JJin_.This hotel is conveniently located very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake Scenic Area, situated in a lively small town with plenty of dining options nearby. Parking is available right outside. The room decor is adorable and perfect for families with kids, featuring two levels and two large beds. There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, with a convenient dry/wet separation downstairs. There's also a balcony overlooking an artificial lake. Upstairs, there's a skylight – I didn't get to see the stars, but it definitely brightened up the room in the morning, waking me up! They initially assigned us the wrong room, but it was quickly rectified, and we even received some welcome fruit. Breakfast was just average.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake is so beautiful that I forgot to take pictures of the hotel. Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much. Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee. The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

AAnonymous UserMy recent stay at your hotel revealed several areas needing improvement, and I'd like to offer some objective feedback for your consideration. Firstly, despite being a newly opened hotel, it still feels incomplete. While exploring the premises, I noticed the staircase leading from the ground floor entrance to the courtyard was unfinished. There were no effective barriers or restrictions, allowing anyone to easily access the guest room areas, which poses a safety hazard. Secondly, the hotel uses an older central air conditioning system. Most new hotels now feature independently adjustable AC units, so the limited temperature control was a drawback. For guests like me, who prefer a cooler room temperature, especially at night when individual adjustment is needed, this was quite inconvenient. I'm providing this feedback for other guests with similar needs. Thirdly, staff training appears to be insufficient. After checking out, we left an item behind, but the hotel didn't proactively contact us; we had to call them. When we contacted the front desk, the staff member seemed quite uninformed and stated we'd have to wait until 10 AM the next morning for housekeeping to be available to check. Normally, there should be a clear handover process during checkout, and the duty manager should be aware of such situations. While the front desk eventually confirmed they found the item, the overall communication process was quite disorganized. Subsequently, the general manager called to apologize, explaining the front desk staff member was new, and offered compensation. However, I believe the core issue isn't with individual employees but with overall training and scheduling. For example, inadequately trained new staff shouldn't be assigned to night shifts (we called around 1 AM). Furthermore, the general manager repeatedly emphasized during our call that he hoped we wouldn't leave a negative review, making the conversation somewhat drawn-out. Frankly, genuine guest experiences should be honestly reflected so that other potential guests can make informed decisions. Overly emphasizing the avoidance of negative feedback can be off-putting and deviates from the original goal of improving service quality.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, roommates didn't bother each other, and the shared facilities were convenient. The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! I sincerely hope your business prospers, and that you'll have a steady flow of customers.

It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

I also prepared small snacks and hot tea for us. It's so cold, so heartwarming The homestay is very big overall! LLiboboluoluoThe location is great, a bit off the road. You have to walk through the grasslands to the herders' territory, and you need the owner to lead the way. There are many horses, sheep, and even cattle grazing freely on the grassland. They live in yurts, one of which the owner's family also lives in. They have about 6 or 7 yurts in total, surrounded by a half-man-high fence. Cooking is done outside the yurt, and eating is done on a tatami table inside. The table is then tucked away to the side afterward. It's very quiet, and even though it's a bit off the road, you can still see the lake. The lake is on one side, and the grassland and mountains are on three sides—it's absolutely beautiful. We arrived just as the sun was setting, so we rented horses from the owner. Strolling through the grassland in the fading light, with the lake to the left and the mountains behind, it was a truly tranquil experience. The sky was filled with stars in the middle of the night, and even though it was cold, I still ran out to admire them several times. The owner's wife's hand-pulled lamb (it has to be 1 kg or it won't cook well, and it's a huge pot) is absolutely delicious 😋. We couldn't finish the rice and stir-fried dishes, but we almost finished the mutton and soup.

SShirley922I still want to experience the yurt when I come to Xinjiang. I am prepared for the psychological expectation that I can't take a shower or use a dry toilet. After I arrived, I felt that the experience was quite good. First of all, I want to praise the service. The boss and his mother grilled the charcoal fire in advance before we arrived, and it was very warm when we entered the room. The thoughtfulness is 100 points. Then there will be spare charcoal fires to replenish in the middle of the night. The stove in the room can also cook. We bought some meat ourselves. The boss also helped to set up a small charcoal grill at the door. Looking at the stars in the sky and blowing the wind to grill meat, the experience dared to raise it to a higher level. It is worth mentioning that their house is so close to the lake. At night, the boss told us the sunrise time in advance, and we also checked the phone to confirm. There is a small hill behind the yurt. The view for taking pictures is amazing. There are small ravines on both sides. If I have the opportunity next spring, I will come again. I hope to see the lambs hahaha!

GGuest UserThe yurt is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. The location can directly see the lake. The boss will drive to the north gate to pick it up. The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
