Tbilisi Apartments

The host was incredibly nice. We stayed for two days, and on the first day, they brought us fruit. On the second day, when we mentioned needing tissues, they brought us a whole lot of water, drinks, and some snacks. There's an airport pick-up service, and after taking us to the room, they showed us how to use each smart appliance. It was a bit funny when the curtain fell off a bit while it was moving though... The room is like a small apartment, very well-equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack. We even tried cooking ourselves, and it was pretty good. It's quite convenient to get to Freedom Square, about a 10 to 15-minute drive away. There are also convenience stores and currency exchange places nearby, and the exchange rate seemed similar to the airport's. This hotel seems to have opened recently, and it's excellent value for money. Friends, you should definitely check it out before the prices go up, haha. (The fruits and drinks in the picture were brought by the host. It's been so long since I've had green grapes with seeds... but the juice was delicious!)

Love this place! This place truly captured our hearts ❤️. We stayed right in Old Tbilisi and fell in love with the atmosphere — cozy streets, ancient houses, and the feeling of real Tbilisi right outside our door. The accommodation itself is very cozy, clean, and soulful. We felt less like tourists and more like we were visiting good friends. Special thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and care. We left with one thought: if we come back to Tbilisi, it will only be here! ❤️

Очень уютные апартаменты. Удобнейшая кровать. Спали, как младенцы. Очень тихие кондиционеры. В апартаментах есть посуда, сковорода, кастрюли, приборы. Были даже таблетки для посудомоечной машины. Очень большая веранда и прекрасный вид. Мы были на машине, поэтому близость к центру нам не была важна. Парковаться лучше прямо у отеля, иначе парковка на этой улочке платная. Вокруг полно магазинов. Очень удобный вариант для проживания, если вам не принципиально жить прямо в старом городе. Мы чувствовали себя как дома.

Nicely located apartment, on the walking area with lots of cafes, 1 min to SPAR; good bed and pillows, sofa in the kitchen, all kitchen tools are available as well. Water is fine. Host is highly friendly and almost always available online, you could check-in/check-out through lockbox, thank you very much!

Great location and very cozy design. The price is excellent. Everything was very enjoyable! Very recommended!

Overall it's all right, location is certainly so for yourself, but at this price it's all fine. Great owners

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets. The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating. Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view. The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean. Good luck and enjoy your trip!

Room was very clean, spacious, and safe. The room itself is very chic and if your an aesthetic person, you would love it. Location is very accessible to everything. Around 10-15 mins of walking to a metro station and, likewise, to the nearest mall. The only downside of this is the amenities. No elevator and no bidet but its not a thing for european countries so expect it in all hotels and apartments but they have washing machine and a flat iron
