Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

Upon check-in, there was an issue with the room payment – I had paid through Trip.com, but the hotel couldn't see the payment. Nevertheless, we provided a deposit while the situation was being clarified. Overnight, the Trip.com team resolved everything, and our money was returned! This was the only unpleasant thing that happened during our stay. The hotel offered amazing and varied breakfasts, a really great outdoor pool and spa area, and a beautiful and cozy room! An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin.The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice.The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from a famous square in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel's services, including the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping, are all good. The restaurant boasts excellent hardware and soft furnishings, creating a wonderful dining environment where guests can enjoy their meals. However, the main avenue outside the hotel's front entrance is currently undergoing renovation. Due to poor construction management, the area around the hotel's main entrance is extremely dirty and messy. Guests are forced to use the side entrance for access, which causes great inconvenience to hotel guests and negatively impacts the hotel's operations.

What I liked about it was that everything was around it: Starbucks, Dunkin', Subway, Wendy's, an Italian pizza restaurant, and a park, all in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Tbilisi. However, the room size was small, and to top it off, the bathroom door was transparent, offering no privacy at all. If I return to Tbilisi, I won't come back to this place. I'd look for cheaper options in the same area; it's not worth the price. That said, I won't return to Georgia at all, especially Tbilisi, which isn't nice and is very primitive.

Location: From afar, you can see the Ferris wheel and cable cars on the mountaintop, and below, you overlook the entire river, which is absolutely beautiful. It's in a bustling area. Room: The room has 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view 👍. The entire room has a clean color scheme, and the facilities are good, but surprisingly, the hand soap and shower gel were almost empty and hadn't been refilled. Breakfast: Honestly, it wasn't great. The fruits were quite ripe and became unappetizing quickly after being served. Other items were mostly Western, and the only hot food available was omelets. Special shout-out: The extra bed for our check-in was a huge help. Thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk!

I'm writing this review a bit late, but I stayed here at the beginning of July and was very pleased! Even though some renovations were still underway, it didn't bother me at all. The staff made sure there were no noises or smells. They even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The staff were polite and attentive 🫶🏽 I want to thank them for their hospitality!

I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. It was warm in January. The bed is large and quite soft. The staff is polite, especially thanks to Saba S. at the hotel's reception, who helped solve the problem. The jacuzzi is small but cozy and relaxing, there is an indoor pool working in winter, a gym. The location allows to go to the city center by feet, getting to know the city, but also there was no any problems to go to metro station nearby and take a taxi. I would come back here again.

We loved everything! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the water and food were delicious! The staff was friendly, and there's a great new park across the street from the hotel! There's a professional swimming pool and a children's pool with a jacuzzi! 😁 We'll definitely choose this hotel when we visit Tbilisi.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
