Hotel location is very good, about 20 minutes drive from Taoxian Airport, convenient. The hotel is very clean, the front desk service is very thoughtful, give a late check-out. A suggestion: since there is a late night supper, we will prepare a little more, don't have time, there is nothing. Everything else is fine.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the entire hotel feels relatively new. There's an outdoor restaurant, and on a nice day, sitting outside with a cup of coffee is a real treat. The buffet restaurant offers expansive river views and a view of the iconic 'Big Diamond' landmark. Additionally, the sixth floor has an outdoor lawn area, perfect for a stroll, and these features entice me to stay here every year. The hotel's Yu Ge Feng Tian restaurant also serves exquisite and delicious dishes, definitely worth experiencing. Of course, what's even more memorable is the attentive service. I have a spinal issue and can't sleep on soft beds, so the service center promptly arranged for someone to bring a bed board. I was deeply touched by such personalized and thoughtful service. I'm very happy and will definitely return for another staycation!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Everything at Swissôtel Shenyang was simply perfect. The hotel is exceptionally clean, quiet, and spacious, and the breakfast spread was wonderful. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Eric, our Les Clefs d'Or Concierge Manager. He helped with our luggage upon arrival, patiently planned our sightseeing route around Shenyang, and even arranged transportation and recommended great local restaurants. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. This was my first trip to Shenyang, and honestly, I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for my stay in Shenyang. Located right in the city center, it's incredibly convenient for getting around, and the rooms are so well soundproofed that we got a great rest after busy days of exploring. I have absolutely no regrets about staying here — the hospitality we experienced made me appreciate China and its people even more. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I traveled to Shenyang alone this time and stayed at the Shenyang Marriott Hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! A special thank you to Amy at the front desk. She provided service with a smile during check-in and even proactively helped upgrade my room type, which was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel's overall environment is elegant, the service is attentive and thorough, and the location is also very convenient. Amy's professionalism and warmth left a deep impression on me regarding the Shenyang Marriott. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shenyang, and I highly recommend it to everyone! Five-star rating, truly well-deserved!

Before going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

During my trip to Shenyang, I stayed at the Star River Hotel in Gaoxin District. Its location is fantastic, right next to the lush Hunnan Central Park. It was incredibly convenient to check in after a stroll through the park. The exterior and lobby exude a standard five-star feel – spacious, grand, and elegantly decorated. The moment you step in, you're enveloped in a high-end hotel ambiance. I stayed in a king-size room, and the most pleasant surprise was how incredibly spacious it was. Besides the comfortable bed, the room also featured a small living area with a sofa and a desk, perfect for some impromptu work or a casual chat with guests. Opening the window revealed expansive, vibrant greenery, keeping the city's hustle and bustle at bay. The room's amenities were comprehensive, with the bathroom, bedding, and other facilities all maintaining the expected five-star hotel standard, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. This hotel is ideal for both leisure travelers and business guests. Staying here, you can spend your day walking through Central Park, browsing Longhu Tianjie, and then return to a spacious room to unwind in the evening. It seamlessly connects park visits, shopping, and accommodation into a complete itinerary. For anyone visiting Shenyang's Hunnan area, this hotel comes highly recommended.

The hotel is ideally situated adjacent to a shopping center that features a variety of dining options, and it is within walking distance of the Subway H exit. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, although it is equipped only with a heater and lacks air conditioning. Guests can open the window for fresh air, but it is advisable to keep it closed on days when air quality is poor. The breakfast offers a diverse selection, though the preparation of some items could be enhanced. However, I encountered an issue with the lady manager who spoke to me in a rude manner at the Front Office Desk, whose rude demeanor was unprofessional and indicative of a need for further training or reassignment, as she does not exemplify the qualities expected of a good manager.

We had a wonderful stay at Longemont Hotel Shenyang! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and cozy. The bed was soft. The location is very convenient. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport, and only 10–15 minutes by taxi to the city center. A taxi usually costs around 12 RMB. There are also several large shopping malls and food courts nearby, so it is easy to find great food and do some shopping. The hotel has a free swimming pool, a fitness center, and a laundry room, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose Longemont Hotel Shenyang again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is super good. The location is very good. It is only 200 meters away from the Shenyang Forbidden City. The room facilities are very good. It is very clean and tidy. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. The hot water in the room comes quickly. The things are relatively complete. The service attitude is good. Check-in is fast. I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The places to eat nearby are also convenient. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home. I am looking forward to staying here next time.

Checked in quite late that day, but the front desk was still able to process it. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and also very close to the subway station. The room's air conditioning system worked great, providing excellent ventilation.
