"Everything to your comfortable stay, comfy bed not smelly, clean and sanitized towels(not rags) staffs are all courteous. we did not use the ref though, AC is quiet, there is a corded phone for local calls wifi is ok most of the time, elevator is safe. Few steps to 24/7Mcdonalds and Convenience store , Robinsons Mall adjacent *The bathroom shower floor may need a little upgrade, water flowing all over , other than that everything is topsy turvy."

"This property is new, clean and well-appointed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff were helpful.The neighborhood is not far from Greenbelt Park. I highly recommend it."

"When I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me. But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”. But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service."

"My partner and I stayed for 2 nights PROS: 1. Great location  very close to shops, 7-Eleven, and even a nearby casino if you're into that. 2. Exceptional cleanliness  big compliments to the Housekeeping team! 3. Comfortable bed and pillows  very cozy. 4.Nice amenities provided: 2 bottled waters, dental kits (toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes), a comb, 1 shampoo sachet, and a small bar of soap. 5. Front desk security is excellent. Every time my partner left the hotel, they confirmed who was with me. Great job on ensuring guest safety. 6. Affordable choices of food from hotel menu and it was really taste great. 😋 CONS: 1. The front desk staff who checked me in didn’t seem very hospitable honestly, it was my first time experiencing that. I requested a room not near the elevator, but she still placed me next to it. The first room we were given had a non-functioning AC. I didn’t catch her name, but I think she could benefit from additional training in customer service. 2. Not ideal for light sleepers like me the walls are wooden, so you can clearly hear people in the next room talking, and unfortunately, even groaning and moaning during *** (yes, really!). 😩 3. The first room we were given was on the third floor, and it was terrible you could hear people singing karaoke in another room, which made it really hard to relax. OVERALL: The stay was just satisfactory. I’m glad I brought my earplugs they helped reduce the noise around me. Big thanks to the manager who helped us move to a new room on the 4th floor and even extended our checkout time, since the front desk didn’t check us in properly at first but still you can hear noise to the next room but not really loud unlike the first room we had. I didn’t catch the manager’s name because I was so exhausted and just wanted to sleep after our long trip from the north to Manila. We waited around 10–15 minutes for the new room to be ready because housekeeping was still cleaning it, but that was okay. "I checked in on January 12-13. Checking in was smooth and the room was clean. They provided soap and 2 bottled water but no toothbrush and shampoo. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were small however the AC was made up for it. What I like about the view by the elevator is the church of Nazarene, it was like the view from the back of the Vatican. The shower was hot and the water pressure was just perfect, however sometimes the shower drains were slow. They should have put another bath mat just outside the bathroom entrance, the one they placed was not that absorbent. The TV was great because they had smart tv but sometimes the internet was slow and disconnected sometimes. I noticed that the building shakes sometimes like there is after shock, at first I thought it was and read one review also mentioned that, they said it's because of the vehicles passing by outside. The menu they have inside is a bit pricey but no problem for me because outside there is a lot of resto you can find. Locking the main door was annoying sometimes because they were using the hard key and had to leave the key in the reception every time I left. Also, the bedsheets and linen were clean but just a few stains. Overall, it was a good stay for its price."

"A perfect place to stay for short period of time. Even though its in the city, you find your self comfort and a good sleep. Location is close to church, 7/11, mall and Us Embassy.Wifi connection is good as well.Staff are helpful and accommodating as well.."
