"Great location, very near to metro where you are able to get to liberty square in 2 stops surrounded by shops and restaurant and Fabrika. Room was nice but many equipments in room was not work. Safety box was not work, tv remote control was not work, we have asked for new battery but no body brought them to our room. Bed sheet was not changed during stay. Water, coffee and tea bag was not replaced."

"Good hotel, clean and smells pleasant. Breakfast was alright, though the eggs tasted like they were from yesterday ;), but overall it was fine. The view from the terrace is superb."

"I have only good things to say about this hotel, my only caveat being that (like most tourists) I used it mostly as a place to sleep. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of everything in Tbilisi. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked good, and is served till 11am which is handy if you've been out till late the night before. The vibe is fresh, with some bold design touches. Everyone at Reception was friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean, with ample lighting. The bed was fine, and not too soft. There were two complimentary bottles of water, and they got replenished every day. I did have a problem with the quilt being too hot at night, but I have this problem with quilts in hotels generally (and I'm sure they'd have changed it if I had asked). I stayed 4 nights and one of those happened to be my birthday. I obviously didn't mention it to anyone, but when I came back to the room that evening I found a complimentary slice of cake from the hotel, with 'Happy birthday' written in chocolate! I thought that was a lovely gesture."

"Great hotel and service! There are several large supermarkets and a beautiful park nearby. The room was clean and fresh, but there was a minus. There is not much lighting in the room. There is none at all, just a bedside lamp and a floor lamp. This light was not enough for me."
