GGuest UserHotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

ААлександрFirst time in Georgia, first time in Tbilisi. I chose the hotel and give a review on the overall travel experience. Perhaps this is normal for Georgia, but I will still write an honest review.
Pros;
1) Excellent location as it seemed to me, everything is relatively within walking distance from key tourist sites.
2) Comfortable bed, bed linen.
Cons:
1) It was terribly cold, the room had air conditioning, but it was very uncomfortable, all the air was dried out, opening a small window, it felt like a basement, but it was not a problem, even when a street cat ran in, it was funny.
2) I booked two rooms, a child lived in one, I could not sleep, because of the noise of the air conditioner, asked the administrator to help resolve this issue, apparently a specialist came, said, today we will not do anything, let's resolve everything tomorrow. My shift (the specialist said) is ending. Of course, no one looked at anything and did not resolve anything. But the Administration solved the issue, at our request to change the room. Made a change.
3) in room 720 there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage.
4) We had to beg for toothbrushes and clean the room. But then the new employee, an adult woman, cleaned well, gave everything necessary and apologized for the mistakes of colleagues.
5) When checking out, they came up with the idea that in addition to one mineral water, they added more water, I asked what they did not take, but the administration stood their ground. I did not waste time and nerves, paid. And when I told them that I did not like it, the administrator girl simply pretended to ignore me. Yes, yes it happens.
Regarding the amazing breakfasts according to reviews, I do not know how and with what people compare. The worst shashkuka that I have eaten. And everything is simply cooked mediocre, I am sure in Georgia there are more decent establishments with breakfasts, which is what we did and found.
But the sushi bar is smart, very responsive and kind people. They responded quickly to all requests. And they cook deliciously, many thanks to them for that.

GGuest UserIt is a good hotel ,especially the location is strategic : just walk distance 3 minutes from old town. Rooms are clean , not very large, but quite. Breakfast is average, quality of food acceptable not great. The restaurant on ground is named Asado. it is a beef restaurant ,managed from famous italian chef. The quality of food is excellent and the price goes along with it: quite expensive but really worth of.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

JJayNice hotel & Nice rooms. Our room had a View of the Freedom Square and it was really wonderful to see the Saint George Monument from our windows especially in the night. Wonderful hotel but just one negative that a four star hotel like Marriott doesn't have a bellboy to pick up & drop off luggage. It seem quite weird and didn't expect it. However, apart from that the stay was just wonderful. The room with freedom square view is worth the price.

GGuest UserExcellent location - just a 5-minute walking distance - all other hotels are 10 minutes away, with traffic jams or meagre apartments. It is often fully booked - better to book in advance. Rooms are decorated in Scandinavian style - only essentials, no fancies. Ibis is Ibis - you always know what you will get.

JJ@travelerBest location ever , close to Gallery Mall but very quiet place The receptionist and staffs is professional and kind. I always easily to walk along stress to visit museum and old cities. Room is huge and clean. Kitchen is all you need like home. My stay was perfect with Citadines Tbilisi. Recommend for the traveller !

GGuest UserIt was pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious. Reception attendant was v helpful. When warmer wasn't working and also for other small issues after check in. What we noticed is v less staff at reception and for cleaning. Breakfast was ok i would say v less items and sometimes burnt omlet. Also cooks are not professional.
