"[Super detailed experience] Beiji Hotel ”Light Enjoy Twin Room” 24-hour in-depth report: full surprise hidden in the small space! Close the main road room type, close the double slammed glass window and instantly mute! The ambulance passed the room late at night only slightly stuffy (light sleepers moved to tears). Asked ”Is there a pharmacy nearby”, she actually removed the individual package of iodophor cotton swabs from the counter (free of charge!). The bathroom floor tiles have no water stains and reflective (like waxing under the light!) The shower temperature needs to wait 3 seconds (but the water flow is stable after the constant temperature, and the small waiting is acceptable). Becky's light room is like a space magic. There are 28 ㎡, but it makes the whole family sleep comfortably and play easily. Everywhere was hit by warm heart details. When checking out, the child held the leg of the security grandfather and shouted ”come tomorrow”, which is probably the ultimate victory of the hotel industry!"

"Facilities: Basic facilities are OK, but there are two points: First, the charging socket is really weird. The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂"

The quality of disposable items is also good, and the slippers are especially comfortable. I put them on after a day of playing, and they are so soft. The toothbrush and toothpaste are also very good, and I didn't use my own. But it would be better to add a few towel hooks in the washing area. The service is warm and thoughtful, helping with luggage, sending travel reminders, free afternoon tea and good night milk, and the breakfast is also beyond expectations. But the entire scenic area and the surrounding area of the homestay are still under construction and optimization, and it seems to be in the final stage. It will definitely be better next time.

JJessyyThis was the most satisfying hotel out of the 11 nights on this trip. Although we didn't get to see the starry sky, I still feel that 'Starry Sky Camp' truly lives up to its name. The sunset in the evening, the faint silhouettes of the mountains, and later, the bright moon – this experience is simply beyond words. In the early morning, lying in bed, watching the sun slowly rise, herds of cattle and horses grazed right past the glass of our Starry Sky Cabin. From the balcony of our Starry Sky Cabin, we could see Sayram Lake just 3 kilometers away. There was no need to rush, so we just relaxed there until noon. The hotel's breakfast was also quite varied and largely satisfied our needs. It's worth mentioning that our self-driving car suddenly had abnormal tire pressure, and the hotel staff skillfully resolved the issue. A heartfelt thank you to all the dedicated hotel staff 🙏

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake is so beautiful. I took my 70-year-old parents and 11-year-old daughter for a summer trip. Because I can’t drive, I chose a homestay close to the tourist service center of the scenic spot (East Gate). The boss is very good. If you don’t drive by car, you can drive and pick up, but you have to contact in advance. If you walk about 1.6KM, The three beds in the room and my daughter were not crowded at all. Because of the rain, I was afraid that the room would be cold. I didn't expect to be equipped with floor heating for a night. The bedding was comfortable and relieved the fatigue of playing. The 24-hour ticket for the scenic spot, and the shuttle ticket was made up the next day. It was very good and it was equivalent to playing for a day and a half.
