MM39569****It was my first time traveling alone, and I chose this hotel primarily for its prime location. Across from the hotel is Metekhi Church, and just a five-minute turn left brings you to various ATMs, public transportation card machines, and more. I walked to the old town every day, and the bus stops just to my left, so many European tourists take the bus to experience the local culture. If you're particular about location, I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was average. This was my first hotel stay in Tbilisi for two consecutive days. Although the price was a bit high during the National Day holiday, it was completely worth it because it perfectly met my specific needs for a solo trip. The front desk staff were very welcoming and could communicate in both English and Georgian.

The room is very quiet and the soundproofing is too good. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good and has a good environment.

SsinerattayaConvenient city hotel located close to everything I needed. The location made getting around very easy. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast and perfectly fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One small downside was a slight bathroom odor if the door was left open, but overall the stay was comfortable and practical.

XXiaoai8661The hotel's location is pretty decent. It took about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was quite comfortable; I booked a slightly larger room type. The hotel environment and breakfast were really good, with many choices of vegetables, meats, and cheeses. However, the surrounding area is a bit quiet for walking, and it's a bit far from the main attractions. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

However, some people like to play late at night and sleep during the day, which seriously affects their sleep. I woke up at 8 o'clock in the morning and said I was disturbing him. I didn't say anything when you come back so late at night. I hope the owner will make a rule to keep the noise down after 11 o'clock in the evening. In short, if I go to Tbilisi again, I will stay here again.

KkamgpdjThe location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room.
I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub.
The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless โ towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available.
Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh.
I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer โ she was smiling, friendly, and efficient.
1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay.
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay.
2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night):
At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice โ they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space.
Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again โ this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early.
3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful):
In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: โWe already apologized to you โ what more do you want?โ and โYou didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.โ
This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal โsorryโ seems to be a free pass for any mistake.
Conclusion:
This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things โ your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety โ look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
