GGuest UserThis is the view from the hotel window, you can see the lake directly. The location of the hotel is slightly biased, but the sales cabinets in the hotel are all affordable. I am usually used to being stabbed in the back and a little unaccustomed. Jingmei service is better, the front desk Xiao Ai beauty Miss sister, gentle and beautiful, careful service. At 2:30 in the middle of the night, I found that I had menstruation. I didn't bring a sanitary napkin. I thought the sky was collapsed. I called Xiao Ai at 2:30 in the middle of the night and gave me two to pass the crisis safely. The sanitation of the hotel is also very good. The room is quite big and I forgot to take pictures. Overall, it is recommended.

GGuest UserI absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sayram Lake! Before coming to Xinjiang, my biggest concern was the accommodation, but it turns out I worried for nothing. This place genuinely surprised me in the best way possible. If I ever get the chance to visit Sayram Lake again, I'd definitely choose to stay here. Room: Clean and tidy, and as a new hotel, there were no strange odors. The bedding was high-quality, and they even provided rubber pillows. Since the climate is dry, the hotel thoughtfully provided a humidifier. From the panoramic view room, you can see the stunning Sayram Lake. Dining: The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Afternoon tea is served on the hotel's top floor, perfect for enjoying at sunset. On my last day, while strolling around the hotel grounds, I was drawn to the restaurant by the aroma of grilled lamb skewers. I discovered the hotel's restaurant serves fantastic dishes, but I was already full by then. I only ordered the lamb skewers to satisfy my craving, and as for the taste, it was simply 'fragrant'! Service: As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone was there to help with my luggage, and the staff were enthusiastic and polite throughout my stay. Location: It's about a 5-minute drive from the East Gate of Sayram Lake. I think this location is just right – you can enjoy the scenery without it being too noisy. Bonus points: The hotel's afternoon tea is very photogenic, and the chef's yogurt naan bowls are incredibly delicious. Don't miss them, friends!

GGuest UserI initially chose this place for its unique glass-house design, which I found very appealing. To my surprise, the room was super warm at night thanks to the underfloor heating. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and even turned on the heating for us in advance, so arriving after 1 AM was still very comfortable. I'm quite particular about bathroom cleanliness, and this one was spotless. Just a small heads-up: the shower floor can be a bit slippery, so be careful. The staff mentioned 24-hour service, so I assume they have rotating shifts – very considerate! Besides breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary coffee at the front desk in the morning, which was a lovely bonus. The location is great, very close to Dongmen. On a clear morning, the views were beautiful, putting me in a wonderful mood! Overall, a truly memorable experience.

GGuest UserMy first capsule hotel experience totally exceeded my expectations! It felt really safe and cozy in there, and the bed was so clean and comfy. They even offer free laundry service, which was a huge plus. Location-wise, it's pretty great too. I was walking to the park, and it was super close to the Old East Gate entrance. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

When the sliding doors on both sides are closed, the TV is completely blocked. When you open it, you have to walk sideways from the living room to the bedroom; when you insert the room card, the curtains will automatically close. When you calm down, the toilet suddenly says: Welcome to use the Xiaoai toilet. For these problems, I suggest the boss to bring the management team to experience it in person. It cost so much money to repair it, don't be fooled by the contractor like this. I especially praise Manager Ai and Zhang Ning at the front desk. They are very enthusiastic to guests and try their best to solve these small problems of inadequate facilities.
