"The room was new, so there was a slight smell of renovation, but it wasn't overpowering. The twin beds, at 1.35m each, were great for families with children. The gym was fantastic with a full range of equipment. As for breakfast, it was just okay for the price; the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice was good, and the noodles were decent, but everything else was pretty standard. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Since I visited during an off-peak time, there was plenty of parking available. I used to only stay in international chain five-star hotels, but if you plan on eating out every day and breakfast isn't a big deal, this hotel is a solid option."

"Stopped here on the way back home, but it felt a bit like a miss. It's hard to believe this is a Sheraton. First, the hotel facilities are definitely very old. As soon as I entered the room, my mold allergy kicked in, and I started coughing. The kids' toiletries shown in the pictures weren't there; they brought me what's in picture one. I had to show them the picture to finally get a set similar to what was advertised. There was a faint smell of urine near the bed, which I assume was from a child before and hadn't been properly cleaned. The pillows were a bit yellow. Since I was only staying one night, I didn't bother to look more closely at the amenities, which were just so-so. Overall, I paid Sheraton prices but got a Jinjiang Inn experience."

"My child said it was "even more comfortable than our hotel room at home." The room was clean and tidy, the sheets and blankets were freshly changed and spotless. The windows were large, letting in plenty of sunlight, making the room bright and airy. The biggest surprise was the absence of any renovation smell. I was worried about formaldehyde in a new hotel, but the room only had a faint, pleasant fragrance, indicating professional odor removal. It was very reassuring. The room was well-equipped. The desk was large enough for my child to work on at night, and the lamp was just the right brightness. The Wi-Fi was fast, so video chatting with classmates was smooth. Hot water came quickly, making washing up very convenient. The service was also very thoughtful. Breakfast included children's tableware, staff proactively offered milk to my child, and the front desk even printed my child's homework for free. This hotel truly understands the needs of parents and students."
