GGuest UserWe arrived in Bole City around 3 AM, and the front desk staff were still waiting for us, providing excellent service and accommodating all our requests. They even provided WeChat contact and a check-in guide. There were six bottles of water for the three of us in the room. The room had an additional electric heater, and the bathroom had a smart toilet and a heater, so showering wasn't cold. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was still quite refined. It was the first time I'd seen a hotel manager help toast bread to perfection, and they even brought out fresh jam when breakfast was almost over. It was one of the most unexpected and best hotel experiences I had during my trip to Xinjiang. (The picture shows the view from the window.)

LLiuxiuzhongThe bedding was exceptionally comfortable, the room was well-appointed and clean, the staff was professional and welcoming, parking was convenient, the coffee on the first floor was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, the front desk staff was attentive and helpful, and laundry was easy to do. It was a very satisfying experience. The room rate was also very affordable, and they even upgraded me. Thank you so much to the beautiful front desk staff for their excellent review.

Aan k y qianThe room was very clean, there were two types of pillows, the heating was sufficient and there was a humidifier. Sleep well all night. Parking downstairs is also very convenient. There are many restaurants around. There is a coffee shop not far downstairs. Very cost-effective hotel. The decoration of the rooms is very new and very good.

Llin5223558The hotel has an amazing view, the floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly showcase the stunning winter scenery of Sayram Lake – it's truly breathtaking. The hotel service was excellent; the gentleman at the entrance saw I had a lot of luggage and proactively helped me with it. After checking in, a kind lady also assisted with taking my luggage to the room and proactively explained the hotel services. They even thoughtfully provided hot mineral water in the elevator area, which was a nice touch. It's a fantastic hotel!

__WeChat60001****The experience of staying at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

GGuest UserI went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

MM37013****The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.
