"The location is very nice. You're just minutes away from shops and bakeries and restaurants. It's so convenient. And the people working there are nice. They have a washing machine and drying racks you can use.
But I wouldn't stay here again. The heat is blasting and you can't adjust it. You could open the window but it's very very noisy and people often smoke right in front. I heard some kind of mob fighting and shouting, one drunk guy trying to talk another drunk guy out of going to Lebanon, Germans meticulously planning their night, and many cars driving by with loud music. The room is much smaller than in the photo and the toilet is both physically broken and needs to be jiggled to stop running. By local standards, it's a bit overpriced."

I stayed there twice at the beginning and at the end of my trip to Georgia. The first time everything was perfect, the second time there were not enough gels in the room and the Internet on the TV did not work. The staff quickly fixed everything
The rooms are new, neat, clean. The city center is nearby, it is ideal to walk, the only thing is that the hotel is on the mountain - so you will have to do some cardio to get there) But it is useful. There is a spa, a bank, a square, a cafe nearby - no complaints"

NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

XXiaoai8661The hotel's location is pretty decent. It took about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was quite comfortable; I booked a slightly larger room type. The hotel environment and breakfast were really good, with many choices of vegetables, meats, and cheeses. However, the surrounding area is a bit quiet for walking, and it's a bit far from the main attractions. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserWe took a taxi from Tbilisi Station to the hotel, which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is in a great location. It is opposite the trade center. The room is clean and hygienic. The hotel has a swimming pool. The breakfast is also very rich. The only drawback is that it is close to the main road and it is a bit noisy at night.

KkamgpdjThe location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room.
I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub.
The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.

ППутешественникиThe best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets.
The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating.
Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view.
The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues.
The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean.

GGuest UserIt was pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious. Reception attendant was v helpful. When warmer wasn't working and also for other small issues after check in. What we noticed is v less staff at reception and for cleaning. Breakfast was ok i would say v less items and sometimes burnt omlet. Also cooks are not professional.
