He quickly completed the registration process and clearly explained the pre-authorization policy, breakfast arrangements, and check-out procedures. Throughout my stay, I had several inquiries, and Austin consistently responded with patience, proactively coordinating various issues and offering practical travel advice. His diligent and responsible work, warm service, and meticulous attention to detail truly showcase his high level of professionalism. Returned to Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping, and once again, it was a truly comfortable and generous experience. The service was incredibly accommodating and efficient; they upgraded my room after a quick chat. The welcome fruit was delicious, and all the welcome amenities were perfectly arranged. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge standards were above average. The 23rd-floor lounge, in particular, was quiet with a comfortable view, and the afternoon tea and evening happy hour offered convenient food and drinks. It was a really pleasant spot to relax during my travels or business downtime. The room itself was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is also convenient for getting around and shopping. All my membership benefits were genuinely provided without any shortcuts or compromises, showing real sincerity towards high-tier members. This will definitely be my top choice when visiting Shenyang again; I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Traveling to Shenyang with kids, I chose the Pleasant Goat themed family room at Swissôtel Shenyang, and the experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the core area of Qingnian Street, with convenient subway access. It's a short taxi ride to attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and also very convenient to get to the TV Tower Night Market. The location is very family-friendly. The Pleasant Goat sports-themed family room we stayed in was thoughtfully decorated and full of childlike fun. The room was equipped with a children's tent, a rocking horse, building blocks for a winner's podium, and plush toy pillows. The bedding was all custom-themed. Our child was absolutely thrilled upon entering the room and played non-stop. The room was spacious with a great city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully prepared child-specific amenities. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk associate, Ms. Yolanda, was friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, catering to different tastes for adults and children. The hotel also has a gym and a heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during your trip. With excellent facilities and abundant family-friendly details, I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Shenyang. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Whenever I'm on a business trip to Shenyang, I usually stay here because it's also close to the airport. Extended stay privilege - Breakfast: The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was fine.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Special thanks to Wency, the Guest Relations Officer, who provided outstanding service. She contacted us in advance to understand our needs, kindly upgraded our room, and assisted us with complimentary parking. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

After checking out from the Conrad, I moved to the Grand Hyatt Shenyang on the same day and was immediately impressed by its superb location! Downstairs is the MixC shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Getting around and finding food was a breeze. I also happened to notice the Northeastern cuisine restaurant inside the hotel when taking the elevator, and the authentic taste was surprisingly amazing – highly recommended! The hotpot restaurant opposite the hotel was equally outstanding and worth a try. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable. I especially want to commend Dino, who was professional, thoughtful, and amiable. His gentle and kind demeanor, combined with his good looks and excellent service, really made my stay. The room type he arranged for me was fantastic, and my overall impression of him was through the roof! The hotel's swimming pool is spacious and grand, and the changing rooms are equipped with a sauna. The sauna room itself is open and not cramped, making it very comfortable to use. Breakfast maintained the consistent high standard of the Hyatt brand; the bread station was a highlight, and the quality of other dishes was solid. The overall experience far exceeded that of comparable Hilton hotels. All in all, staying at the Grand Hyatt in Shenyang will definitely not disappoint. While it may not be the tallest or most expensive hotel in the city, it excels in its thoughtful and worry-free approach, full of little details that made my entire stay comfortable and refreshing. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Facilities: Marriott's facilities are always top-notch, no complaints there. Cleanliness: Same as above. Ambiance: The room layout is noticeably more rational. Funnily enough, the first time I stayed at a Hyatt, I couldn't even find the restroom! Renaissance hotels, it seems, don't go for those hidden bathroom designs anywhere in the country. Service: Manager Yang at the front desk arranged my room in advance, which was very thoughtful. They even prepared a welcome gift for my friends who traveled a long way, and we got to try the Shenyang specialty, Bulaolin candy. Really great, thumbs up! As someone who lives abroad, whenever I return to Shenyang in the Northeast, it's always the Renaissance. I've stayed there for so many years that I'm genuinely too lazy to try anywhere else. The next time I come to Shenyang, or with friends, I'll definitely choose the Renaissance again!

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping complexes like MixC and K11, and also close to the Hunhe Night Market. Transportation is a breeze with easy access to the subway, high-speed rail, and the airport. You can enjoy beautiful views of Shenyang's night skyline, and the breakfast spread is excellent. Benefits for extended stays include a late 2 PM checkout and complimentary breakfast.

The location is very good, the transportation is very convenient, the subway is opposite, the surrounding facilities are very complete, there are food, entertainment and shopping. The hotel is very grand, the service staff are very good, the attitude is very enthusiastic, and they will consider the guests. It can be ranked among the top hotels I have stayed in

The room facilities are complete. My child was participating in a chess competition here. I stayed here for one night to rest. It felt good. The breakfast bread was good. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was that my son was charged 88 yuan for breakfast. I said that a child over 1.3 meters tall should pay the full price, but later they charged half the price. The service staff at the restaurant entrance needs training. They can't tell how old the child is! 1.5 points for service!
