Amazing
GGregArshinovThis place is a must if you want to save money while still enjoying good service and clean suite. I and my friend stayed there for a week. We enjoyed Tamara and Georgi’s hospitality: they greeted us with homemade wine and offered assistance in finding our way around Tbilisi. Overall experience was pleasant. We also liked the location: it’s only 5 min walk to metro station and 7 min walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, an amazing piece of traditional Georgian architecture.
Thank you, Tamara & Georgi!
日日本人だよThis is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The furnishings are incredibly well-thought-out, and the common areas are even more stylish than a trendy cafe. Since you take off your shoes before entering the bedroom, it's kept clean, and the air conditioning works well. There's a kitchen and all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine (15 GEL). The owner is also very friendly and helpful, offering advice. The only downside is that it's a little far from the tourist spots, but I took a Bolt taxi. It's about 15 minutes one way, and it's very cheap at 5-6 GEL. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tbilisi, I highly recommend staying here. I was very satisfied.
GGeorge YaacoubThe people here are truly the kindest—from reception to kitchen staff, everyone is warm and incredibly helpful. The food is simple but delicious, and the kitchen team made every meal feel like home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, though the amenities are basic—don’t expect 5-star luxury, but it's very fair for the price. Location is a bit outside the center but well-connected via nearby bus stop. Great value and even better people.
YyinsunbeamThe location is close to Liberty Square, very clean and tidy, recommended. In addition, I arrived late, close to 12 o'clock in the evening, the landlord was very enthusiastic.
OOleksandrWe stayed at this hotel in the summer and were generally satisfied. It is evident that the repair was done a few years ago and although the hotel has been slightly denounced, the overall impression is still positive, especially against the background of other hotels in Georgia. The room was clean, convenient, location excellent, and the price is quite justified if you take into account the local market and service level.
If we are back in Tbilisi , we are very likely to choose this hotel again.
From the comments: The air conditioner in our room clearly needs service inside was a pleasure, which is especially unpleasant in summer heat when you have to use it regularly. Please the administration to pay attention to this and monitor the cleanliness of air conditioners.
And yet: The young guard at the entrance sometimes allows himself to behave hammockly. If ignoring this does not prevent rest, but it is worth noting.
The price is good, and in terms of economic feasibility this hotel is a good choice
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a pedestrian tourist street, which is very convenient.
There is a shared kitchen with everything you need, as well as a washing machine.
The hotel's feature is a well-appointed balcony where you can have breakfast/drink wine.
The admins are friendly Russian-speaking guys, special thanks to Luka for navigating the city.
In general, we were satisfied with everything. Not without flaws, but price-quality 👍🫶
GGuest UserHi,
Negative points are:
1. We hanged sign ”Clean up room”, but nothing happened. The carpet is dirty. The shower missed some part.
2. Service by the reception. We arrived at 4.30 in the morning.
The receptionist was not aware what should he do, he was incompetent and unfriendly.
He made us feel as we disturbed him, so it was not a good customer service.
To summarize: Good hotel , good location but needs improvement.

Room Type: Standard Twin Room

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
SSERGEI009A great hotel in the city center, everything in a pedestrian accessibility, good breakfast with a beautiful view!
For such a cost it is better not to find.
SSusanThis review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable.
There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.
