Very good hotel, quiet environment, rich breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable bedding. The lobby manager is very friendly and welcoming. There is also a landscape smoking area on the 5th floor, which is very convenient.

The hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel.
It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help.
These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free.
U speak English or Russian to them does not matter. They do not care about u or about ur business that u chose their hotel vs others.
Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Everywhere I felt like they didn’t expect u and why u even came.
The location is convenient to the subway.
The hotel across has a patio and people there got excited because of drinking and were sooo load u cannot sleep and I had to call the staff to calm them down and get some sleep.
The previous hotel I stayed in Tbilisi close to Freedom square was much nicer.
So I will not recommend this one.

Guest UserThis was our first time in this part of Tbilisi. We usually stayed in the old part and on Rustaveli Avenue, but this place seemed a bit far from our favorite spots and the Bridge of Peace. The accommodation itself was excellent! We booked a penthouse for four. The room cleaning wasn't very good; the sheets weren't changed for four nights, and the towels were changed every other night. The coffee machine in the room didn't work. The light on the terrace in one part didn't turn on... the sun loungers had torn fabric. But! We didn't ask for it to be fixed; maybe the guys would have fixed the problems. There's a welcome area on the ground floor - coffee, tea, sweets, wine (very good, by the way!!!), sofas, and a courtyard to sit in. You can take it to your room. Overall, we weren't offended! Underground parking is a great option for this street and a large car, but one of the four days there was no space when we returned late. It was a shame, but the guys helped us park behind the hotel and unload our luggage. I definitely recommend this accommodation; there are many advantages! The cosmetics offered (shampoos, lotions, gel, and soap) are decent and of excellent quality. We were happy with the accommodation. The disadvantages are minor; I think they could quickly correct them if they wanted to.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Guest UserThank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel. We stayed for a week and had requested a room with a view in advance because it was my birthday. The view was splendid, and the hotel was cozy. Breakfasts were magnificent. Housekeeping was daily. We asked for extra pillows, and the staff brought them right away. I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel for my birthday. The only minor issue was that some water splashes out of the shower onto the floor due to the partition, but it's not a big deal. Also, a suggestion: it would be great to have toothbrush holders in the bathroom. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends.

Guest UserThe hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in.
The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly.
What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation.
I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake.
I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior.
Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was great for smoking without having to go downstairs. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit bland and not very tasty. The hotel's location isn't in the old town, so it's ideal if you're driving. However, Tbilisi traffic is incredibly congested, and parking near the old streets is really expensive – it cost me about 70-80 RMB for an afternoon.

Clean and stylish room, excellent breakfast, responsive Russian-speaking staff who immediately offered to find a way out of the force major situation we got into. To the Freedom Square 10 minutes walk; but it is worth noting that the hotel is located on the mountain, on the road to the hotel in a couple of places quite a steep rise.

Самсонова НеллиDuring my stay, the spa complex was out of order! We received no information about this, neither when booking nor when checking in ‼️ Why? We were extremely unpleasantly surprised when we opened the door to the spa center and saw construction materials and chaos inside!! For a Pullman network hotel, this is unacceptable!!! Be sure to clarify this before booking.
