DDruchiiHaving enjoyed a previous stay in February, I chose to return this July. I requested an east-facing room and was delighted that my wish was granted. The sunrise view towards the Skytree and the National Diet Building around 4:30 AM in summer is absolutely breathtaking, easily rivaling any dedicated observation deck experience. The Japanese set breakfast was both substantial and delicious, and the serene view of pine trees reflected in the restaurant's pond was incredibly soothing. Furthermore, perhaps owing to its prime location near the National Diet Building and the Prime Minister's Official Residence, the hotel offers incredibly convenient direct underground access to public transportation, yet the street-level environment remains remarkably quiet and tranquil. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, and the presence of Chinese-speaking personnel ensures that Chinese guests will face virtually no language barriers. On a delightful side note, the ambient fragrance used in The Capitol Hotel Tokyu's corridors is utterly captivating – I highly recommend making it available for purchase at the hotel's souvenir shop! I will absolutely be rebooking here for my next trip to Tokyo.

__WeChat47219****This hotel exceeded my expectations! My room was upgraded to a suite, and I could catch a glimpse of the Tokyo Tower from the balcony. The hotel's omakase was also excellent. There was this incredibly delicious Chiyuki apple juice in the minibar. I called to ask if I could buy a few bottles to take home, and room service just sent up six bottles to my room. I thought I'd be charged for them, but they weren't on my bill when I checked out. Everything was perfect! The customer relations team was also very genuine. This was the most satisfying stay among all the hotels in the 10,000 yen range I've stayed at in Tokyo this year.

GGuest UserIt was our first time staying at Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport, as we usually stayed at the adjacent Villa Fontaine Hotel. The Premier property definitely feels more upscale and refined.
Check-in was smooth and pleasant. Unlike the sister hotel next door, the front desk here is staffed with courteous and attentive personnel. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, we left our luggage with the staff and went shopping. Upon returning, our suitcases—and another one delivered by Yamato Transport—had already been brought up to our room, which was a very nice touch.
We stayed in a Deluxe King River View room. It was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, a generous washroom featuring a deep bathtub, and a long sofa by the window that was perfect for relaxing or having a quick meal. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the overall room design felt modern yet cozy. The wardrobe wasn’t particularly large but sufficient for coats and travel clothes.
We didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early flight at 7 AM, but the convenience store downstairs made it easy to pick up yogurt, fruits, and light snacks. Another charming feature was the aroma pouch-making station in the lobby, where guests can choose from several fragrances — it’s a small but thoughtful detail and a lovely souvenir idea.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for travellers catching early flights — it took only about 10 minutes to reach our airline’s check-in counter after checking out. The hotel also provides easy access to Tokyo’s major shopping areas like Shibuya and Tokyo Station.
We’ll certainly be back on our next visit to Haneda!

AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at Hotel Resol Stay Akihabara. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Akihabara Station and surrounded by shops and convenience stores. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, though a bit compact as expected in Tokyo.
Staff were polite, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a convenient and well-maintained hotel, great for a short stay in Akihabara. I would consider staying here again.

Cleanliness: Housekeeping is thorough – just remember to put out the 'Please make up room' sign before you head out each day.
Ambiance: The 32sqm room was spacious and comfortable, never felt crowded.
Service: Upon arrival, the front desk staff immediately offered a wet wipe, which was a very thoughtful touch. They were always smiling and polite, and even delivered my luggage to the room.
Breakfast: The breakfast on the 2nd floor was mediocre, but the buffet in the basement (B1) with both Western and Japanese options was quite satisfactory.
Transportation: The hotel has a direct underground connection to Shimbashi Subway Station, which is incredibly handy when you're lugging suitcases. Shimbashi is a major transportation hub, offering extremely convenient access to the Yurikamome Line, Shinkansen, and various subway lines, making it perfect for shopping in Ginza and beyond.
Location: Additionally, there are numerous convenience stores, pharmacies, food streets, and a lively bar street nearby, making it super convenient for late-night snacks and shopping. Plus, Ginza, including Mitsukoshi Department Store, is only about a 10-minute walk away.

HHaRu0205The room's cleanliness was great; they tidied it up daily. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view of Mount Fuji and the monorail. The location is super convenient, and there's a bus downstairs that goes straight to Shinagawa Station. The hotel breakfast was just okay, very limited in options. Front desk service was pretty average, but everything else was good.

EErlianhaotesiThe hot springs at this hotel are really great, definitely worth experiencing. If you're not in the mood for a full soak, you can also grab a manga from the hotel and enjoy a foot bath while taking in the beautiful night view. A special shout-out for the delicious free ice cream and complimentary ramen! Our room had a balcony, and even though the facilities are a bit old, it was still quite nice. My only complaint is that female guests are only allowed to use the bath at specific times on Saturdays. I really hope the hotel can allocate more time for women to use the baths, otherwise, it feels quite unfair.

WWeiHooI have tried a few capsule hotels, this is by far the worst. My capsule was on the fifth floor, but the lockers are located on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient since the shower is on the eighth floor. There is a sitting area outside the capsule room which is an unsightly mess as shown in the pictures. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is the door that supposed to shun off the noise from outside, made a loud noise when it closes. I wonder if they are not aware of it or no one complains to them. Imagine how many people comes in and out the entire night and the cranky noise disturbed my sleep. I hope the management will be made known of this default. I will never come back again.

FFONG Sing ZernThe hotel is within a short walking distance from Yoyogi Station, literally just across the road, very convenient.
Reception staff is very nice.
Luggage storage before check in is allowed which allows us to start exploring the City straight away without having to worry about our luggages.
We had a very enjoyable time doing our own “hanami” at Yoyogi Park which is just one station away (takes JR local train to Harajuku Station - entrance to Yoyogi Park is just opposite!)
We then went shopping at Shibuya, saw the amazing crowd at the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, had dinner, took JR train again and travelled 2 stations, before arriving at Zenriren, checked in at 8:30pm, no hassle at all, and the staff had already put our luggage’s in our room!
The room is very clean. The bathroom looked a bit aged but still clean. The place was nice and quiet.
Next breakfast was offered but only served after 7:30am. We had to leave for Kawaguchiko and did not stay for the breakfast but we saw the morning staff was already busy preparing trolleys carrying the breakfast for all rooms - simple but nice-looking tea/coffee, seasonal fruits, (?)yoghurt, croissant.
Checking out is easy and hassle-free as well.
Only thing to note is that the accommodation is within a commercial building on the 7th floor. So when one arrives, one needs to take the lift to 7th floor where the reception and rooms are. (We weren’t aware and waited downstairs for about 10 minutes before we read a notice that we had to go to the 7th floor).
All in all, very convenient place with very easy access to public transport, clean and quiet.
