Hotel near Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi,Tokyo
With a stay at Hotel Resol Stay Akihabara in Tokyo (Chiyoda), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Tokyo Dome and Ueno Park. This hotel is 2.9 mi (4.7 km) from Tokyo Skytree and 3.5 mi (5.6 km) from Tokyo Tower. This hotel offers designated smoking areas. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Make yourself at home in one of the 132 air-conditioned rooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature hair dryers and toothbrushes and toothpaste. Conveniences include electric kettles and free tea bags/instant coffee, and housekeeping is provided daily.

"I highly recommend Hotel Resol Stay for anyone visiting Tokyo. The location is its biggest selling point: a very easy 4-minute walk from Akihabara Station, just across the bridge. It's situated in a surprisingly quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat while being mere steps away from all the electronics, anime, and energy Akihabara is famous for. The room was modern and felt brand new. Yes, it's on the smaller side (as is standard in Tokyo), but it was intelligently laid out and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A standout feature was the smart TV with Netflix and YouTube—a wonderful comfort after a long day of sightseeing. One small point to note is the elevator layout; you need to go via the 5th floor to access other levels, but this was a very minor inconvenience. In summary, this hotel offers great value. My stay was excellent, and I would not hesitate to book here again, perhaps opting for one of their larger room options if available."

Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services.free Wi-Fi in all rooms, 24-hour security, chapel, daily housekeeping are there for guest's enjoyment. Comfortable guestrooms ensure a good night's sleep with some rooms featuring facilities such as television LCD/plasma screen, towels, closet, internet access – wireless, internet access – wireless (complimentary). Entertain the hotel's recreational facilities, including fitness center, sauna, indoor pool, spa, massage. No matter what your reasons are for visiting Tokyo, Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi will make you feel instantly at home.

"Overall, it was a great stay. The location is excellent; the hotel is directly connected to the Hanzomon subway line. If you turn left after exiting the hotel, the airport limousine bus stop is just 100 meters away. Another subway line, Ningyocho Station, is also within 500 meters. There are three convenience stores nearby. The hotel breakfast is also worth trying. During our three-day stay, the hotel hosted various events daily, such as engagement banquets, corporate receptions, and shareholder meetings, which suggests it's a well-regarded hotel in the area. The only downside was a faint smell of sweat in the hotel lobby."

Hotel near Yokohama City Centre,Yokohama
Located in Yokohama (Minatomirai), The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu is a 3-minute walk from Pacifico Yokohama and 6 minutes by foot from Landmark Tower. This luxury hotel is 0.5 mi (0.9 km) from Red Brick Warehouse and 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from K-Arena Yokohama. Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments, and facials. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an indoor pool and a fitness center. This hotel also features complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and gift shops/newsstands. Enjoy French cuisine at Queen Alice, one of the hotel's 4 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). Snacks are also available at the coffee shop/cafe. Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge. Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 7 AM to 11 AM for a fee. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and 6 meeting rooms. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite. Make yourself at home in one of the 480 guestrooms featuring refrigerators and DVD players. Wired and wireless internet access is complimentary, and LCD televisions with satellite programming provide entertainment. Private bathrooms with separate bathtubs and showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include phones, as well as safes and desks.

"The hotel is quite large, but you can't cook. The balcony is angled, and it's an old hotel with a nostalgic feel. Breakfast is a bit expensive at 200 RMB, with limited variety, but the taste is good and very filling. There's a shuttle bus for 1000 JPY per person, which you can arrange at the front desk or ask the staff at the airport customer service center to help you buy tickets for. It seems the route will change soon, and the price will also increase. Information flow between staff members isn't always smooth, so inquiries might not always be accurate; you need to verify. You can simply scan a QR code on your phone to order. It's very convenient for airport transfers, and they help with luggage. However, you need to give the driver your ticket when boarding. The hotel's second floor has direct access to Queen's Square, which is very convenient. They provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, and brushes, so you don't need to bring your own. There's a bathtub with a view, but you need to explore these amenities yourself as Japanese service isn't proactively helpful. Also, efficiency in Japan can be a bit slow, and they're very particular, so there's no need to arrive too early; they'll make you wait even if you do!"

