GGuest UserLet me start with the conclusion: staying here was the best decision I made in Saihu Scenic Area! I chose this place to see the stars, watch the sunrise, eat delicious food, drink milk tea, encounter various small animals, and experience the local culture. Luckily, all of this happened! For stargazing, this place is a must-see. My main goal this time was to see the Milky Way and a sea of stars. First, I compared it with nearby campsites and hotels outside the east gate. The light pollution here is relatively low, 2.7 on the astronomical map, meaning the Milky Way is clearly visible, and as long as there are no clouds, the stars are visible. See Figures 2 and 3, which I took with my iPhone. As for the B&B itself, overall, it was clean and comfortable beyond my expectations. The concrete room is where we live, and the two yurts are where we eat and chat. The rooms have electric heaters, which provide continuous heating throughout the night, and they also have electricity. Regarding the restrooms, which many women worry about, they are dry toilets, but they are concrete and very clean! P.S. If you choose a yurt, you'll definitely need dry toilets, so be prepared for that. Saihu can get very cold outside in autumn and winter, so bring plenty of clothes. The view from the B&B, facing Saihu and surrounded by snow-capped mountains on three sides (in autumn and winter), is absolutely stunning. The absence of clouds allowed for stunning starry skies, sunrises, and sunsets. The lamb we ordered was incredibly delicious, with no mutton smell and a very fragrant aroma! Breakfast and milk tea were also delicious! The B&B owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, with high emotional intelligence, talented dancers, and attentive to their guests. They made us feel safe and secure, making it a great place for women to stay! The owners even picked us up and dropped us off at the nearby shuttle bus stop. As for the pets, we currently have a cute kitten with a great personality. We encountered flocks of sheep, horses, and eagles along the way. Great! I'll be back next time, hahahahahaha!

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and conveniently located near the old east gate exit of Saihu Lake, which was great after a day of exploring. The underfloor heating kept the room wonderfully warm. The security guard at the entrance was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready with a friendly chat. The only downside was the mini hotpot for dinner. Although it was inexpensive as part of the set menu, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're too exhausted to move. Breakfast was just enough to fill your stomach. I hope they can improve the extremely salty beef sauce that came with the mini hotpot. However, the room's view was truly amazing; you could see the 'pink mountain' at sunrise. The complimentary fruit platter was also a nice touch and very well presented.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is convenient, and the room environment and hygiene are OK. The room facilities, especially the desk lamps, are scary. The desk lamp was unstable and the lampshade broke when it touched the wall, and I almost got injured. I called the service staff to handle it, and found out that this desk lamp had this problem many times. The cleaners and equipment maintenance staff said that it had been replaced many times. I told the front desk, and the front desk also sent me a message saying that someone had broken the desk lamp cover before and they had to pay 120 yuan in compensation. This is the first bad review. When the lamp has this problem, they don't even think it's an unsafe facility and don't replace it to eliminate the safety hazard. Money is a small matter, but isn’t safety important?

During check-in, her movements were swift and the process clear, making the entire experience efficient and smooth, without any delays. From verifying information and handing over the room card to explaining hotel facilities and important notices, every step was handled with rigorous attention to detail. She even intentionally slowed her speech and patiently answered my questions, ensuring I didn't miss any crucial information. Noticing my travel gear, she thoughtfully inquired about my itinerary and recommended nearby attractions, even providing details on transportation and optimal travel times – her thoughtfulness far exceeded my expectations.
What truly impressed me was Lily's innate thoughtfulness and care. She noticed my interest in leisure activities and not only introduced the hotel's recreational areas but also proactively mentioned special hotel perks, discreetly preparing ski passes and hot spring vouchers for me. As she handed them to me with both hands, she gently said, 'I know you've had a tiring journey. Skiing for relaxation and hot springs to unwind – I hope these make your trip more enjoyable.' This unexpected surprise left me both amazed and touched. The ski passes and hot spring vouchers were more than just a perk; they were a testament to Lily's genuine effort to understand guests' needs and deliver exceptional service.
Lily's professionalism and gentle nature were evident in the smallest details. She always presented documents and room cards with both hands, bowing respectfully – a clear display of excellent etiquette. Seeing my numerous bags, she proactively offered to help carry them, carefully guiding me to ensure I reached my room smoothly. During my stay, whenever I approached the front desk with questions, Lily always responded immediately, listening patiently and answering thoroughly. Even for trivial matters, she never brushed them off, always providing a response and following through. When I passed by the front desk, no matter how busy she was, she would always look up and offer a warm smile, and a simple greeting made me feel incredibly welcome.
Her thoughtfulness was hidden in every subtle moment: reminding me to dress warmly and safeguard my belongings while skiing; informing me of the hot spring area's operating hours and precautions, along with helpful tips; and, concerned that I might be unfamiliar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining how to use various services. She truly anticipated guests' needs and acted on their behalf. There was no deliberate flattery, only genuine, heartfelt care; no perfunctory procedures, only down-to-earth dedication. Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, roommates didn't bother each other, and the shared facilities were convenient. The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! I sincerely hope your business prospers, and that you'll have a steady flow of customers.

It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

GGuest UserIf you can stand the dry toilets in the countryside, come here! I actually lived in the summer pasture of Kazakh herdsmen! The experience is superb! The sunset, the starry sky, the sunrise, the flock of cattle and sheep, the enthusiastic puppy. There are so many sheep's screams. The mottled rats running on the hillside in the morning. Before going up the mountain, I washed the parking lot at the point. I also brought some tap water in the bottle and prepared some wet tissues. I could clean it myself and simply washed it at night. The boudoir was built with a stove, not cold, and hot water was burned. The landlord sent small peach and small apricots, sweet! The key is to see the sheep up close, and also ride the horse, happy! There is electricity available at night.
