GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a prime location, close to the subway station and Olympic Sports Center, offering convenient transportation and making it ideal for business trips and performances. Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel environment is quiet, with well-insulated rooms. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation system, the breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the service is excellent.

GGuest UserFive stars to Mercure Shenyang Youth Avenue! The overall decor is chic and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful, offering tips on local attractions when I checked in. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a quiet night's sleep, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel was clean, facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient. My overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenyang.

Nnicole1231The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Wanghouyuan is also nearby. Getting a taxi is super convenient! The room is huge with well-defined functional areas: a hanging area for clothes, a kitchen area, a living room area, and a very spacious bathroom area. The bathtub is also large (though there aren't disposable bath liners, so I recommend bringing your own). My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing bath at night. The bedding is comfortable, but do note that the twin beds cannot be pushed together. There's plenty of space to open luggage without feeling cramped! However, I did notice a few things that could be improved: 1. Courier deliveries can come directly to the door upstairs, which made me feel a bit concerned about security. 2. The water quality was very poor; as you can see in the picture, the water ran yellow, which scared me! 3. The door rubs against the floor, making a loud noise. Despite that, the soundproofing is exceptional! Our room was right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear the elevator, any noise from the hallway, or street noise. This level of quiet is something even chain hotels can't achieve, so we had an amazing night's sleep! If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

JJimmysunjishuoI came to Shenyang for the Three Workshops Music Festival, and the hotel I chose this time was absolutely fantastic. Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, helped us arrange a south-facing, sunny, and very quiet room in advance. She was also available to contact at any time if we needed anything during our stay. The room was smoke-free, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. A big thank you to the concierge team for helping receive our packages and carefully verifying each one. I also appreciate the helpful staff at the hotel entrance who assisted with our luggage. The entire service process was thoughtful, thorough, and seamless – truly excellent. There are also many great restaurants around the hotel, but because of the hot weather, we had to order takeout and eat it back at the hotel. A special shout-out again to the cleaning staff for helping us dispose of the trash. Next

The front desk staff, Clara, Stone, Peter, and Vivan, all provided excellent and professional service. The other departments also maintained a high standard. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It has comprehensive facilities, with a shopping mall right downstairs and close proximity to various attractions. It offers excellent value for money.

CchamsonThe room isn't as good as the 60-square-meter lake view room. When you open the window, there's a residential complex right opposite, and half of it is still under construction, so it's very noisy in the morning.
The service is practically non-existent, not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
The shampoo and shower gel bottles in the shower have a design flaw – they're metal with very narrow pump heads. The shower area is small, and I bumped into them twice in two days. The designer clearly didn't think this through!
Also, the shower floor tiles are uneven, which I've never seen before, not even in budget hotels!
On the plus side: The location is convenient, with a subway station downstairs. There's also the Cai Dian Ta Night Market and Youth Park downstairs. Shenyang city center isn't very big, so it's easy to get anywhere.

GGuest UserI brought my family to Shenyang to see an Errenzhuan show and chose to stay at the Marriott hotel. It seems to be relatively quiet around the old town area. As soon as we got out of the car, the concierge downstairs helped us with our luggage. The room was very clean, tidy, and quite spacious, and they even upgraded us, which we really appreciate.
A huge thank you to Belinda at the front desk; she was gentle, sweet, and polite! I'd give her 100 points. Last year and the year before, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and the Conrad. The Grand Hyatt's front desk staff had the worst attitude, and the Conrad's staff also lacked smiles, plus there were hairs in the room. Belinda was the one who gave me my first good impression upon arriving in Shenyang. Thank you, and I wish her eternal peace and happiness! 🎉
My second commendation goes to another short-haired front desk lady who helped us during checkout. I needed two bottles of mineral water, and she brought out an entire case from the storage room, opened it, and gave them to me. Thank you so much; she was enthusiastic throughout!
It seems there are many Koreans staying at this hotel, with a lot of them talking loudly in the lobby late at night.
To be honest, the breakfast at this hotel is really not good. The fruit already tasted off, and there wasn't much to eat. It's on par with breakfast at hotels costing between 80 to 100.
And I must give a terrible review to a woman in a suit with very dark circles under her eyes in the breakfast department!
Overall, it's still good, but I really don't recommend the breakfast. And there's a woman at breakfast – I think she had short hair, I forget, but definitely had prominent dark circles under her eyes – whom I truly want to give a big negative review. I won't type out the details to recall; her attitude was terrible.
My positive feedback is solely for the two front desk ladies and the hotel's accommodation environment.

This trip was to Shenyang for Wang Sulong's concert. Prices around the venue had increased significantly, but New World was incredibly fair and didn't raise theirs, so I booked it without hesitation.
The decor is stylish, and the biggest surprise was that my idol's pop-up event was also downstairs at the hotel! So lucky!
The subway is also very convenient. After a heavy rain, Line 2 was still running, and I made it to the airport smoothly!

SSachiLeeBefore going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.
