The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable. Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey. There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great. The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

"The campsite is in a great location, right next to Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. The dome and rectangular rooms are quite unique, which is why we chose this place. Staying at a campsite isn't like staying at a hotel; the electric water heater for showering had a pretty small capacity, and the breakfast on the second day was just okay. But these were acceptable. The scenery outside the camp, whether day or night, is beautiful and definitely worth a visit."

"I chose to stay at Atour Saihu this time for my trip to Saihu Lake. I saw on the website that it had just opened, and it was a v4.0 property. After some deliberation between the Marriott AC next door and HUAZHU CITY, I decided on Atour. I booked two lake-view triple rooms. On the day of arrival, they called to inform us that the Wi-Fi in one of the rooms was experiencing issues and offered to upgrade us to a suite, which I gladly accepted – what a great deal, thumbs up! 👍🏻 Let's talk about the room facilities. The suite had a large and a small bed, comfortably sleeping three people, and also a living room with a good layout. The triple room had the classic layout. Atour's room facilities and services are consistently evolving and improving. The whole room features smart controls. The laundry room had 12 washer-dryers (approximately, I didn't count exactly), which should meet the needs of the entire hotel. There was also a lovely lady in the laundry room coordinating the washed and dried clothes, and she even thoughtfully delivered them to our room – super impressed! Now for a few minor drawbacks. First, the hotel entrance felt a bit unkempt. Second, the lake view was somewhat obstructed by the neighboring CITY hotel, but the terrace on the sixth floor offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire lake. The scent diffuser in the rooms and hallways was a bit strong; it might be to mask any renovation smells, but it's not a major issue. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and while the price was on the higher side, it offered great value for money. I highly recommend everyone to experience it."

"My stay was absolutely fantastic! If you're someone who appreciates a great view, I highly recommend this hotel. During the off-season, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded my room for free. The view from the window was truly breathtaking – a vast, snowy winter landscape. I could even watch the sunset and the 'blue hour' right from my room. The hotel was very quick to respond to any issues. At the restaurant, I believe I met either the hotel manager or the restaurant manager? They left quite an impression on me. They remembered guests' preferences and even suggested we mix our drinks with Wusu beer, so even if you're not a big beer drinker, you could still experience a different flavor. The breakfast spread was excellent, and as I was leaving, they even gave me a small lavender sachet. From the check-in experience to the thoughtful hospitality, everything was incredibly satisfying."

"The reception service at the front desk was very good. There was a problem with my order and the handsome guy at the front desk adjusted it for me in time. The environment is really good, the external greenery and area are very large, the rooms are also very comfortable and built according to five-star standards. The breakfast is also very good. "家人們誰懂啊！經常出差和出遊，住過酒店很多，這是第一次為本次專業和熱情舒服的服務所感動而寫評價。 這次帶一大家子11口人入住賽里木湖旁的桔子水晶，還沒正式開業就已經被寵上天了。看我們小孩多，主動幫我們全部升級家庭大床房😭 我們到得晚，本來衹想問一下外賣，沒想到前台小姐姐主動説：“這麼晚了點外賣需要很長時間，不嫌棄我們安排幫您煮點麪吧！”， 結果端上來的麪里居然好多牛肉（驚喜之外的驚喜），每人一大碗直接送到房間，還額外送了果盤和點心盒！我們主動説算錢不然真太不好意思了[捂臉]小哥哥一直拒絕説不用客氣，特別要感謝這小哥哥（好像叫恩克？）又高又帥[愉快]，全程幫我們搬行李、按電梯、送餐，耐心得不得了。 第二天居然還贈送了賽里木湖專業拍攝！退房時還有驚喜伴手禮，這服務簡直是連環彩蛋，這驚喜和舒心遠超五星🎁 房間超大超新，設施高檔也就算了，床品才是真的絕！被子枕頭舒服到我一躺下就不想動，全家人都睡得太香了。 作為一家從廣東去到這寒冬的北方的南方小土豆，直接被這份暖心暖化了，是真的把客人當家人疼啊！強烈推薦給所有來賽里木湖的朋友，這家桔子水晶必須沖！👏👏👏"
