📍 4 Chabua Amirejibi, Vake-Saburtalo, Tbilisi
★★★★ 9.1 (147 reviews)

"Excellent chain hotel, clean and beautiful. The breakfasts are good and the coffee is delicious. They cleaned the room every day. It's a 10-minute walk to the city center via stairs through houses, or a 7 GEL taxi ride. It's better to stay a bit further out but in good conditions like these. There's a park nearby and easy access to the highway."

★★★★ 9.4 (401 reviews)

"This is a small, cozy hotel with a convenient location and all the essentials. Tbilisi isn't a city for staying in your hotel; it's more for exploring. However, there were a few nuances that might matter to some. The toothpaste in the room was only enough for one or two uses, after which you had to request more. We had separate beds, and they were quite narrow. Some might find them fine, but I personally didn't, as I like to toss and turn. The breakfasts were super – you definitely won't go hungry. Again, everything is relative; it's probably impossible to please everyone. The room was quiet at night, and the soundproofing was decent, except for the air conditioner, which hummed. We only stayed two nights, so I didn't bother trying to figure it out. We were on the 5th floor, and the balcony overlooked the courtyard, so no view. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Thank you very much for the hospitality 🫶🏻 When we checked into the room, it was heavily sprayed with air freshener, which I dislike as it makes me feel suffocated, but it wasn't a critical issue. I think it might be related to the sewage system. We put up the 'do not disturb' sign for both days because I was worried they would spray it again. That's why I came to that conclusion. Overall, it's a great hotel option for getting to know Tbilisi 🔥"

"I really liked the concept of this budget hotel. It's perfect if you're staying for a couple of nights to visit Tbilisi's main attractions. It has everything you need: comfortable, compact rooms, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, and breakfast (though we didn't opt for that). The hotel is located in a great area with excellent amenities, including many cafes, trendy spots, a two-story McDonald's, and close proximity to the metro and funicular."

Hotel ZP Palace

"The location is excellent. Centrally located but quiet. Everything you need is provided (shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc., including robes and slippers, as well as a special mat for getting out of the shower). The staff is very friendly, and all amenities are within walking distance. Room cleaning and replenishment are excellent. The idea of providing a special pillow with space for a laptop is absolutely brilliant (I've never seen this before, and I loved it). They also thought about the possibility of someone arriving without a 220V adapter, so one is included, as well as a USB charger. Overall, I've never seen such a good price-quality ratio (I rarely give full marks, but I'll make an exception here). And now, my suggestions (so they can be even better). I'd really like to see breakfast information not only in small print on the hotel envelope and in large print in the elevator, but also on the information sheet next to the telephone. I'd also like to see the restaurant's location, hours, and menu there (there's a phone number). Also, if you have a balcony, why not put a plastic chair there? (It's inexpensive, but very convenient. You can leave the chair in the room—the guest will know what it's for.)"

"Nice rooms. Indoor and outdoor pool. Helpful staff. 15-20 minute walk to the old town. Bakeries and a great beer shop all very close. Their breakfast was the only let down. Excellent restaurant on site for dinners."

"The location is fantastic, right next to Freedom Square, with a lively street of bars and restaurants just downstairs. Even though it's bustling at night, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The hotel is quite new with a modern style, and the front desk service is great. The room was clean, hygienic, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The only downside is that the room is a bit small; we could barely open two 24-inch suitcases."

Sole Palace Hotels in Tbilisi

Sole Palace

"Great location, close to the old town and the hot spring area. My only minor complaint is that the shower area in the bathroom doesn't have a screen, which makes the whole floor wet and inconvenient to get in and out. The rooftop restaurant offers fantastic views and is definitely worth checking out for photos."

Light House Old City Hotels in Tbilisi

Light House Old City

"The location is excellent. The hotel is cozy, and the breakfasts aren't bad. The only downside is that it's old and hasn't been renovated in a long time. Everything is falling apart, the plumbing leaks and smells, and the rooms are smoky and dirty."

Kmm Hotel Hotels in Tbilisi

Kmm Hotel

"The staff pretends not to understand Russian. No one greets you, neither at the reception nor at breakfast. They gave us a terrible room in the basement, next to the elevator, under the stairs, and refused to change it. The room was cold, dirty, with a burnt bedspread, blood on the curtains, and stains on the walls. The shower was filthy, and the water wouldn't drain. Zero soundproofing; the cleaners start pushing their carts and talking loudly in the hallway early in the morning. The furniture in the room is very old. The breakfast was unappetizing and meager. This hotel is not worth the money. It's unpleasant to be there. The only plus is the location."

ibis Styles Tbilisi Mziuri Park ★★★★
"The room was quite new, equipped with a desk and a hairdryer, and there was space under the bed for luggage. However, the bed was too soft. There's a Ferrari showroom downstairs, and on one of the three nights we stayed, from 12:03 AM onwards, cars were revving their engines and racing down the street for several hours. It was incredibly frustrating. The location is a bit isolated, so the best way to get around is by taxi. If you prefer to walk, there are three routes: If you face the hotel, walk straight ahead to your left, go through the parking lot, up a flight of stairs, and over an underpass to reach the main road. To the right of the hotel, there's a park; if you enter the park, there's an uphill path, followed by stairs that lead through a residential area to the main road. Finally, with your back to the hotel, there's a pedestrian bridge; cross it to the other side, then follow the road up to the bridge to exit."

"I booked a room with a balcony, but the view was almost completely obstructed by a wall. The room's interior design also differed from the pictures in the booking, though it wasn't terrible. The shower, however, was the most powerful I encountered on the entire trip – very refreshing! Parking was a bit inconvenient, but thankfully, the front desk attendant was very enthusiastic. He even asked the owner to leave work early (?) to free up a parking spot for us. Breakfast at the hotel was quite good; it was one of the best-tasting breakfasts I had during my entire Georgia trip."

"The room facilities were complete, and the bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied, and we really enjoyed chatting in the courtyard. The hotel is in a very convenient location in the old town. There's a great Thai restaurant just 30 meters away, and it's about 300 meters from the subway station, making taxis very accessible. It's a pleasant 15-minute walk through the old town's alleys to Freedom Square, a journey that feels like transitioning between two seasons, offering a unique experience."
