hotel at noon, and the security guard was very warm and helpful! The front desk ladies were all beautiful and polite! Uyghurs have such strong genes! After unpacking, we headed to the cafe. The cafe's ambiance was lovely, and I'd give full marks to the cafe staff. The barista's service was excellent, the coffee cups were unique, and the Xinjiang-style floral tea was delicious and refreshing. Enjoying tea while admiring the Sayram Lake view was wonderful. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and lounging on the small sofa by the window was very relaxing. The hotel is quite close to Sayram Lake, we reached the scenic area in just 5 minutes by car. Excellent value for money.

Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake.
