Housed in a building that seamlessly marries modern luxury with timeless history; The Telegraph Hotel stands as a testament to thoughtful restoration and design. Once a bustling Telegraph Building in the 20th century; it has been meticulously transformed to preserve its historic charm while providing the modern comforts expected of a world-class destination. More than just a place to stay; it boasts nine distinctive restaurants; bars and cafes; each offering unique culinary experiences that set it apart as a vibrant destination. Crafted to the highest standards; with stunning interiors designed by the acclaimed architectural and design firm Neri and Hu; this blend of heritage and innovation ensures every moment of your stay is as remarkable as the buildings storied past.

"Staff is very grumpy. They gave us a wheelchair accessible room that did not match the category I paid for. When I asked to be moved I was told the hotel is sold out you cannot be moved. They room had no decoration, no sofa, barely an chair, you could hear the traffic, the AC was loud and the curtain let the light in from 5 AM. And because that wasn't enough they did not have breakfast available in the regular breakfast room because of a wedding. We had Pré paid €50 a night for breakfast. The staff did not care. They really spoiled our enjoyment of Tbilissi. The Stamba hotel seemed a lot better. We will stay there next time."

I stayed for 4 days straight, and the facilities and environment were truly excellent. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious and satisfying breakfast, went out to explore during the day, came back in the afternoon for coffee, and in the evening, I indulged in wine tasting, swimming, and sauna. Capped off with a bedtime story, it was a perfectly blissful cycle. The specialty dishes were exquisitely prepared, and the service was impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

My favorite hotel on this trip to Georgia! Totally worth it! First of all, the location is good, next to the main road, so there is no need to worry about safety issues. Secondly, the service is particularly good, everyone is very friendly and will take the initiative to ask about my needs. Next is the room, it is so beautifully designed! Although it is an old building over a hundred years old, it has a different world inside and the breakfast is very, very delicious! I had the most comfortable sleep here.

An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin. The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice. The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

On the main road, a newly opened design hotel, very beautiful, good service, early check-in, very convenient for travel and dining, mainly convenient for carrying luggage without having to walk those small roads

Outdated hotel, lots of things need to be fixed Booked it for outdoor pool and bar side. Service is slow and mediocre, not really a Radisson level. Casino on the ground level attracts strange people outside at night time. Restaurant food is ok but pricey

Already beyond expectations, the hotel was originally set. I found that its location is super good, whether it is a taxi or a subway is super convenient, and the scenery outside the window is very good, you can see the Holy Trinity. In addition, I lived outside the old town before and it was so noisy. There was no problem here. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, but it could be until 11 o'clock and weekend to 11:30. The lazy gospel. The swimming pool is small, but the depth is relatively shallow, very suitable for bringing a baby.

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist on 21feb were polite and helpful. Others Staff service was acceptable, though not particularly attentive . I found the staff to be less friendly than expected. There was little interaction, and even basic greetings in the morning were missing, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming.

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price. Breakfast was excellent. For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
