CChanyudichenThe geographical conditions of the hotel are excellent, the window is Sailimu Lake, and there are no vehicles around. The lobby manager Xiao Guo is very nice and patiently helps me arrange the strategy (where to cheer, play, eat, etc.). My clothes are dirty, he intimately helped me take the dirty clothes to the washing machine to wash, wash and dry them and put them at the door of my room. This is commendable. The service has nothing to say.

The architecture draws inspiration from the lake's winds and stones, seamlessly blending the wilderness into the living space. Open your window to an expansive vista of the lake and mountains. GGuest UserChoosing a yurt requires some preparation. There's no shower and only a dry toilet, but other than that, everything was great! The room was one of the cleanest yurts I've stayed in, with no odors, and the quilt looked relatively clean. The B&B is located in the nomadic area within Sayram Lake, and the location is excellent, with a vantage point overlooking the lake. I recommend arriving early to experience the lake from this perspective before dark. It's also a great spot for watching the sunset and sunrise, but unfortunately, it rained that night, so we didn't get to see it. The owner's mother provides food, and we ordered lamb pilaf, shredded potatoes, and scrambled eggs with tomatoes. They were all delicious, especially the pilaf! The lamb was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly home-cooked, and it was one of the best pilafs I've had recently in Xinjiang! It's also reasonably priced, with two dishes and a large lamb pilaf for only 160 yuan, a very good value for a touristy area! Overall, it is a very good homestay in the Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. I will choose it again when I come to stay in a yurt next time!

GGuest UserI initially chose this place for its unique glass-house design, which I found very appealing. To my surprise, the room was super warm at night thanks to the underfloor heating. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and even turned on the heating for us in advance, so arriving after 1 AM was still very comfortable. I'm quite particular about bathroom cleanliness, and this one was spotless. Just a small heads-up: the shower floor can be a bit slippery, so be careful. The staff mentioned 24-hour service, so I assume they have rotating shifts – very considerate! Besides breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary coffee at the front desk in the morning, which was a lovely bonus. The location is great, very close to Dongmen. On a clear morning, the views were beautiful, putting me in a wonderful mood! Overall, a truly memorable experience.

GGuest UserI originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!

GGuest UserMy first capsule hotel experience totally exceeded my expectations! It felt really safe and cozy in there, and the bed was so clean and comfy. They even offer free laundry service, which was a huge plus. Location-wise, it's pretty great too. I was walking to the park, and it was super close to the Old East Gate entrance. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

JJianhaijiao333To be honest, the hotel facilities are very good, but the breakfast is very poor. I don't know who designed the TV wall in the room. It's so ugly. When the sliding doors on both sides are closed, the TV is completely blocked. When you open it, you have to walk sideways from the living room to the bedroom; when you insert the room card, the curtains will automatically close. When you calm down, the toilet suddenly says: Welcome to use the Xiaoai toilet. For these problems, I suggest the boss to bring the management team to experience it in person. It cost so much money to repair it, don't be fooled by the contractor like this. I especially praise Manager Ai and Zhang Ning at the front desk. They are very enthusiastic to guests and try their best to solve these small problems of inadequate facilities.
