Tbilisi Hotels with Wifi

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full. It was pretty good and exceeded my expectations!

Regarding the service, it was absolutely impeccable, truly on par with what you'd find in China. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I had originally booked the wrong room, and while Ctrip spent ages trying to reach the hotel, saying they couldn't get through, the hotel staff at the front desk promptly and cheerfully changed my room for me. As for the facilities, they were a bit odd. The shower system definitely needs replacing; it leaked everywhere. The beds are much softer than those in Chinese hotels. Some rooms face a bar, which can be very noisy, so if you're sensitive to sound, be sure to mention it when you check in.

Picture 1 shows the view from our room's balcony, with Gergeti Trinity Church directly in front of us. Pictures 2 and 3 are of the hotel's atrium, which has a very pleasant ambiance. There are many great eateries near the hotel; the top-rated shawarma spot on Dazhong Dianping is right downstairs. You'll also find plenty of supermarkets and fruit stalls nearby, giving the area a lively, local feel. There's free underground parking, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. It's also very close to the subway station, just a two-minute walk to many destinations. Aside from a bit of a communication barrier with the front desk (they struggled to understand us, making inquiries quite difficult), everything else was great. This is a highly recommended hotel with excellent value for money. It's a fantastic choice for a stay in Tbilisi.

I stayed at Moxy Tbilisi during my trip to Tbilisi and had a really wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent service and the genuinely welcoming team. I originally booked a room for two, but unfortunately my friend wasn’t able to travel with me. When I mentioned this at the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and changed my room to one that was more suitable for a solo stay, with one bed. I really appreciate it when a hotel listens to its guests and makes an effort to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Another huge plus was the early check-in. I arrived at the hotel in the morning, well before the official check-in time, but my room was already available and they let me check in immediately at no extra charge. After travelling, being able to leave my luggage, take a shower and relax instead of waiting for several hours was incredibly appreciated. Small gestures like this say a lot about the level of hospitality. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I also really enjoyed the whole Moxy concept. Check-in takes place at the bar, and you receive a welcome drink upon arrival. I chose a cocktail, and it was genuinely delicious! The hotel itself is modern, stylish and full of energy. There is also a bar and restaurant, as well as a 24/7 Grab & Go option, which is very convenient if you want a snack or a drink at any time. The location on Saarbrucken Square is another big advantage. Many places in central Tbilisi are within walking distance, and getting around by taxi is also very easy. After a busy day exploring the city, it was always nice to come back to such a comfortable and modern hotel. The room itself was also very comfortable, with a modern and functional design, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, good soundproofing and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers daily housekeeping and great Wi-Fi, which is especially useful if you need to get some work done while travelling. Just one disadvantage: there is no fridge in the room. Not so bad, but sometimes it may help. But for me, the biggest advantage of Moxy Tbilisi was definitely the people. A hotel can have a beautiful interior and a great concept, but it’s the way you are treated that really determines how you remember your stay. The team accommodated my room change, allowed me to check in much earlier at no extra cost, and were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A huge thank you to the Moxy Tbilisi team for the wonderful hospitality and for making me feel welcome from the very first morning I arrived in Tbilisi. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel room was quite spacious, but the facilities were a bit old, especially the bedding which was somewhat yellowed. The hotel's location is pretty good, situated in a bustling area with many restaurants and shops nearby. However, you'll need to take a taxi to reach the main attractions. There's a subway station a few hundred meters away, which is just one stop from Freedom Square. The hotel is located next to a main avenue with heavy traffic, so it can be a bit noisy at night. When checking in, try to request a room facing the inner courtyard. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was decent.

The room was very clean, and the facilities were pretty much the same as Garden Inn hotels back home. There's not much around the hotel, just a small convenience store at a gas station. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and could communicate in both English and Russian. However, their efficiency was quite low; it took two hours to get a razor delivered. Housekeeper Gulnazi did an excellent job cleaning, highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Tbilisi! I had a great experience staying at Hotel Orion. Everything was wonderful! The room was very clean, with fresh, clean towels and a large, extremely comfortable bed. One of the highlights was the balcony with a patio set, offering a beautiful view. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the lady serving it was exceptionally sweet and kind. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in a family room with two adults and one child, and it was very spacious. The room's balcony was quiet once the door was closed. There's a Carrefour supermarket and a dry market within a 5-minute walk, and other attractions are also within walking distance. The hotel front desk staff spoke fluent English and were very welcoming. The breakfast was also more substantial than expected. Great value for money.

Amazing Stay – Exceptionally Clean and Great Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a fantastic experience at the Capsule Hotel Lounge in Tbilisi! The hotel is incredibly clean, and what I appreciated the most was that there were absolutely no unpleasant odors anywhere—everything smelled fresh and well-maintained.The service here is outstanding. The receptionist was wonderful, very welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. A huge thank you to the team for making my visit so comfortable! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
