Bole Hotels with balcony

Because the Duku Highway was closed, we changed our itinerary and booked a hotel at the last minute. It turned out to be the best hotel in our price range during our ten-plus days of travel. Problems were resolved quickly, the environment was clean and tidy, and they were very child-friendly! We even got a 10% discount at the Lotus Restaurant next door. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Sayram Lake next time.

The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

The hotel is in a slightly out-of-the-way location and is newly opened. The rooms are quite large and the cleanliness is acceptable, but the slippers are terrible, and the showerhead leaks. The breakfast is a bit lacking. I checked in on the evening of the 2nd, and the duty manager's service attitude was extremely poor.

Service: The front desk check-in was fast and very patient. They also told us the best spots for stargazing and the breakfast hours. Whenever we had a question, they responded very quickly. The service was delightful and reassuring. Cleanliness: The room was kept very clean, the bedding felt dry and fresh, the bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. The hot water, air conditioning, and underfloor heating were all stable. Breakfast: The breakfast had a cozy, home-cooked taste with a great variety. It was piping hot and the ingredients were fresh. Environment: The campsite environment is a real bonus. It was wonderfully quiet at night, and when the weather is good, you just have to look up to see the stars. The vibe was unbeatable. Overall, this stay was thoroughly pleasant and a rare, relaxing experience. If you want to stay at a campsite around here, this is the top choice. We'll definitely come back again given the chance!

It's really wise to come to Sailimu Lake to choose this one! The hotel is very close to the new visitor center. In the morning, you don't have to get up early to go to the scenic spot, saving a lot of toss. The room is spacious and bright, the window is facing the snow-capped mountains in the distance, and you can see the scenery while lying on the bed. The boss is super enthusiastic, not only helping with luggage, but also reminding us of the best time to watch the sunrise and blue tears, and the service details are directly full!

The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the sanitary conditions are online, the facilities are perfect, and the daily needs can be met. The service is intimate and meticulous, the hospitality is friendly, the price is super high, the accommodation experience is very good, and I will continue to book next time.

It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! Like many other hotels in Xinjiang, as always, the wet and dry are not separated, and the bath and toilet are together. Saihu is famous, and the surrounding accommodation and dining are expensive. This hotel is cost-effective. Very close to the east gate of the scenic spot, surrounded by apartment-type homestays. Breakfast is not included (maybe the standard here), the porridge shop at the gate is more expensive than the super first-tier cities. There is no cold air conditioning here, maybe consider the situation in winter. On the first floor, there is a little brother responsible for registration.

It is so suitable to come to Sailimu Lake to live in this homestay! The duplex loft space is very large, the view of the large window is very good, the smart equipment in the whole house is convenient to use, and the children especially like the layout of the upper and lower duplex. The room was cleaned spotlessly and the hygiene was meticulous. The homestay is next to the East Gate Visitor Center of Sailimu Lake. It is super easy to enter the scenic spot the next day and convenient parking. The boss service is warm and thoughtful, the response is very fast, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the first choice for watching the lake, highly recommended!

The hotel is surrounded by a lake and grassland, creating a beautiful environment. The rooms are all unique and nicely constructed with wood, and they are clean.
