GGuest UserI arrived at the guesthouse almost at midnight and was worried no one would be there to meet me or that I'd go to the wrong parking lot. I was so touched that there was still a young man waiting for me downstairs even though it was nearly midnight, especially since it was extremely cold in Shenyang that day. The host even upgraded my room for free, which was super comfortable! This is the guesthouse with the best service and environment I've ever stayed in. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang, it's absolutely fantastic! P.S. The sheets were incredibly clean, and the room was so warm in winter that my long-sleeved clothes made me sweat! Highly recommended!!!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is absolutely prime in Shenyang. It's just 200 meters from the subway and right in the heart of Shenyang's Middle Street business district. The Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Liu Laogen Grand Stage are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is also very comfortable, and the room layout is reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were excellent; they offered me hot water, instantly dispelling the chill. The breakfast on the second day was also very plentiful. I highly recommend this place.

YYuzuruSamaThe room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

AAmanda H.J. WuThe hotel room big & clean. The location is only about 5 to 8 minutes by car. The hotel offer free shuttle service to send us to the airport. The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

Lluo_yanThe location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

The hotel does not provide breakfast and does not provide bottled water. Advantages: It’s stunning at first glance and feels very beautiful. My children especially like it. They can take a bath and play in the water. When booking a room, you get a bath ball and 20 game coins. There is a claw machine and a children’s playroom downstairs, but my children did not go to play. I called the front desk in advance and helped reserve a parking space👍. The child loved staying for 2 days and didn't want to leave. The child was allowed to check out at 14:00 the next day while he was taking a nap. Disadvantages: The air conditioner in the room drips water, a bit worried about their floor! The water temperature in the bathroom can be very hot and cold. The bathroom door is transparent and faces the door of the room. When ordering takeout, my family picks up the food. The air conditioner is turned on to 22 degrees. It’s very cold downstairs. It was so hot upstairs that I didn’t dare to turn up the air conditioner for fear that it would be too hot upstairs! The room has a low ceiling and warm yellow lighting. It is more atmospheric and suitable for young couples, but I felt a little depressed for Yu Lai.

RRusOn a cold freezing night when my previous apartment cancelled abruptly for some weird reason, I got into this hotel at a last minute decision. The owner herself greeted me. Her English name is Nancy and she's quite friendly and welcoming. On the first impression, the room is basically an apartment and not a typical hotel. For all foreigners, to put it simply, it's like an Airbnb concept. It wasn't clean initially but being the first night, I let it go. The wifi isn't good and the shower was inconsistently changing from hot to Cold by itself. However, next day, thanks to trip.com and the owner, we solved most of the problems. Once again, for foreigners, be prepared to have a bad day with the internet. Use your mobile data instead. The shower was great when fixed. The hotel cleaned up the room. Overall, if it's for a day or two, I recommend this place be it solo or with your partner/travel mate. The location is also convenient and close to Shenyang north station. 😁 I do hope to make a reservation again.
