The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even arranging for someone to help us with our luggage to our room. The facilities are comprehensive and up-to-date. For those driving, parking was very convenient, and the hotel is ideally located close to the scenic attractions. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."

"This was the most satisfying hotel out of the 11 nights on this trip. Although we didn't get to see the starry sky, I still feel that 'Starry Sky Camp' truly lives up to its name. The sunset in the evening, the faint silhouettes of the mountains, and later, the bright moon ā this experience is simply beyond words. In the early morning, lying in bed, watching the sun slowly rise, herds of cattle and horses grazed right past the glass of our Starry Sky Cabin. From the balcony of our Starry Sky Cabin, we could see Sayram Lake just 3 kilometers away. There was no need to rush, so we just relaxed there until noon. The hotel's breakfast was also quite varied and largely satisfied our needs. It's worth mentioning that our self-driving car suddenly had abnormal tire pressure, and the hotel staff skillfully resolved the issue. A heartfelt thank you to all the dedicated hotel staff š"