Amazing
DDruchiiHaving enjoyed a previous stay in February, I chose to return this July. I requested an east-facing room and was delighted that my wish was granted. The sunrise view towards the Skytree and the National Diet Building around 4:30 AM in summer is absolutely breathtaking, easily rivaling any dedicated observation deck experience. The Japanese set breakfast was both substantial and delicious, and the serene view of pine trees reflected in the restaurant's pond was incredibly soothing. Furthermore, perhaps owing to its prime location near the National Diet Building and the Prime Minister's Official Residence, the hotel offers incredibly convenient direct underground access to public transportation, yet the street-level environment remains remarkably quiet and tranquil. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, and the presence of Chinese-speaking personnel ensures that Chinese guests will face virtually no language barriers. On a delightful side note, the ambient fragrance used in The Capitol Hotel Tokyu's corridors is utterly captivating – I highly recommend making it available for purchase at the hotel's souvenir shop! I will absolutely be rebooking here for my next trip to Tokyo.

LLazgolfWe booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

AAsiaFamTravelsDirectly connected to the T3 terminal about a 10-15 min covered walk to the Monorail and departure terminal. Super convenient for our 6am flight. It is also connected to a small mall with lots of decent restaurant options and a Pharmacy - totally separate to the main Haneda building. The spa does not permit kids under 4 and it is open to the public as well - 2500 jpy for access. 3 different types of hairdryers in the ladies change room! Small room but has a free minibar and everything is perfectly comfortable and functional including nice bed sheets (although still dodgey overly limp pillows!)

FFeizhouwangziLocation: Exiting Shibuya station, there's ongoing construction, so you might need a moment to find your bearings, but it's not difficult to locate, situated directly opposite Tokyo Plaza. Facilities: The hotel is very modern, featuring a spacious lobby and relatively new room amenities. It comes equipped with a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, and as a delightful surprise, we also received an SK-II morning and evening skincare sample set upon check-in. Environment: The view from the window is absolutely stunning, both by day and night. I snapped a quick photo, and it honestly looks like a perfect backdrop for a blogger's video – haha! Service: The front desk check-in service was excellent. However, for a hotel of this standard, the breakfast quality felt a bit basic, with limited options. Coffee and tea had to be brought by staff – I'm not sure if that was meant to make guests feel more pampered or exclusive. Overall, the breakfast was just average, but everything else was great.

WWU.NIENENFrom the moment I arrived at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and understated luxury. The hotel exemplifies a rare balance between contemporary sophistication and timeless Japanese hospitality, making every interaction feel both personal and profound. The guest rooms are nothing short of extraordinary—thoughtfully designed, immaculately maintained, and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. Each detail, from the choice of materials to the intuitive layout, reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence. Dining at the property is a remarkable journey in itself. Every restaurant presents not only world-class cuisine but also a sense of artistry and cultural depth. The staff demonstrate genuine passion and precision, ensuring that each culinary experience becomes an indelible memory. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its service. The team embodies the very spirit of omotenashi—anticipating needs with effortless grace and delivering them with warmth and sincerity. It is this quiet yet meticulous attentiveness that transforms a stay into an experience of unparalleled comfort. Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo is not merely a place to stay—it is a sanctuary in the heart of the metropolis, where moments are elevated into memories. It remains, without question, one of the finest hotels in the world.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: I really enjoyed the European-style decor; the hotel is exceptionally well-managed and maintained. The ground floor cafe is a lovely spot for afternoon tea. Cleanliness: Housekeeping is thorough – just remember to put out the 'Please make up room' sign before you head out each day. Ambiance: The 32sqm room was spacious and comfortable, never felt crowded. Service: Upon arrival, the front desk staff immediately offered a wet wipe, which was a very thoughtful touch. They were always smiling and polite, and even delivered my luggage to the room. Breakfast: The breakfast on the 2nd floor was mediocre, but the buffet in the basement (B1) with both Western and Japanese options was quite satisfactory. Transportation: The hotel has a direct underground connection to Shimbashi Subway Station, which is incredibly handy when you're lugging suitcases. Shimbashi is a major transportation hub, offering extremely convenient access to the Yurikamome Line, Shinkansen, and various subway lines, making it perfect for shopping in Ginza and beyond. Location: Additionally, there are numerous convenience stores, pharmacies, food streets, and a lively bar street nearby, making it super convenient for late-night snacks and shopping. Plus, Ginza, including Mitsukoshi Department Store, is only about a 10-minute walk away.

