"This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!"

"This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!"

"This time, I was traveling with my parents and my child. Since my little one wasn't feeling well, I really needed a great hotel, and this one truly didn't disappoint. The room had two queen beds plus a sofa bed, perfect for our family of five. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful night view outside the window. Everyone in the family praised my choice. My dad stood there, cup of tea in hand, for quite a while, saying, 'Looking at these lights just brightens my mood.' My child was glued to the window, gazing into the distance, and asked if it was a lighthouse. The hotel is only three or four minutes from the bus station, which was great since my parents walk a bit slower – no worries about rushing for our bus. In the mornings, I'd take my child for a stroll in the small park downstairs, and then we'd come back just in time for breakfast. They had hot congee and mini steamed buns, which my parents loved, and my child enjoyed the special kids' area with small cakes and yogurt. When it was time to check out, the front desk staff saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it. Of all the places we've stayed on this trip, this hotel was truly a hit with the whole family."

"I personally believe this is currently the best-managed hotel in Shenyang. It's located in the former municipal government building, right on the City Government Hang Lung Plaza, with direct subway access. This makes it a central location in Shenyang, convenient for getting anywhere. The rooms are still very new, and the mattress is super comfortable. Breakfast meets the standard of a five-star international hotel, with excellent Western and Chinese options. They even have croissants kept warm in an oven and delicious fried cakes. From 6 PM to 8 PM, the lounge offers dinner, including eight hot dishes and main courses, salads, cheese, cold cuts, and sushi. There's a chef preparing fresh noodles on the spot. They also have simple desserts (the same as those offered at the Wenguan buffet) and beverages. The quality is really impressive. If you're not factoring in value for money, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing."

"The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic. We checked in with our children on May 1, 2024, but the hotel did not have air conditioning and hot air at this time. The shady side was a bit chilly. After communicating with the front desk, the service staff sent an electric heater in 5 minutes, and the effect was also good. There are a lot of food, entertainment and shopping around. The breakfast is very rich. It is very close to Zhongjie and the transportation is very convenient! The bed in the deluxe king room is 2.4 meters, which is very spacious for a family of three. I basically played around the surrounding area in two days."

"The hotel is very pleasant, the apartment style makes it comfortable with children. Kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items, which is ideal when you have picky eaters so you can cook quick and easy meals. The hotel also have a restaurant that serves western food. The location is next to a lot of shopping centres, and underground malls. The train station is around 10 minutes walk, also it’s between two metro stops which both around 8-10 minutes walk. The gym is great, a lot of good quality equipment. The playgym for the kids also nice, maybe a few more toys would be good but overall it’s a good place to burn some energy for them. I highly recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed the Cinema too."

"I booked this hotel for a colleague who was on a business trip to Shenyang. The hotel itself was decent. However, the parking situation is quite inconvenient, especially for new drivers. You have to drive up a steep ramp to get to the parking garage, and exiting down the ramp is just as tricky. It would be a huge improvement if ground-level parking were available!"
