Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel environment is quiet, with well-insulated rooms. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation system, the breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the service is excellent.

Mercure Shenyang Youth Avenue was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and approachable; our communication felt natural and easy. They were also very polite when calling to confirm our arrival time and handled everything efficiently without any rigid procedures. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was quiet. The overall experience was very pleasant, without any stiff formalities – it felt comfortable, like staying with friends. This is a reliable place to stay when in Shenyang, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Wanghouyuan is also nearby. Getting a taxi is super convenient! The room is huge with well-defined functional areas: a hanging area for clothes, a kitchen area, a living room area, and a very spacious bathroom area. The bathtub is also large (though there aren't disposable bath liners, so I recommend bringing your own). My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing bath at night. The bedding is comfortable, but do note that the twin beds cannot be pushed together. There's plenty of space to open luggage without feeling cramped! However, I did notice a few things that could be improved: 1. Courier deliveries can come directly to the door upstairs, which made me feel a bit concerned about security. 2. The water quality was very poor; as you can see in the picture, the water ran yellow, which scared me! 3. The door rubs against the floor, making a loud noise. Despite that, the soundproofing is exceptional! Our room was right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear the elevator, any noise from the hallway, or street noise. This level of quiet is something even chain hotels can't achieve, so we had an amazing night's sleep! If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The service at the front desk was very professional, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they also helped me carry my suitcase. The room was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and elegant, and the bed was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The sanitary conditions were also very good, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the supplies were complete, and the details were done very well. The sound insulation of the hotel was very good, and it was very quiet at night, and there was no need to worry about being disturbed by noise. The breakfast was rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was elegant, the service staff was friendly, and it gave people a feeling of being at home. In short, this stay was very pleasant and I strongly recommend this hotel! I've been to Shenyang many times, and this stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was excellent in all aspects. The hotel's hardware meets Hilton brand standards, the public areas are elegant, and the rooms are quiet, making it perfect for business travelers to rest and work. A special thank you to Grace at the front desk. Even though I arrived late in the evening, close to her shift change, Grace remained professional, efficiently handled my check-in, and thoroughly explained the executive lounge benefits and check-out procedures. Midway through my stay, I had a sudden change in plans and needed to adjust some of my arrangements. Grace proactively coordinated and accommodated my reasonable requests as much as possible, with smooth communication and flexible handling throughout. When I had questions, Grace was professional and confident, never compromising service quality even when busy. Good service can truly alleviate the fatigue of traveling, and Grace's actions perfectly demonstrated the high standard of service at a premium hotel, adding significant value. It's my top choice for business trips, and I look forward to staying again.

Overall, the experience was just okay and not great value for money. The hotel lobby is on the 88th floor, which acts as a transfer level. Whether you're going to your room or leaving the hotel, you have to go to the 88th floor to switch elevators, which is very inconvenient. Also, the staff guidance wasn't very timely, and there were no signs on the ground floor. I spent a long time looking for the elevator after I arrived, and no one guided me. After checking in on the 88th floor, no staff member told me I needed to switch elevators to get to my room. However, the high-altitude views are indeed beautiful. Although the breakfast quality wasn't exceptional, the stunning views from the breakfast area made up for it, and the breakfast restaurant service was quite good. The room design was nice, and the bed was large and comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom, which had no trash can, which was inconvenient. Also, it's my habit to wipe down the room's tables and light switches with disinfectant wipes, and when I did, there was a lot of dust flying around.

I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, even when I arrived very late, and patiently guided me through nearby attractions. The hotel is ideally located: only a 5-minute walk to the Caitang Night Market, and MixC Mall is within walking distance. Being in the city center, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a taxi. The accommodation itself is outstanding. Formerly a Kempinski, Accor took over and renovated it, so the environment and facilities are all new and very comfortable. The TV allows screen casting, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the bedding is very cozy. Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including many Northeastern specialties. They even have a version of 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) made with ketchup, which is worth trying. Conclusion: Excellent value for money!

The location is great, within walking distance of Shenyang North Station, and not far from Xita, Zhongjie, Shenyang Imperial Palace, September 18th Historical Museum, and Beiling Park, making it suitable for tourists. The breakfast is rich and distinctive, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic, actively asking about guests' needs. Breakfast is served on a high floor with a nice view. The only downside is that it can get crowded during peak dining hours, so I recommend going during off-peak times.

The hotel has put a lot of thought into the small details of its facilities. The gym, hallways, restaurant, and sky garden are all beautiful – truly living up to its name, 'Beautiful View Hotel'. The gym is incredibly well-equipped, and the swimming pool is large; any fitness enthusiast would be thrilled. For breakfast, as soon as you walk in, you can get free iced Americanos, and the variety of food is extensive without feeling crowded, making for a great dining experience. I also appreciate the hotel upgrading me to a suite. The room was spacious with a well-planned layout, separating the living and sleeping areas. They even have robots to deliver takeout, which was very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang.

The mattress is very soft and comfortable. The hot water in the room comes quickly. The things are relatively complete. The service attitude is good. Check-in is fast. I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The places to eat nearby are also convenient. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home. I am looking forward to staying here next time.