GGuest UserGood service, but maintenance and consistency could be improved. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. While the overall service and location are good, a few details made the experience fall short of true 5-star standards. Pros: • The washroom is spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure that feels great after a long day out. • The anti-slip mat is a thoughtful touch since the bathtub can get slippery. • Toiletries and body lotion are of decent quality. • The in-room iron is convenient, no need to request one. • The room includes a small balcony and is non-smoking friendly. • The complimentary slippers are comfortable and well-made. • Staff are polite and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: • The bathroom mirror fogs up completely after showering — it would be great if anti-fog mirrors were installed. • My room key card was disabled after the first night, requiring a trip to the front desk for reactivation. • The cupboard doors are old and difficult to open, making noticeable noise. • Breakfast is decent but repetitive. During peak times, guests were directed to a temporary seating area where food wasn’t replenished promptly. • After housekeeping, my used towels were removed but not replaced. • The carpet feels dusty, suggesting it could use a deep clean or refresh. Overall: The staff are courteous and professional, and the basic comfort level is good. However, for a 5-star hotel, the property feels a little dated and service consistency needs improvement. With some attention to maintenance and small operational details, this could easily become a much better experience.

CCindy2023!The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both the train and subway stations. We were traveling to Narita Airport, and after taking the Airport Express to Asakusa Station, it was only about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. From our room, we could even see the Skytree, which was beautiful both in the morning and at night. It's very suitable for family trips, especially with kids, as they offer free yogurt in the mornings and free ramen and ice cream in the evenings, which the children loved. The only minor issue is that the facilities are a bit old; the faucet needs to be turned off very tightly, otherwise it keeps dripping. This was my first time staying in a tatami room, which was a novel experience. Most of the staff primarily spoke Japanese, with limited English, but both sides made a great effort, and basic communication was fine.

FFONG Sing ZernThe hotel is within a short walking distance from Yoyogi Station, literally just across the road, very convenient. Reception staff is very nice. Luggage storage before check in is allowed which allows us to start exploring the City straight away without having to worry about our luggages. We had a very enjoyable time doing our own “hanami” at Yoyogi Park which is just one station away (takes JR local train to Harajuku Station - entrance to Yoyogi Park is just opposite!) We then went shopping at Shibuya, saw the amazing crowd at the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, had dinner, took JR train again and travelled 2 stations, before arriving at Zenriren, checked in at 8:30pm, no hassle at all, and the staff had already put our luggage’s in our room! The room is very clean. The bathroom looked a bit aged but still clean. The place was nice and quiet. Next breakfast was offered but only served after 7:30am. We had to leave for Kawaguchiko and did not stay for the breakfast but we saw the morning staff was already busy preparing trolleys carrying the breakfast for all rooms - simple but nice-looking tea/coffee, seasonal fruits, (?)yoghurt, croissant. Checking out is easy and hassle-free as well. Only thing to note is that the accommodation is within a commercial building on the 7th floor. So when one arrives, one needs to take the lift to 7th floor where the reception and rooms are. (We weren’t aware and waited downstairs for about 10 minutes before we read a notice that we had to go to the 7th floor). All in all, very convenient place with very easy access to public transport, clean and quiet.
