"Facilities: The room size is generous, but the space isn't utilized efficiently. The entrance area feels a bit wasted, and the desk is huge. As we were on a family trip, once the sofa bed was pulled out, it was tightly wedged between the desk and the main bed. The most satisfying facilities were definitely the pool and the dry/wet saunas – perfect for relaxing at the hotel on a hot day. Cleanliness: The cleaning was very thorough, and the laundry service was also convenient. Environment: The surrounding area is modern and business-oriented, with a park and lake visible right across the street. The parking areas for shared bikes are quite strict. Service: Overall, the professionalism of the service really needs improvement. There was a mix-up with the room assigned at check-in; the sofa in the first room couldn't be opened at all. It took repeated confirmations until a housekeeper spoke with the front desk before we were finally moved to a room on the 28th floor. The new room indeed had a better view, and they also sent an extra fruit plate and called to apologize. Just as we were waiting for our car at the entrance when leaving, we witnessed a loud argument between the doorman and a delivery person."

"Overall, I'm very satisfied with the room. It's on a high floor with a great view. The front desk staff, Clara, Stone, Peter, and Vivan, all provided excellent and professional service. The other departments also maintained a high standard. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It has comprehensive facilities, with a shopping mall right downstairs and close proximity to various attractions. It offers excellent value for money."

"Super great, river view room. Wang Sulong (singer) is right downstairs! This trip was to Shenyang for Wang Sulong's concert. Prices around the venue had increased significantly, but New World was incredibly fair and didn't raise theirs, so I booked it without hesitation. The decor is stylish, and the biggest surprise was that my idol's pop-up event was also downstairs at the hotel! So lucky! The subway is also very convenient. After a heavy rain, Line 2 was still running, and I made it to the airport smoothly!"

"I came to Shenyang for the Three Workshops Music Festival, and the hotel I chose this time was absolutely fantastic. Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, helped us arrange a south-facing, sunny, and very quiet room in advance. She was also available to contact at any time if we needed anything during our stay. The room was smoke-free, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. A big thank you to the concierge team for helping receive our packages and carefully verifying each one. I also appreciate the helpful staff at the hotel entrance who assisted with our luggage. The entire service process was thoughtful, thorough, and seamless – truly excellent. There are also many great restaurants around the hotel, but because of the hot weather, we had to order takeout and eat it back at the hotel. A special shout-out again to the cleaning staff for helping us dispose of the trash. Next"

"After checking out from the Conrad, I moved to the Grand Hyatt Shenyang on the same day and was immediately impressed by its superb location! Downstairs is the MixC shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Getting around and finding food was a breeze. I also happened to notice the Northeastern cuisine restaurant inside the hotel when taking the elevator, and the authentic taste was surprisingly amazing – highly recommended! The hotpot restaurant opposite the hotel was equally outstanding and worth a try. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable. I especially want to commend Dino, who was professional, thoughtful, and amiable. His gentle and kind demeanor, combined with his good looks and excellent service, really made my stay. The room type he arranged for me was fantastic, and my overall impression of him was through the roof! The hotel's swimming pool is spacious and grand, and the changing rooms are equipped with a sauna. The sauna room itself is open and not cramped, making it very comfortable to use. Breakfast maintained the consistent high standard of the Hyatt brand; the bread station was a highlight, and the quality of other dishes was solid. The overall experience far exceeded that of comparable Hilton hotels. All in all, staying at the Grand Hyatt in Shenyang will definitely not disappoint. While it may not be the tallest or most expensive hotel in the city, it excels in its thoughtful and worry-free approach, full of little details that made my entire stay comfortable and refreshing. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"Stayed at the Swissôtel in Shenyang and I have to give a shout-out to Eric from the concierge team! I had a lot of luggage, and he proactively helped me carry it to my room. Check-in was also quick. I wasn't familiar with the area, and he patiently recommended attractions and good restaurants. He also helped coordinate a late check-out for me very smoothly. The hotel is conveniently located downtown with good transport links. The room was clean, spacious, and well-soundproofed, and the breakfast was excellent. Professional and attentive service, I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I brought my family to Shenyang to see an Errenzhuan show and chose to stay at the Marriott hotel. It seems to be relatively quiet around the old town area. As soon as we got out of the car, the concierge downstairs helped us with our luggage. The room was very clean, tidy, and quite spacious, and they even upgraded us, which we really appreciate. A huge thank you to Belinda at the front desk; she was gentle, sweet, and polite! I'd give her 100 points. Last year and the year before, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and the Conrad. The Grand Hyatt's front desk staff had the worst attitude, and the Conrad's staff also lacked smiles, plus there were hairs in the room. Belinda was the one who gave me my first good impression upon arriving in Shenyang. Thank you, and I wish her eternal peace and happiness! 🎉 My second commendation goes to another short-haired front desk lady who helped us during checkout. I needed two bottles of mineral water, and she brought out an entire case from the storage room, opened it, and gave them to me. Thank you so much; she was enthusiastic throughout! It seems there are many Koreans staying at this hotel, with a lot of them talking loudly in the lobby late at night. To be honest, the breakfast at this hotel is really not good. The fruit already tasted off, and there wasn't much to eat. It's on par with breakfast at hotels costing between 80 to 100. And I must give a terrible review to a woman in a suit with very dark circles under her eyes in the breakfast department! Overall, it's still good, but I really don't recommend the breakfast. And there's a woman at breakfast – I think she had short hair, I forget, but definitely had prominent dark circles under her eyes – whom I truly want to give a big negative review. I won't type out the details to recall; her attitude was terrible. My positive feedback is solely for the two front desk ladies and the hotel's accommodation environment."

"The hotel room size was decent, but there wasn't even a small sofa. Before showering, my partner and I had to sit uncomfortably on two separate chairs, with no other place to relax. The pool was terrible – tiny and murky. The hairdryer was incredibly noisy and ineffective; I'd recommend bringing your own if you need one. What was both annoying and laughable was the mini-bar setup: four bottles of Pure Water Joy on the left with no price tags, two Voss bottles on the right, each with a price tag of 28. Inside the fridge were several bottles of Pepsi, 7-Up, and Watson's soda water, none of which had price tags. So, of course, after checking out, I received a persistent call chasing me for the soda water cost, insisting they had labels. They also mentioned a pack of Oreo cookies in the fridge that also had no price tag. This isn't my first stay at a Marriott property, but this was by far the worst experience, no exceptions! It was also one of the two worst experiences during my trip to Shenyang. I will not be returning. The only redeeming factor was the room service attendant – thank you!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute taxi ride (about 2 kilometers) from Middle Street, the Forbidden City, and Marshal Zhang's Mansion. The front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were all incredibly enthusiastic. We even received Hilton's homemade cookies as a welcome gift upon check-in. The front desk lady, knowing we were a family traveling together with mixed luggage, thoughtfully upgraded us to an executive floor connecting room free of charge. This allowed us to move between rooms to get our belongings without having to go out into the hallway, which was incredibly considerate and convenient! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Shenyang!"

"This hotel experience was fantastic! The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable with soft bedding that helped me sleep soundly. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Every detail was perfect, and it offers incredible value for money.
